Buravleva Natalya Anatolyevna, Gritskevich Natalya Konstantinovna VALUE- SEMANTIC ASPECTS OF TRAINING FOR PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY // Pedagogical Review. 2017. Issue 4 (18). P. 96-101

The evolution of the value- semantic sphere of students of higher education institution during educational process promotes more successful training for professional activity and achievement of maturity. Relevance of the question is caused by changes in society, high-quality reorganization of an education system of the country. The federal educational standard forms inquiry to the university graduate, to his vocational training and personal qualities. In the priority are the development of subjectivity, tolerance, communicative competence, the value-semantic sphere of the individual. Modern competence-based approach in education relies on the process of an interiorization, it means that the student must not only acquire knowledge, but also grow personally. High potential of development of the value-semantic sphere of the personality is put in the educational process. It is necessary to consider organizational and important factors of psychology and pedagogical maintenance of personal formation of students of higher education institution. Organizational factors have to include specially developed technologies focused on independent work of students, dialogue style of communication between participants of educational process, expansion of a range of methodological approaches to the training material and oriented exercises for practice. Substantial factors should be aimed at understanding by students of their desires and opportunities, ideas about themselves in the future profession. It is very important that personal and professional values and meanings do not contradict each other and created harmonious structure.

Podaeva Natalija Georgievna, Podaev Mikhail Valeryevich CONDITIONS OF FORMATION OF SCIENTIFIC CONCEPTS WHEN TEACHING MATHEMATICS AT SCHOOL: SOCIO-CULTURAL APPROACH // Pedagogical Review. 2017. Issue 1 (15). P. 27-38

The article provides theoretical substantiation of technology of teaching geometry to younger adolescents, focused on mastering of the value content of geometrical concepts. From the standpoint of sociocultural approach consideres the phase of the cycle of mastering communication value: development of understanding and ways of operation with geometric concepts. Defines the communication steps, the content of which is determined by the structure of activity-related components of geometric concepts, including both substantive action and real cognitive and formal operations. Emphasizes the scheme of development of the geometrical concepts value content: 1) motivation to study geometrical material; 2) the spatial component of communication (presentation level), comprising: a) an image perception (percept) – representation, naturalization of the ideal content of the sign as a means of overcoming formalism; b) a general idea or preconcepts (image-concept). Overcoming sign naturalization - the so-called denaturalization provided by the psychodidactic tasks of awareness, understanding and synthesis of content and activity process; 3) the logical component of communication (verbal and logical level). A concept - a system of concepts; 4) the emotionalevaluative component. Value-oriented education, which represents the so-called context-sensitive area of mathematical knowledge and considered as a gradual accumulation of the system of value (evaluation) of knowledge, creating the effect of “personal presence” of the student in the process of mastering mathematics - information about possible man’s relation to certain facts, events, actions, conclusions. Substantiates the experimental confirmation of the hypothesis: efficiency of sociocommunicative processes in the situation of teaching geometry to younger teenagers is caused by several factors, among them is the implementation of psychodidactic laws of awareness, understanding and synthesis of content and process activities; phased development of a coherent mental structure “image – idea – preconcept – concept – a system of concepts”; phased development of activity-related components of geometrical concepts: substantive action, real cognitive operations, formal operations.

Tyryshkina Kseniya Valeryevna ORGANIZATION OF SCHOOLCHILDREN’S EXTRACURRICULAR TRAINING AND RESEARCH WORK ON LITERATURE (ON THE MATERIAL OF THE STORY “YOU WOULD NOT EVEN DREAM” BY G. SHCHERBAKOVA) // Pedagogical Review. 2019. Issue 1 (23). P. 59-66

The article describes the experience of organizing the educational and research activity of schoolchildren that is based on the novel by G. Shcherbakova “You would not even dream” in extracurricular activities in literature. As a methodological basis, a matrix of lessonproblematization was chosen within the framework of the concept of joint activity of G. N. Prozumentova. The description of the stages of the conduct of the lesson is accompanied by methodological comments and recommendations for the reproduction of such experience in extracurricular activities in literature. First, it should be remembered that research activities will take place if students show their subjectivity. Secondly, for the organization of the educational and research work of schoolchildren, a specific statement of the problem is needed and (if necessary) an explanation of the tools for its solution; it is important for the learners to understand the meaning of their activities. Thirdly, we should take into account the risk of insufficient preparedness of students (poor knowledge of the text). For this situation, a method of working with quotations pre-selected by the teacher is suggested. It is important that in this case, the stages of educational and research activities (search for necessary information, its primary processing, systematization and, finally, conceptualization) are observed. Comprehension of the developed and conducted employment allowed to draw a conclusion about the effectiveness of the chosen tactics of the organization of educational and research work.

