THE SCHEME OF ASSISTANCE IN PROFESSIONAL SELF-DEVELOPMENT OF UNIVERSITY TEACHERS
The article proves the actuality of the problem of assistance in professional selfdevelopment of university teachers. The scheme of assistance in professional selfdevelopment of a university teacher is represented as a unity of four components: the object of assistance, the subject matter of assistance, the subject of assistance, the process of assistance. The given scheme of assistance includes all the principal aspects, which should be taken in to consideration when working on the problem of professional self-development of the university teacher.
