Yurchuk Olga Aleksandrovna ACCOMPANYING THE WORK OF TEACHERS IN CREATION OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENTS IN THE LOGIC OF THE HUMANITARIAN APPROACH // Pedagogical Review. 2015. Issue 1 (7). P. 65-72

The article presents the concept of innovative development as a process and the result of the participation of the teacher in the innovation as an activity to change educational practices in the school. Considered different approaches to the management of innovation at school: technological, economic, design, synergy, humanitarian. A comparative analysis of different management approaches found that only a humanitarian approach provides a semantic communication of educators and personal involvement of everyone in the creation, implementation and dissemination of innovations. A humanitarian management focuses on the subject and creates conditions for joint activities, supports initiatives of all participants. The necessity of meaning-communication in the pedagogical community, during which teachers make out the meaning of their participation in innovation. Teachers need interaction, which will give an opportunity to expand the scope of its innovation, and will enrich it with the interchange.

Stakhin Nikolay Aleksandrovich THE ROLE OF MATHEMATICS AND COMPUTER MATHEMATICS MAXIMA IN IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF JURIDICAL EDUCATION // Pedagogical Review. 2018. Issue 1 (19). P. 142-150

The article deals with the study of the mutual influence of legal thinking on the development of Mathematics and of Mathematics on the quality of legal thinking. A historical example of the emergence of a new mathematical thinking that extends the notion of number and the notion of justice, named in the work as “a justice number” is considered. We study the problem of dividing of the bet in an unfinished game and two solutions: first solution is the “unjust”, given by Pacioli, using the Aristotelian notion of distributive justice, and the second “just” solution, given by Fermat, in which the notion of number and the new Mathematical thinking – probability theory – were expanded. It was concluded that the emergence of new mathematical thinking has changed the notion of justice in accordance with the new content of mathematical thinking. Another conclusion is that at all times the analogue of truth and fair law for a lawyer was Mathematics. Arguments are presented in favor of teaching Mathematics to improve the quality of juridical education in the study of legal disciplines at law university. We suggest starting the study of information technology at Law Faculty with the study of computer Mathematics Maxima. The Maxima program teaches the student the rigor and uniqueness of thinking due to the need for correct writing of commands, and develops student’s mathematical thinking. The new mathematical thinking of the student becomes an inseparable component of the legal thinking of a future lawyer. So, Maxima improves the quality of juridical education.

Mezinov Vladimir Nikolaevich, Filatova Irina Yuryevna PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF SOCIAL INTELLIGENCE DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENTS, MASTERING THE PROFESSION OF A TEACHER IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS // Pedagogical Review. 2018. Issue 3 (21). P. 75-84

At present the development of the social intellect of the future teacher is an actual problem. This is evidenced by the research of modern scientists (Genkina V. A. (2000), Lukicheva M. A. (2004), Makarova N. A. (20013), etc.). The feasibility of developing the social intellect of a future teacher is due to its relationship with such concepts as “professionally important qualities”, “professional abilities” and “professionalism”. Social intelligence provides the future teacher with competitiveness, success in professional activities and improving the quality of education. The purpose of the study was to study the characteristics and level of development of social intelligence of students who master the profession of a teacher in a university. According to the results of the study, four groups of subjects with normal, medium, medium and low social intelligence were identified. This allowed us to identify certain features of social intelligence in future teachers and to confirm the relevance of the development of social intelligence. To develop the social intelligence of students who master the profession of a teacher in a university, a set of pedagogical conditions is proposed. The proposed conditions can be a fundamental component of the educational environment, allowing the most optimal design of the process of development of the social intelligence of the future teacher in the university.