Kolpakov Sergey Nikolaevich UNDERSTANDING AS A UNIT OF EDUCATION CONTENT // Pedagogical Review. 2017. Issue 1 (15). P. 173-177

Understanding in the pedagogical context has always been regarded as one of the results of education. In pedagogy of collaborative activity this act has a special educational content. On the basis of the analysis of literature there can be allocated three functions of understanding: sense and meaning generating function, cognitive function and psychological function. Focusing on the attainment of the other person’s goals and motives a person rules out the possibility of understanding for the use of knowledge of the world (G. Ruzavin). In hermeneutics (E. Betty, G. Gadamer, Husserl, Heidegger) understanding involves, first of all, the knowledge of the outside world through the interpretation of texts. This representation makes it necessary to discuss the concept of pre-understanding, based on the «life» of the world and cultural tradition. And in this case, the act of understanding does not involve the joint nature of this action. As a result of the analysis of literature it is suggested that the generation of meaning is considered as a basic understanding of the function, the educational potential and educational content for maximum understanding and action is a condition for the establishment and implementation of the other functions of understanding: cognitive and psychological. It is in the pedagogy of collaborative activity the organization of the situations of understanding is seen as an act of generation of meaning, and it is considered as a basic characteristic of the educational content of the joint action and the basic part of educational content. Reliance on the meaning-function, as the basic organization of the work involves description, discussion and study of various personal experiences of the collaborative education. Understanding in this case is a situation causing collaborative education. This approach to educational content unit solves the problem of formalization of educational activities in schools, and fist of all the formalization of the implementation of the federal state educational standard of education of the new generation. It reduces the manipulative actions of adult and child at classes. And it serves as a condition for the formation of the character of the author’s actions as a result of education process and as an alternative to the normative and subjective nature of these actions.

Petrova Tatyana Adolfovna TASKS FORMATION WHEN TEACHING ECONOMICS AT SCHOOL WITH THE USE OF BLOOM TAXONOMY // Pedagogical Review. 2019. Issue 2 (24). P. 146-150

In the conditions of market economy, the formation of the necessary economic and financial competencies should be formed during the schooling period, with special attention to methods of teaching Economics, which should include both theoretical bases with the use of traditional teaching methods and, of course, practical tasks formed with the use of Bloom’s taxonomy, which is based on step-by-step training and formation of knowledge and skills in teaching Economics at school. An important element in such training is the use of elements of problem training, where the main result of training is the formation of certain economic competencies and increasing the level of independence in decision-making, forcing the learner to collect additional data, analyze, draw conclusions, be able to argue and prove the correctness of his judgments. In essence, the use of such methods of teaching allows to significantly increase the financial and economic literacy of the student, forming not only specific knowledge, but in general developing the outlook and properly forming a person’s worldview. The proposed sample assignments, formed under the theme Public Finance clearly demonstrate the taxonomy strategy for strengthening knowledge and skills, forming them in a gradual deepening and expansion of this topic, bringing the student to the creative finale, suggesting to speculate on the need for a budget in principle and the possibilities for changing the tax load in particular. These tasks are intended for students who have already fully formed their opinions, who have their own opinions and views on this topic, and therefore the goal of the teacher at this stage can be considered achieved.

Bulanov Maksim Vladimirovich, Rossinskaya Anastasiya Nikolaevna, Asonova Ekaterina Andreyevna EDUCATIONAL URBAN STUDIES: APPROACH TO DESCRIBING KEY CONCEPTS // Pedagogical Review. 2021. Issue 6 (40). P. 236-245

