The results of studying the “child in a dysfunctional family” problem are presented and the conclusion is made that a child in such a family is deprived of parental attention, supervision, care, and experiences difficulties in relations with peers and teachers. A review of well-known models of activity with a dysfunctional family is given, and non-traditional forms of work with a dysfunctional family are named. The available experience shows that today the direction of helping a child from a dysfunctional family is not sufficiently developed. It must ensure that, based on the concept of democratization and humanization of higher education, the coordination of the entire range of models that describe the quality of education results, the quality of education, teacher student the quality of the professionalization of teaching a higher school graduate, his willingness to become a teacher-creator in the modern education. Therefore, it is important that in addition to teaching purely academic disciplines to students – future teachers, more work should still be done which could contribute to their professional and personal self-determination. Final conclusion on the study lies in the fact that on the basis of multidisciplinary experimental approaches, verified the accuracy of the pedagogical conditions conducive to the formation of educational identity of the graduate teacher. You can see how the personal growth of the graduate-teacher is related, on the one hand, with the reflection of his insufficient implementation / potential feasibility, on the other hand – with multiple identities, the most important of which at this stage of social development is the personality of the graduate-the educational identity. This view has a certain socio-cultural “lining” because pedagogy is exactly the dominant image of the man in culture. Today, typical of the culture of postmodern discourse incomplete, open personality innovation, reflection development, the ability to emotional and volitional voltage leads to the isolation of potentiality as the distinctive features of the human in general, putting pedagogy task of studying not only current but also future potential of being graduates – the future professional. Therefore, improving the quality of education implies solution of important methodological problems of quality management of pedagogical knowledge, which include the solution of psychological and pedagogical problems of professional self-identification and education. We study the problem of dividing of the bet in an unfinished game and two solutions: first solution is the “unjust”, given by Pacioli, using the Aristotelian notion of distributive justice, and the second “just” solution, given by Fermat, in which the notion of number and the new Mathematical thinking – probability theory – were expanded. It was concluded that the emergence of new mathematical thinking has changed the notion of justice in accordance with the new content of mathematical thinking. Another conclusion is that at all times the analogue of truth and fair law for a lawyer was Mathematics. Arguments are presented in favor of teaching Mathematics to improve the quality of juridical education in the study of legal disciplines at law university. 219 | The notions “urban environment”, “urban object”, “urban resource” are traditionally discussed by such sciences as urban studies, economics, sociology and others, but the development of new directions in education also includes them in pedagogical research, in particular in the field of educational urban studies. There is a need to identify opportunities to consider these concepts in terms of their educational potential and to determine their place in modern education. To do this, let us review the sources and formulate approaches to the definition of key terms of educational urban studies. The concept “environment” is usually defined in two ways – as a set of physical conditions and as a human environment. Interpreting this approach in an educational context, the second meaning can be interpreted as a set of citizens’ activity practices, including educational ones. The urban educational environment is a system of three levels: macro-level, mesolevel and micro-level. The meso- and micro-levels are the most interesting for the study of educational potential. In urban planning, urban objects as elements of the urban environment are classified by function, affiliation, and operator. These features determine the programmability of the object in terms of its educational potential for citizens. An urban object becomes educational only if a citizen endows it with educational value, using it for their formal, non-formal, and informal educational practices. Educational resourcefulness is determined not only by resources of the object itself, but also by resources of a person using it. Educators possessing the competences of an urban teacher can become guides to discovering educational resourcefulness of a city and organizers of urban educational practices. The notions of an urban educational object, which becomes such when a city resident uses its educational potential, and the urban educational practice as a formula connecting an urban object, educational needs of a city resident, methods of using the educational potential of an urban object and direct educational activity in the interaction with the object were defined. Based on these formulations, we can begin to develop approaches to the inclusion of urban environment in the educational process, including an assessment of the educational potential of the urban environment. Effective teaching