Sherayzina Roza Moiseyevna, Shirin Aleksandr Glebovich, Taykova Ljudmila Vladimirovna EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES OF DIFFERENT AGE COMMUNITIES OF STUDENTS IN RURAL AREAS // Pedagogical Review. 2020. Issue 1 (29). P. 195-199

In the article we offer an analysis of the phenomenon of heterogeneous education in a rural school, provide educational tasks that are solved by small schools, and reveal the contents of the concepts “condition” and “pedagogical conditions”. We examined the conditions for organizing the educational process in a rural school (procedural; substantive; managerial; psychological and pedagogical; didactic; methodological; sociocultural). Characterized the learning functions of children of different ages (psychological, social; compensatory; stimulating). They provided a definition of students of different ages in rural areas. The educational process in a rural school involves the implementation of such pedagogical ones that involve the organization of educational activities in small educational groups; taking into account individual characteristics and inclinations of students; selection of training content, selection of methods, forms of work, ensuring the formation of students’ knowledge, skills; construction by the teacher of an individual learning route for students; development of the ability to learn independently; successful assimilation of educational material in the process of student interaction; conditions determined by the characteristics of rural life. Properly organized training in a different age group contributes to the creation of a strong student team, helps to educate students in responsibility, discipline, and the development of initiative.

Kukarskaya Galina Nikolaevna, Pakhomova Vera Mikhaylovna, Trifonova Irina Sergeyevna DEVELOPING FOREIGN LANGUAGE COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE OF NON-LINGUISTIC STUDENTS USING THE ASSOCIATION-PROJECT METHOD // Pedagogical Review. 2020. Issue 2 (30). P. 100-112

The present article outlines the fundamental tendency in foreign language teaching – a communicative one. Effective teaching methods are necessary to make non-linguistic students sound naturally and confidently. The specific objective of this study is to identify and overcome the main barriers in speaking English using a method that develops foreign communicative competence. The association-project method is considered to become a possible solution of the problem. The study is carried out in three stages. The first stage involves a questionnaire of non-linguistic students about the main difficulties in speaking English. Ninety seven students of University of Tyumen took part in this survey. On the second stage we give English lessons using the association-project method in three nonlinguistic groups. Forty four students with Elementary, Pre-Intermediate and Intermediate Low English Levels were involved. And finally these students take a questionnaire about the effectiveness of the association-project method in overcoming the main difficulties in speaking English. At first questioning of non-linguistic students and following ranking of the obtained data made it possible to identify three main difficulties in speaking English. These communicative barriers are both linguistic and extralinguistic in nature. The use of the association-project method in English classes allowed to overcome these difficulties significantly. The final questionnaire of non-linguistic students proves this fact. The association-project method is a combination of two fairly new and relevant methods (association and project methods) used in foreign language teaching. It meets modern educational requirements, develops the key components of foreign communicative competence (linguistic, discursive, sociolinguistic and sociocultural) and helps to cope with the main barriers in speaking a foreign language.

Tapias Antoni de Villasante THE DUAL NATURE OF SOUND AS RAW MATERIAL OF MUSIC // Pedagogical Review. 2014. Issue 4 (6). P. 89-92

The research and observation of the sound nature is the main objective of this article, since that is the raw material of music. Wouldn’t it be desirable for most research of music theory to have the nature of sound as the basis of its study? Would it not be a more powerful and objective tool, if we learn the creative and subjective fact which is music, through the relationships and structures derived from sound that obey natural and objective laws? My research and conclusions are based on the study of the natural harmonic series of sound. The Fundamental natural series is the main conclusion. Sound has a dual nature that best explains musical relationships.

The importance of situational tasks in modern pedagogical education and their role in mastering the content of methodical disciplines is considered. Specific features of the exercises of the first, second and third levels of complexity to the situational tasks in the methodology of chemistry teaching are singled out. The reproductive nature of the activity of the students prevails in the tasks of the first level. They are aimed at the formation of practical skills and abilities in the compilation of didactic materials. Tasks of the second level of complexity have a part-search character of students’ cognitive activity and develop practical skills and abilities in developing methodological materials. The search activity, creative and author’s approach to the development of didactic materials, taking into account modern requirements for school education, dominate in the tasks of the third level of complexity. Different approaches to assessing of the performance of situational tasks are analyzed. General and specific criteria for assessing tasks of the different levels are developed. The matrix, including the criteria and indicators of their evaluation when performing tasks of different levels of complexity, is proposed. The results of approbation of the developed criteria are presented and the value of the criterial approach for the use of situational problems in the learning process is shown.