The notions “urban environment”, “urban object”, “urban resource” are traditionally discussed by such sciences as urban studies, economics, sociology and others, but the development of new directions in education also includes them in pedagogical research, in particular in the field of educational urban studies. There is a need to identify opportunities to consider these concepts in terms of their educational potential and to determine their place in modern education. To do this, let us review the sources and formulate approaches to the definition of key terms of educational urban studies. The concept “environment” is usually defined in two ways – as a set of physical conditions and as a human environment. Interpreting this approach in an educational context, the second meaning can be interpreted as a set of citizens’ activity practices, including educational ones. The urban educational environment is a system of three levels: macro-level, mesolevel and micro-level. The meso- and micro-levels are the most interesting for the study of educational potential. In urban planning, urban objects as elements of the urban environment are classified by function, affiliation, and operator. These features determine the programmability of the object in terms of its educational potential for citizens. An urban object becomes educational only if a citizen endows it with educational value, using it for their formal, non-formal, and informal educational practices. Educational resourcefulness is determined not only by resources of the object itself, but also by resources of a person using it. Educators possessing the competences of an urban teacher can become guides to discovering educational resourcefulness of a city and organizers of urban educational practices. The notions of an urban educational object, which becomes such when a city resident uses its educational potential, and the urban educational practice as a formula connecting an urban object, educational needs of a city resident, methods of using the educational potential of an urban object and direct educational activity in the interaction with the object were defined. Based on these formulations, we can begin to develop approaches to the inclusion of urban environment in the educational process, including an assessment of the educational potential of the urban environment.

Attracting young people to the technical sphere of professional activity and increasing the prestige of scientific and technical professions are becoming important priorities of state policy today. The task of building a new innovative economy in the country and achieving the technological level cannot be solved without a radical improvement of the system of additional education of children of technical orientation, including through the development and implementation of individual educational trajectories in priority areas in demand in the modern world. In these circumstances, there is a need to develop a new educational model based on the integration of modern programs of additional education and allowing to prepare future specialists of the scientific and technical sphere in constantly changing conditions, starting from school age. The considered model of forming competences of schoolchildren in the field of intellectual development and scientific and technical creativity was developed as part of the implementation of measures to form a regional model of additional education “Territory of Intelligence” in the Tomsk region. Building a model for the formation of competences of schoolchildren in the field of intellectual development and scientific and technical creativity is carried out in several stages: determining the purpose of modeling, building a system of components of the process of forming competences, forming competences in dynamics and establishing criteria for evaluating the expected results. The model of formation of competences of schoolchildren in the field of scientific and technical creativity by means of additional education includes: the target component as a matrix of target results, representing the decomposition of competences into a system of actions that the student must master as part of the formation of competences; the content-operational component of the model as a set of educational content collected on the educational digital platform; operational and technological component as a set of options for the formation of competencies or a set of educational tracks (routes) and ways to move between them to build an individual educational trajectory; diagnostic component that provides the identification of the level of formation of competencies of the student when registering on a digital platform. The set of competences in the field of scientific and technical creativity, which can be formed among schoolchildren in the course of training in the system of additional education, is determined from the requirements of employers to the professional competencies of specialists in the scientific and technical sphere, as well as from the educational possibilities that allow at school age. To assess the level of formation of competence, activity indicators were developed, which were distributed among the levels of formation and levels of competence: from simple operations to the ability to manage complex technical and production processes. The complete criterion-diagnostic apparatus of the model includes matrices of target results 60 competencies, which contain 960 indicators of the level of formation and manifestation of these competencies. The implementation of the model will make the most effective use of human potential and create conditions for the self-realization of schoolchildren in the scientific and technical sphere.

The issue of providing social and pedagogical assistance to a child from a dysfunctional family is being considered. The results of studying the “child in a dysfunctional family” problem are presented and the conclusion is made that a child in such a family is deprived of parental attention, supervision, care, and experiences difficulties in relations with peers and teachers. A review of well-known models of activity with a dysfunctional family is given, and non-traditional forms of work with a dysfunctional family are named. The available experience shows that today the direction of helping a child from a dysfunctional family is not sufficiently developed. A child growing up in a dysfunctional family lacks a significant adult. Such a significant adult can be a student-mentor, “family tutor”. Having a mentor in a child will help reduce intra-family conflicts, improve parent-child relationships, and possibly prevent social orphanhood. In this regard, in the framework of participation in the «Course for the Family» competition organized by the Timchenko Foundation, the project «Family Tutor» was developed. The implementation of the project included: the selection of students interested in participating in the project, their training, the definition of a group of children who need mentors, the creation of “child-tutor” pairs, and the conclusion of agreements with families. Today 10 pairs work, students are accompanied by curators, authors of the project. The relevance and practical significance of the project is evidenced by the fact that the “Family Tutor” was supported by the Timchenko Charitable Fund at the second stage of the “Course on the Family” grant competition.

