The concept of personal potential in the study of personal characteristics of high technology specialists

The article describes the problem of creating psychological and pedagogical conditions for training specialists in global high-tech markets is one of the pressing areas in modern education. It is necessary to take into account personal characteristics when teaching students in modern socio-economic conditions. The article outlines the prospects for the development of modern technologies in the context of a new technological structure. Based on a study of scientific psychological literature, the personal characteristics of specialists working in the areas of the Aeronet market of the National Technology Initiative are described using the example of unmanned aerial vehicle operators. The need for professional psychological selection and training of high-tech specialists is outlined. We proposed the CDIO concept as an educational technology that takes into account the personal characteristics of students in the process of training high-tech specialists. Invent-Develop-Implement-Manage is the basic principle of an innovative educational environment for training a new generation of engineers. The goal of CDIO: an engineer is a person who can change the world for the better. A comparative analysis of CDIO standards and the traditional university education system was carried out. The directions for taking into account the personal characteristics of students studying in the specialty “Management in Technical Systems” during their studies at the university are indicated.