Eremina Iuliia Anatolevna THE EARLY MATERNAL COPING AND ITS CONNECTION WITH PSYCHOSOCIAL DEVELOPMENT OF A CHILD AGED FROM ONE TO THREE YEARS // Pedagogical Review. 2017. Issue 2 (16). P. 37-47

The article observes the system “mother – child” in early childhood from the point of view of the mother coping behavior connected with the psychosocial development of the child. Underlines the purposefulness of studying of the mental development of the early aged child in its interaction with the mother as a single system, because of the symbiotic nature of their relationship and the immaturity of the child mind, the influence of mother on its development in the first three years of life overlaps all other factors. Notices the specificity of the difficult situations in the process of mother-child interaction, actualizes the characteristic style of mother of such specific social behavior as coping behavior, that allows consciously and intentionally to resolve the problem and stressful situations. Proposes and formulates the concept of the early mother coping (EMC). This form of coping acts as the system event based on the consideration of stress signals of the child, the perception of these signals by the mother and her response reactions to any form of coping. Presents the empirical results of the early maternal coping, identifies its normative indicators. The conclusion is made that the deformation of the “mother-child” system at an early age can occur in the form of inefficient early mother coping which is a predictor of disorders of the psychosocial development of the child.

Shmat’ko Sergey Vadimovich PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL SELF-DETERMINATION OF SENIOR PUPILS IN PEDAGOGICS PROFILE CLASSES: HISTORICAL REVIEW // Pedagogical Review. 2017. Issue 2 (16). P. 157-163

The results of the research on the professional and personal self-determination of teenagers in pedagogical classes in pre-revolutionary and modern Tomsk are presented in the article. It is determined that the subject of self-determination has not been fully examined in scientific and methodical literature: the interest in professional determination prevails over the personal one. The elimination of this gap in studying the historical experience allowed us to establish specific character of correlation of the personal and professional self-determination in students training, to show the defining educational effects for children staying in pedagogical classes and to track the influence of training on their adulthood. It appeared, that the process of professional self-determination in teaching classes accompanied improvement of effectiveness of “self-determination” process which is typical of adolescence. It is important that the indispensable success of personal self-determination in pedagogical classes was not the main reason for selecting the teacher’s career. This rejection of the teaching profession, which student do not find appealing, should not be considered as a less useful result than the entering the pedagogical university by the applicant. Finally, according to the analysis of the interviews of teachers and graduates of pedagogical classes in Tomsk it turned possible to show the leading educational effects of students’ staying in these educational structures and to trace the impact of the pre-service teacher training in their adulthood.

Erokhina Elena Anatolyevna FEATURES OF TEACHERS’ ACTIVITY EVALUATION AT TOMSK NATIONAL RESEARCH UNIVERSITIES // Pedagogical Review. 2019. Issue 1 (23). P. 139-143

In many modern universities, especially in research ones, the process of revising approaches and indicators for assessing the quality of teaching is now actively underway, which we propose to consider as innovative and, of course, progressive. The focus has shifted from actual assessing the quality of education to the assessment of teachers’ activity, which he performs or does not perform. In the event of non-compliance with indicators in elections, the lecturer is elected for a shorter term or not elected at all. These figures at a minimum reflect the quality of training in any assessment. In the election for the posts of teaching staff, a very narrow and very specific set of indicators of educational activity, primary to universities, is taken into account, among other things (consider the indicators on the example of research Tomsk State University): the number of qualified candidates and doctors of sciences; the number of dissertations prepared under the guidance of a teacher; the number of credits of courses taught in a foreign language, with the use of electronic resources, or, project, research; the number of prizes engaged by the students, leading teachers, competitions, contests, etc.; the management of basic educational programs. All these factors only indirectly indicate the quality of teaching. Thus, we can confidently say that in Tomsk scientific research universities there is a tendency to quasi-innovations in the evaluation of teaching, as organizational innovations contribute to the reduction of work time standards, increase in productivity, improve of the workflow, and psychological climate in the team. Organizational quasi-innovations can not produce such effects, on the contrary, they lead to conflicts, increase of working time norms, general dissatisfaction with the management and the injustice of the system of procedure election to the office, as well as the loss of qualified personnel.

