The necessity of excursions to denominations within religious disciplines is substantiated, the experience of presenting religions through excursions to confessions is presented. The article presents the experience of presentation of religions through excursions to confessions, obtained during the visiting Museum practice and during the classroom work of students of Tomsk State Pedagogical University (specialties “Cultural Studies”, “History”, bachelor’s and master’s degree “Pedagogical education”). The article deals with the specifics of the students of the excursion, the peculiarities of the reaction to religious culture, the nature of the knowledge gained, their influence on the formation of a professional teacher. On the basis of the experience of conducting excursions, the changes in the perception of religious culture that occur in the listeners are analyzed. It is stated that after excursions religious culture does not cause rejection, interest is shown in religion as an element of the spiritual sphere of society. Of particular importance is the tour for undergraduates who are teachers. In the course of visiting excursions, undergraduates acquire new knowledge that allows them to better understand the processes of ethnoconfessional interaction in the city of Tomsk, and learn to organize such excursions, which is especially important for practicing teachers. The ideological influence of religious excursions does not lead to the integration of the student into the denomination. Such integration is impossible without becoming involved in religious practice. This means that the excursion, giving knowledge about religion, keeps intact the personal space of a student and does not impose alien values. 503 | In the new standard one of the important formed actions is problem solving. The solution to any problem begins with a question that a researcher or a student who has a difficulty has posed to himself. This requirement stems from modern standards for school education. The world has become so complex that a person has problems in any field of activity. At school No. 49 in Tomsk, one of the programs for the development of a teacher is aimed at teaching pupils to solve educational problems. At the beginning of its formation, primary school students were trained in this, but then it became necessary to teach elementary students to the elements of the program. Teaching primary school students the ability to solve first the simplest problems revealed the need to train them to ask questions, since the problem itself is formulated as a question. In the educational culture there are different types of questions. Not all types of questions cause students to solve a problem. But, different types of questions are needed to solve it. They serve to understand the text, the situation, the problem, as a result of which it is so important to teach schoolchildren how to work with questions in elementary school. The most effective are the six types of questions developed by B. Bloom. The authors suggest ways of teaching elementary school students an understanding of the meaning of questions, posing different questions and competent and complete answers to questions. As a model of question types, Bloom’s flower is used. In the submissions you can get acquainted with the ways of assessing students from the second to the fourth grade – how the number of students asking questions changes. 510 | The relevance and heuristic value of the article lies in the fact that the materials presented in it will give reason to researchers, scientific supervisors of graduate students, organizers of science and the graduate students themselves to understand how to ensure the highest productivity of training highly qualified personnel, to increase the prestige of research activities. The problem of a modern graduate student is not that he is not able to generalize well-known materials and that he cannot offer something new in his field of knowledge, but how to check the effectiveness of what is offered as organically «fit» theory into experimental designs. Simply put, how to build a relevant experiment. It is in this that the main value of the materials presented in the article is seen, which will help the subjects of this process most reasonably approach the choice of approaches to the organization of postgraduate training, methods and techniques of experimental research, building its content and presenting the results. The subject of the work is the mechanisms (approaches, methods, means) of studying the readiness of graduate students for research activities in the context of scenario-event organization of the educational process. The novelty of the work is that it shows how one of the main components of the productivity of postgraduate training – readiness for research activities can be qualimetrically evaluated by measuring three components: the level of selfrealization; motivation and formation of relevant competencies. The practical significance of the work is seen in the application of scenario approach models to the preparation of graduate students and the incorporation of various «events» into these models, in the systematic construction of the main stages of the experimental work and the interpretation of its results for each of the measured parameters. 511 | The article analyzes the problem of communication between the guide and the audience in excursions on the topic of religious culture. The experience of conducting various types of religious excursions at Tomsk State Pedagogical University is presented: survey and thematic excursions by confessions, the religious component of the city excursion. The specificity of communication is highlighted on excursions conducted by a teacher or guide, and on excursions conducted by a representative of the confession. Methodical approaches typical for each type of excursion are determined, the results are analyzed. The authors identified the limitations characteristic of the traditional communication model based on the understanding of religious culture as an object external to the guide and the group. Such an excursion provides an initial acquaintance with the confession, but is ineffective if a deeper study of religion is required. This problem is caused by the contradiction between the phenomenological approach, which presupposes the study of religion within the framework of its own internal logic, and the externality of the guide in relation to religious culture. The ways of overcoming these limitations through a combination of immersion in a religious culture with external accessibility in relation to this culture are shown. Such a communication model is provided by an excursion led by a representative of the confession, who acts as a mediator, a mediator between the experience of the confession and the cultural environment. The conclusion is made about the system-forming role of the communicative aspect in a religious excursion and its specificity for this type of excursion, the need for different communication models to ensure the cognitive interest of students, including the need to involve representatives of religious confessions in conducting excursions. Keywords: communication strategy, excursion, religion, phenomenological approach, religious culture, religious confession, guide, teacher, representative of confession | 1314 | |||||