Koroleva Darya Borisovna CONTEMPORARY APPROACHES TO INTERCUTURAL COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE AND THE WAYS OF ITS DEVELOPMENT // Pedagogical Review. 2017. Issue 3 (17). P. 45-50

The article examines different views on the nature of intercultural communicative competence (ICC). A distinction between ICC and related terms (especially intercultural competence) has been made. A special attention is paid to different methods and ways of forming intercultural communicative competence. It is argued that an individual can never be completely “interculturally competent” because the development of ICC is a continuous and ongoing process. Different factors affecting the development of ICC such as context, time factor and learners’ individual capacitites have been established. In particular, time factor is very important since development of ICC may be lifelong especially when it comes to changes in attitudes, beliefs and mentality. It is argued that no generic curriculum can be created to form ICC for its development depends on numerous parameters. Different views on whether country studies are required to the development of ICC have been analyzed proving that country studies are necessary but not sufficient. It is shown that class activities alone can not be sufficient to form ICC: it is necessary for learners to engage in extracurricular activities, in intercultural contacts, use audiovisual means, media, social networks. All these practices will help learners understand that languages are a real form of communiation.

Sukhacheva Nataliya Igorevna PROBLEMS OF THE DEVELOPING PERSONALITY AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF PEDAGOGICAL HIGHER SCHOOL STUDENTS IN THE RESEARCH OF SCIENTISTS OF TOMSK STATE PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY // Pedagogical Review. 2017. Issue 2 (16). P. 183-197

The review is devoted to the analysis of the work of scientists and psychologists, teachers of Tomsk State Pedagogical University, the problem of professional formation of the developing personality of the future teacher in pedagogical higher school system. On the basis of multidisciplinary analysis the following conclusions are made. A complex, existential process of personal and professional development of a student is inseparable from the organization of a creative educational space. It must ensure that, based on the concept of democratization and humanization of higher education, the coordination of the entire range of models that describe the quality of education results, the quality of education, teacher student the quality of the professionalization of teaching a higher school graduate, his willingness to become a teacher-creator in the modern education. Therefore, it is important that in addition to teaching purely academic disciplines to students – future teachers, more work should still be done which could contribute to their professional and personal self-determination. Final conclusion on the study lies in the fact that on the basis of multidisciplinary experimental approaches, verified the accuracy of the pedagogical conditions conducive to the formation of educational identity of the graduate teacher. You can see how the personal growth of the graduate-teacher is related, on the one hand, with the reflection of his insufficient implementation / potential feasibility, on the other hand – with multiple identities, the most important of which at this stage of social development is the personality of the graduate-the educational identity. This view has a certain socio-cultural “lining” because pedagogy is exactly the dominant image of the man in culture. Today, typical of the culture of postmodern discourse incomplete, open personality innovation, reflection development, the ability to emotional and volitional voltage leads to the isolation of potentiality as the distinctive features of the human in general, putting pedagogy task of studying not only current but also future potential of being graduates – the future professional. Therefore, improving the quality of education implies solution of important methodological problems of quality management of pedagogical knowledge, which include the solution of psychological and pedagogical problems of professional self-identification and education. The directions of solutions to these problems must be taken into account by expert assessments as training in technological quality management.

Avchinnikova Darya Andreyevna, Avchinnikova Svetlana Olegovna EXPERIENCE OF EXAMINATION STRESS BY STUDENTS WITH DIFFERENT TYPES OF INTERHEMISPHERIC ASYMMETRY // Pedagogical Review. 2017. Issue 4 (18). P. 40-46

In the context of higher professional education humanization, the problem of identification of students exposed to distressed states during the session is considered. It is noted that data on the influence of interhemispheric differences on stress resistance is not enough in science. Specificity of examination stress as one of the forms of social stress is indicated, the main stress factors of the examination period are named. A review of the positions regarding the psychological differences attributed to individuals with right and left arm dominance is given. The stress level in students during the intersessional and examination period was diagnosed by the PSM-25 method, and its increase to average values was recorded. A comparison of the level of academic stress among right-handed and left-handed students is made on the basis of measuring the phenomenological structure of its experience. Cognitive, somatic and emotional stress symptoms of right-handers and left-handers were compared based on their self-evaluation. Differences in their emotional responses to stress were revealed. When assessing exam excitement in general, left-handers perceive the situation more dramatically, which was confirmed statistically. A qualitative analysis of coping strategies for students with different types of interhemispheric asymmetry was carried out. Differences in emotional copying of right-handed and left-handed people were revealed; first group preferred relatively productive strategies, while non-productive strategies predominated in the second group. Cognitive and behavioral strategies in both groups are relatively productive. A combination of indicators shows a higher risk of exam stress for left-handed people. The obtained data expand psychological concepts about individual differences associated with interhemispheric asymmetry and allow providing an individual-typological approach to the prevention of examination stress destructive consequences.
