Timofeev L.S., Mornov K.A. Analysis of advanced domestic and foreign pedagogical experience in ensuring cybersecurity of students in vocational schools. Pedagogical Review. 2026. Issue 5 (69). P. 169-180

The article is devoted to the study of advanced domestic and foreign pedagogical experience in the field of cybersecurity for students in the secondary vocational education system. The article considers domestic and foreign approaches aimed at the formation of information security competencies among students of secondary vocational education. A comparative analysis of pedagogical techniques used in educational institutions of different countries has been carried out, the most effective practices have been identified and recommendations for the introduction of an innovative approach to cybersecurity training have been proposed. The practical significance of this study is related to the possibility of using the results of theoretical analysis to create and implement effective educational programs aimed at improving the level of cybersecurity of students. The relevance of the research is determined by the fact that modern students actively use information technology in the learning process and in everyday life, however, this is accompanied by a number of risks associated with security in the digital space. Due to their age characteristics, college students are characterized by insufficient socio-psychological maturity, high activity in cyberspace combined with malleability (susceptibility, suggestibility) to information influences. Solving the problem of ensuring the cybersecurity of students' personalities in the secondary vocational education system is of particular importance. Also, modern reality dictates the need to form a culture of cybersecurity among the younger generation. Secondary vocational education is the most important platform for students to develop basic digital literacy and the ability to recognize risks that threaten personal data, law-abiding behavior, and psychological well-being in general. The formation of appropriate competence of students is carried out through the introduction of the latest pedagogical technologies and educational practices, the application of which varies depending on the socio-economic and technological capabilities of countries. The specifics of ensuring the cybersecurity of students' personalities are manifested in the special organization of the educational process, in the choice of content, forms, methods and means of education, in creating conditions for the formation of a cybersecurity culture among college students. The article presents the author's project of a four-component pedagogical model for ensuring cybersecurity of students in the secondary vocational education system.