512 | The question of the professional preparation of the future mathematics teacher is current in modern conditions of the organization of school mathematical education. It allows him to implement a competence approach to solving the main problems of the school mathematics course. One of such problems is the organization of the educational material repetition. Future mathematics teachers should understand that not every repetition is productive and provides continuity links between different levels of learning. If the repetition is carried out in the same form as the study of the material, it becomes ineffective. Due to this fact, enriching repetition stands out among the various types of repetition. Studies show that future mathematics teachers should be ready for enriching repetition, which is that the material traversed is included in new connections, it is reconstructed and generalized. Тhe known signs of concepts and connections between concepts are subjects to revision. Future mathematics teachers’ psychological, didactic and subject knowledge about the problem needs to be integrated with the priority of using the psychological laws of personality development as the basis for organizing the learning process to prepare them for the organization of enriching repetition. In other words, it requires mastering the psycho-tactical approach to solving methodological problems. Future teachers must realize the need to organize enriching repetition, to understand what mathematical and psychological-pedagogical knowledge they need to be ready for the psychodynamic approach. Particular attention is paid to the consideration of the psychological patterns of the concepts and conditions formation that contribute to their formation. A key element of the methodological activity has been identified. It creates conditions for a competence approach to the organization of educational material enriching repetition - the development of various ways of information coding (verbal-symbolic, visual, subject-practical). Future teachers master text competence (by the example of the repetition of natural numbers) with the help of special integrated tasks, including the formulation of the problem, the psychological and pedagogical direction for learning activities, examples of solving the problem, an invitation to work. The result of this work is the creation of educational texts types and their examples that contribute to the development of encoding information methods on natural numbers and decimal fractions. In addition, they receive an example of a professional approach to solving the emerging problem in the teaching of mathematics. 513 | The article deals with the question of the development of autonomy among younger students in the context of solving the problems of modern school. The authors present a system of educational activities for monitoring and evaluation of younger students. They draw attention to the fact that modern education takes a landmark on the formation of a successful and self-developing personality with its own point of view and ability to learn. Therefore, the preparation of first-grade students for further self-improvement and application of their knowledge is one of the main tasks of a modern elementary school. In this regard, it is of great importance that children master the skills of monitoring and evaluation that underlie self-regulation and self-organization. The emergence of learning activities of monitoring and evaluation in the activities of students means that the structure of the exercise is filled with all components of learning activities and a synthesis of ways to solve practical problems and implement learning activities into a holistic education, which provides what is commonly called the ability to learn. At the same time, taking into account the results of scientific research on this issue, as well as based on modern requirements for educational attitudes in the implementation of educational programs, the development of these competencies is possible within educational activities through the systematic formation of monitoring and evaluation educational actions. Forming and using educational activities of monitoring and evaluation in educational activities, we form reflexive thinking (reflexive self-esteem), the ability for conscious choice and formative evaluation. The question arises, what conditions and requirements should be presented to the method of formation of educational actions of control and evaluation when solving a training task, in order to form the highest forms of competitiveness (self-organization and self-regulation), as mentioned above, these include reflexive thinking, ability for conscious choice and formative evaluation. This article is devoted to the description of the conditions and requirements for the method of formation of educational actions of monitoring and evaluation of primary school students. The goal is to describe the conditions and requirements for the formation of methods of monitoring and evaluation in solving educational tasks by younger students. 