methods are necessary to make non-linguistic students sound naturally and confidently. The specific objective of this study is to identify and overcome the main barriers in speaking English using a method that develops foreign communicative competence. The association-project method is considered to become a possible solution of the problem. The study is carried out in three stages. Underlines the purposefulness of studying of the mental development of the early aged child in its interaction with the mother as a single system, because of the symbiotic nature of their relationship and the immaturity of the child mind, the influence of mother on its development in the first three years of life overlaps all other factors. Notices the specificity of the difficult situations in the process of mother-child interaction, actualizes the characteristic style of mother of such specific social behavior as coping behavior, that allows consciously and intentionally to resolve the problem and stressful situations. Proposes and formulates the concept of the early mother coping (EMC). This form of coping acts as the system event based on the consideration of stress signals of the child, the perception of these signals by the mother and her response reactions to any form of coping. Presents the empirical results of the early maternal coping, identifies its normative indicators. The conclusion is made that the deformation of the “mother-child” system at an early age can occur in the form of inefficient early mother coping which is a predictor of disorders of the psychosocial development of the child. 235 | The problem of psychosomatic diseases is discussed. Skin diseases are considered as a General psychological model of differentiation and integration of knowledge about the self. The paper investigates the conjugate relationship between psychosomatic skin diseases (psoriasis and atopic dermatitis) and the representation of the self. The literature data in favor of the statement that the early relationship of mother and baby are critical for subsequent mental development. The concept of “primary skin” (E. Bick), which performs the function of binding (“sticking together”) parts of the child’s personality, is considered. It is suggested that the experience passed through by the infant in the early symbiotic relationship with the mother is a prototype for subsequent models of human interaction with the world. If a child is confronted with an early traumatic experience of maternal “misunderstanding,” then he is unable to integrate “what is inside and what is happening outside.” The concepts of “second skin” and secondary symbiosis as protective mechanisms arising in the case of traumatic separation experience are considered. The forms of secondary symbiosis are correlated with two types of the mother’s gaze– the unseeing and the distorting. It is assumed that the two types of gazes and forms of secondary symbiosis correlate with atopic dermatitis and psoriasis. It is hypothesized that defects in the “atopic dermatitis” group are associated with prolonged symbiosis (that is, with the mother’s unseeing gaze), and in “psoriasis” group – with defective or prematurely torn symbiosis (i. e. distorting mother’s gaze). The study was carried out using the Lybko technique (self-representation by means of constructs Myself/I for the Other) and the “Cream” technique (representation of the skin surface by means of different constructs of the cream). The study involved 72 women aged 20–40 years, IU = 37 (30 – healthy (NORMAL), 17 suffering from psoriasis (PS) and 25 – atopic dermatitis (AD)). The method of nonparametric analysis (Kruskal – Wallis criterion) proves that the representation of the true Self manifests itself as a tendency to merge/encapsulate in different groups of subjects. Skin diseases (AD and PS) reflect different ways to overcome secondary symbiosis. When representing the Self, the AD group shows a tendency to fusion, and the PS group shows a tendency to encapsulation. 240 | The effectiveness and quality of education of children in preschool educational institutions depend on the educational programs used. Educational programs in their majority are based on the basic activity of preschool children - the game. Classes in the water environment contribute to hardening, have a healing, therapeutic and hygienic effect. There were no methodological recommendations for practicing water polo with preschool children in small-sized swimming pools. The aim of the research is to increase the effectiveness of direct educational activities in physical culture using the means of the sports game water polo for children of senior preschool age. Experience of work with pupils of a kindergarten on physical training with boys of a preparatory group with the use of sports game water polo is presented. The purpose of the technique is to create conditions for the development of healthy lifestyle among children of preschool age, to develop and improve all physical qualities, to attract as many boys as possible to regular water polo lessons, and also to increase interest in team sports. The content of the curriculum is theoretical, physical and technical training, as well as the basics of the tactics of playing water polo. The types of classes are thematic and integrated. Obligatory pedagogical diagnostics for individualization of education, child support, construction of its educational trajectory, correction of features of its development; optimization of work with a group of children. Especially important are sports competitions, as well as the involvement of parents in the educational process of the pre-school educational institution. 