| 1 | One of the most important social problems in our country is the harmonious development of the student's personality and his successful socialization. The solution to this problem becomes real and achievable only with the close cooperation of all social institutions and, above all, the family and the school. However, often the psychological and pedagogical illiteracy of parents becomes a significant obstacle to the realization of the stated goal, and this contradiction needs to be resolved at all levels of education. University pedagogy should also contribute to the psychological and pedagogical education of parents. The purpose of the research presented in the article is to identify and substantiate the psychological and pedagogical conditions of parental education based on the analysis of the theory and practice of organizing parental education at the stage of basic general education by means of a pedagogical university. The methodological basis of the research consists of the ideas of systemic, activity-based and competencebased approaches. The methods of theoretical analysis and empirical research were used: observation, survey, questionnaire, testing, pedagogical experiment. The theoretical analysis revealed a number of classifications of families for various reasons that require the organization of psychological and pedagogical education. It has been proven that problems in such families are primarily caused by a lack of emotional communication between children and parents, which requires the development of the personal potential of the parents themselves as a condition for the harmonious development of the child. The model of parental education at the basic level is described and substantiated. The model of parental education was developed on the basis of identifying and taking into account the real needs of parents at the present stage of social development. The pedagogical conditions of the organization of parental education at the level of basic general education by means of a pedagogical university have been identified and substantiated. The conducted research contributes to solving theoretical and practical problems of parental education in order to consolidate the efforts of all educational institutions for the successful development of a harmonious personality of a teenager at the level of basic general education. | 2 | The author of this article brings to the center of scientific research a rather relevant problem for Russian society, which is the search for new innovative approaches to fostering patriotism among the younger generation. The researcher is a practicing teacher, and she proposes her own approach to solving this problem, namely by reviving and popularizing the institution of fatherhood, based on the development and implementation of a universal method of pedagogical interaction between fathers and children. To achieve this, the author analyzed scientific literature and systematized her own pedagogical experience. A diagnosis was conducted based on the questionnaire “My father and I are best friends,” in order to determine how actively the father implements his social and cultural practices, and how close the child is to the father. The questionnaire showed very low results in the presented blocks of questions. As a result, the effectiveness of the proposed experience was substantiated in the context of the Pedagogical Unison parent club: from father to children, based on a specific school. This led to the development o f t he c lub’s program, which included the following modules: “Cup of Values and Traditions,” “Keepers of the Family Hearth,” “Chest of Good Deeds,” and “Trivium: Sports, Tourism, and Knowledge.” The implementation of the program and the opening of the club took place during the formative stage. The club involved face-to-face meetings as part of specific joint projects between children and fathers, as well as participation in various events. At the control stage, a second questionnaire showed higher results in terms of the presented questionnaire questions. It was concluded that fatherly education in the context of proven pedagogical interaction allows for the high-quality formation of patriotism in the personality of the younger generation. It is worth emphasizing the applied significance of this research – at the forum of teachers and class leaders of the Volga Federal District, the substantiated program and the work of the club received positive feedback from experts, and are currently being implemented in 20 schools of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