514 | The pedagogical activity of a preschool education teacher implies interaction with students’ parents in the process of educational activity. The article discusses systematic and methodological components of the interaction between the preschool education teacher and the students’ parents as the implementation of the teachers’ mentoring in relation to the parents. The methodological component of this approach is revealed through the concept of G.N. Prosumentova and the typological characteristics of joint activities: closed, reversed, open. The development of these ideas by S.I. Pozdeyeva in the description of the activity characteristics of different types of mentoring in the professional pedagogical sphere allowed to present the methodological component of the approach in the field of preschool education. When moving to a mentoring position, the teacher uses different models for organizing joint activities, providing psychological, pedagogical, methodological and advisory services more adaptably, which is defined by the objective of the federal project “Support for Families with Children”. Based on the models and types of mentoring proposed by S.I. Pozdeyeva, the article reveals the characteristics of the working actions of a preschool teacher, acting as a mentormethodologist, mentor-tutor, mentor-consultant, mentor-coach, mentor-developer, mentor-partner, mentor-navigator with respect to the students’ parents. 535 | The results of the theoretical study of approaches to the study of the development of personality and meaning sphere in the presence of several existing paradigms in psychology are presented. Unlike the category of signification, the category of meaning has the attributes of an interdisciplinary construct as a philosophical, linguistic and psychological concept. Due to the fact that the category of meaning is based on different sciences about man, modern research of the semantic sphere of man is carried out from the positions of different paradigms. Different research paradigms consolidate different views and conventional agreements of the scientific community. Emerging in such paradigms scientific picture of the world delimits the field of scientific knowledge of psychological phenomena, specializing only in allocated as the dominant factors of their manifestation in human life. Modern psychological science develops within the framework of four main research paradigms. The epistemological paradigm considers cognition separately from man as a cognizing subject and is aimed at obtaining experimentally verified knowledge. The phenomenological paradigm is based on experience as an emotional understanding. The activity paradigm overcomes the opposition of consciousness and the world through the cognition of human activity in the world. The existential paradigm reflects the need to take into account the needs of the human spirit, ignoring which will not allow the uniqueness of the individual. All four paradigms, having their strengths and weaknesses, coexist simultaneously in modern psychology. 539 | The paper under study views the issue of Theophan Zatvornik’s pedagogical heritage relevance in the context of modern education. The author tries to correlate the Saint’s pedagogical system basic criteria with aims and tasks of upbringing and education. Since there is no concentration on the secular and religious aspects of the educational process in the pedagogical views of Saint Theophan, his concept was of interest in the conditions of the 19th century pedagogy formation. Fixing the results of his experience implementation through written heritage allows to study the theoretical background and their implementation in practice in detail. The most important feature of Theophan Zatvornik’s pedagogy is the combination of scientific approach to the child’s personality, taking into account psychological and age component, with an integral system of Christian dogma, which provides the process of upbringing with reference points of spiritual and moral development in the context of high Evangelical morality. The lack of contradiction between science and religion in Saint Theophan views is the result of long-term interaction between the state and the Church, including the field of the younger generation education. As a result of the analysis of the emphasis of the educational process, placed by the Saint in the course of his theoretical and practical pedagogical activity, the author proves the possibility of reliance on this experience in the conditions of modernity. Overcoming the crisis of spirituality of modern man is possible only if the formation of the system of spiritual and moral education and its adoption at the level of modern school. Numerous case studies of Saint Theophan’s legacy confirm the interest of modern pedagogy in its conception, as well as the relevance of the key positions of its pedagogy in relation to the current state of society. As a result of the educational process accent analysis, placed by the Saint in the course of his theoretical and practical pedagogical activity, the author proves the possibility of reliance on this experience in the co nditions of modernity. 542 | The article deals with the problems of implementation of formative assessment in secondary educational institutions and proposes their solution. Formative assessment is able to solve the problems facing the assessment system focusing on the quality of process of students learning outcomes and acquiring skills for “lifelong learning”. Formative assessment has been implemented slowly and inefficiently for more than a decade. Identifying and analyzing the reasons for the difficulties of implementation and finding the ways to overcome them is the aim of this research and determines the relevance of the theme. Theoretical and practical methods of research were used to achieve this aim. A large number of difficulties have been revealed. Some of which have been indicated by teachers participating in the program. The obtained data allow us to divide all mentioned problems into 3 levels depending on the possibilities of their solutions. It is noted that teachers solve them at the first level “classroom” but without the support at the “school” and “out-of-school” levels the process of formative assessment is discrete, fragmented or even impossible. Introductory training workshops at the “workplace” have been developed and proposed to conduct as the first step in the program of implementation of formative assessment in the educational process. The seminars (workshops) are divided into theoretical and practical parts; questions for discussion and duration of conducting vary depending on the preparedness of the audience. At the end of the workshops, teachers have initial necessary knowledge to start practical activities of formative assessment. The author emphasizes the necessity to introduce sections (or to expand them) about this type of assessment at teacher training courses and in programs of discipline about teaching methods to build a system of training teachers who own a new philosophy of assessment.