241 | Math anxiety (MA) is a feeling of fear, worry and discomfort when working with numerical information. Students with a high level of math anxiety tend to avoid mathematics and further study in areas where mathematical knowledge is required. This leads to a shortage of applicants for technical and natural sciences. The development of MA can be caused by: poor mathematical skills, genetic predisposition, socio-environmental factors. In fact, some of the same genetic and environmental reasons affect both math ability and math anxiety. This paper discusses such methods of MA regulation as: expressive writing, reappraisal, relaxation, meditation, mindfulness, art therapy, bibliography, music therapy, and psychophysiological methods (i.e. transcranial stimulation). The effects obtained by these methods, its implementation, as well as potential applications in terms of their effectiveness and reliability have been covered. The studied methods have practically not been tested on Russian samples. Therefore, their further study and experimental verification are required. Regulation methods also require testing in real conditions of the educational process. The new reality of blended and online learning could trigger math and academic anxiety. It is important that some of the proposed methods can be indirectly applied to other types of “academic anxiety” (anxiety caused and experienced by students for other specific discipline). 242 | The security system is considered in the article as «operational triad»: warning – prevention – suppression. Special attention is paid precisely to the prevention of illegal acts and the identification of persons, who has unlawful intentions, as well as an approximate algorithm for the application of psychodiagnostics operations ensuring the safety of citizens in public places is reviewed in the article. The algorithm assumes observation of citizens from the closed monitoring centers, that is contactless observation, but doesn’t exclude also direct contact with the checked faces causing suspicion. The algorithm includes the following steps: the organization of professional observation for the purpose of correlation of the speech of the person and his behavior, observation of the movement of crowd or group of people in crowd (all nonverbal signals, any discrepancies are traced), a polling conversation in case of need. At an assessment of the observed phenomena the expert has to not only apply scientific knowledge in the field of psychology, but also actively use all sense organs, intuition, empathy and experience of practical activities. The proposed algorithm allows you to make a hypothetical conclusion about the danger of a citizen, but not about his fault. The operational psychodiagnostics allows to describe psychological and psychophysiological features of the personality by means of the low-formalized methods of a psychological research, allowing to construct rather precisely his “profile” for identification of criminal intentions. 243 | This article is devoted to the problem of methodological substantiation of socio-pedagogical strategies for supporting students with disabilities. The data of the Russian and world statistics are presented, the ideas of integrated support and the essence of the strategic paradigm are revealed in the context of this category of students, the essence of the concept “strategy” is analyzed, social and pedagogical strategies and their role in supporting students with disabilities are presented. Federal Law No. 181-FZ from November 24, 1995 (as amended on 20.07.2012) “About the Social Protection of People with Disabilities in the Russian Federation” suggests that the limitation of life is the total or partial loss of the person’s ability or ability to self-service, move independently, orientate, communicate, control their behavior, learn and engage in work. Depending on the disorganization degree of the body’s functions and the limitation of vital activity, a disability group is established for people recognized as disabled. Pedagogical support (according to O. S Gazman, T. V Anokhina, S. I Popova, etc.) is a “system of pedagogical activity” and “the process of sharing with the child the definition of his own interests, goals, opportunities and ways to overcome obstacles (problems)”. Traditionally, in the pedagogical science, the strategy is understood as the regular, appropriate, managed (self-governing) positive changes in the organization itself (goals, content, managing methods and forms of the pedagogical process) and its management system, which leads to the achievement of qualitatively new results in the education, upbringing and students’ development. The pedagogical support strategy is understood broader and considered not only in the context of new learning outcomes, upbringing and development of students with disabilities, but also in the context of realizing the ideas of tolerance, socialization, in-house training, comfortable educational environment formation, taking into account the characteristics of both the students themselves and internal and environmental educational organization, leading to the achievement of qualitatively new results of education, upbringing and development of students, and to achieve social effect. To implement comprehensive support for students with disabilities, the following social and pedagogical strategies are most significant: corporate unity strategy, partnership strategy and individual self-realization strategy. 246 | In modern society, police service is a complex activity. It requires great intelligence, outstanding character features, readiness to serve citizens in the interests of the personality, the state and society. Due to the changes in the social role of law enforcement agencies, the implementation of innovative technologies and modern technology into policing, police officers require a high level of education, new skills, such as research, communication, critical thinking, mastering new ways of communicating and working with information, developing self-development skills with the purpose of identifying oneself in professional activity, understanding of various social problems and the ability to solve them. To ensure a comprehensive approach to the realization of a person-oriented education of police staff, it is necessary to create a scientific and methodological platform for the formation of step-by-step vocational training, which enables the formation, development and improvement of professional readiness, professional education, professional culture. In order for professional police education to successfully fulfill its forecast functions, its structure, organization, content and methods of implementation should be perspective-oriented, which is possible only with the scientific provision of the educational process. In this sense, the experience of professional training of police staff in the Federal Republic of Germany as an established system of continuous professional police education based on a scientific basis is of interest. As the result of the scientific provision of the educational process, the necessary reaction is provided to the constant change of legislation, the appearance of new types and methods of committing crimes, the variability of the police’s social roles, the need to adjust the professional activity of police officers, adapt them to emerging life realities and conditions of service. The authors consider the general tendencies of supplementation of the scientific component and professionalization of labor activity on the basis of an analysis of the results of the research activities of the Saxony Police Institute. 247 | The results of the research on the professional and personal self-determination of teenagers in pedagogical classes in pre-revolutionary and modern Tomsk are presented in the article. It is determined that the subject of self-determination has not been fully examined in scientific and methodical literature: the interest in professional determination prevails over the personal one. The elimination of this gap in studying the historical experience allowed us to establish specific character of correlation of the personal and professional self-determination in students training, to show the defining educational effects for children staying in pedagogical classes and to track the influence of training on their adulthood. It appeared, that the process of professional self-determination in teaching classes accompanied improvement of effectiveness of “self-determination” process which is typical of adolescence. It is important that the indispensable success of personal self-determination in pedagogical classes was not the main reason for selecting the teacher’s career. This rejection of the teaching profession, which student do not find appealing, should not be considered as a less useful result than the entering the pedagogical university by the applicant. Finally, according to the analysis of the interviews of teachers and graduates of pedagogical classes in Tomsk it turned possible to show the leading educational effects of students’ staying in these educational structures and to trace the impact of the pre-service teacher training in their adulthood. 249 | In many modern universities, especially in research ones, the process of revising approaches and indicators for assessing the quality of teaching is now actively underway, which we propose to consider as innovative and, of course, progressive. The focus has shifted from actual assessing the quality of education to the assessment of teachers’ activity, which he performs or does not perform. In the event of non-compliance with indicators in elections, the lecturer is elected for a shorter term or not elected at all. These figures at a minimum reflect the quality of training in any assessment. In the election for the posts of teaching staff, a very narrow and very specific set of indicators of educational activity, primary to universities, is taken into account, among other things (consider the indicators on the example of research Tomsk State University): the number of qualified candidates and doctors of sciences; the number of dissertations prepared under the guidance of a teacher; the number of credits of courses taught in a foreign language, with the use of electronic resources, or, project, research; the number of prizes engaged by the students, leading teachers, competitions, contests, etc.; the management of basic educational programs. All these factors only indirectly indicate the quality of teaching. Thus, we can confidently say that in Tomsk scientific research universities there is a tendency to quasi-innovations in the evaluation of teaching, as organizational innovations contribute to the reduction of work time standards, increase in productivity, improve of the workflow, and psychological climate in the team. Organizational quasi-innovations can not produce such effects, on the contrary, they lead to conflicts, increase of working time norms, general dissatisfaction with the management and the injustice of the system of procedure election to the office, as well as the loss of qualified personnel.