Rakhimova Tatyana Anatolyevna EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT TRANSFORMATION IN THE PROCESS OF LEARNING A FOREIGN LANGUAGE AT THE UNIVERSITY // Pedagogical Review. 2018. Issue 2 (20). P. 48-54

The article aims to examine the transformation of the educational environment in the discipline of foreign language in a non-linguistic higher education institution. The educational environment is a psychological and pedagogical reality, containing specially organized conditions for personality formation, as well as opportunities for development, included in social and spatial-objective environment. Here we consider the definitions of the educational environment, the data of various scientists, which emphasize the mutual influence of the environment and the individual. The requirements of the current environment are in constant conflict with the requirements of a modern person and are updated, enabling the individual to learn the language in its existing state, for specific purposes. When analyzing interaction patterns in the process of studying a foreign language, the author comes to the conclusion that their diversity corresponds to a real language environment. Joint activities contribute to the convergence of educational models with real models of communication. The role of the teacher, in this aspect, is to teach students with constantly updated content, keeping the scope of the educational process. On the basis of this study the author developed the algorithm for creating the educational environment that include variable components. This algorithm facilitates the change management of the educational environment in the discipline of foreign language.

Kulikov Sergey Borisovich PROBLEMS OF DEVELOPMENT OF HIGHER EDUCATION IN THE COUNTRIES OF EAST AND SOUTHEAST ASIA // Pedagogical Review. 2017. Issue 3 (17). P. 171-177

The article represents a brief review of perspective, in which contemporary foreign researchers in the field of education in the countries of East and South-East Asia are engaged. In the modern world, there is a gradual refusal from the ideas about the leading role of educational systems in Western Europe and North America, at least in the sphere of higher education. The countries of East and South-East Asia are actively modernizing higher education, creatively adopting and altering the practices executed in other regions. At the same time, as a role model not only Western Europe and North America are shown, but also the achievements of education in the countries of Latin America. Economic achievements of the countries of East Asia, in particular China and Japan, allow to create structures, which actively compete with educational systems in other regions of the planet. Some aspects of development of the higher education in the countries of East and Southeast Asia have obvious crossings with similar aspects of development of the higher education in Russia. It demands further comparative researches for transfer of the most successful achievements of Asian models of higher education. As a result, the level of the international interaction will increase, and Russian education will get additional benefits in competitive fight in global education market.

Shtern Olga Vladimirovna FORMATION OF THE CONCEPT “EDUCATIONAL COMMUNICATION” // Pedagogical Review. 2018. Issue 2 (20). P. 152-160

The article deals with the question of communication in its educational function from the ancient time till the present. It demonstrates the analytical survey of the formation of the given concept on different stages of the society development. In ancient time by means of communication people interchanged information and knowledge, therefore learned the truth. However, among the interlocuters a philosopher (teacher) was the one who tutored the conversational process. The research shows that in medieval times the situation changed: any interaction between people, or communication was under the church pressure and control. In the period of Renaissance and new time a student becomes a respected person. In “Great didactics” of Johann Comenius the author observes an educational process as an activity that by means of interaction helps to develop communicative skills. Later the Swiss pedagogue Pestalozzi within his method of easy communication demonstrates how pupils are able to develop their cognitive and analytical skills, ability to form and coherently convey thoughts and ideas with the help of comprehensive cooperation. The twentieth century offers a variety of new pedagogical systems. Self-development, self-education are the main principles of Montessori system. The equality between a teacher and a student is the main idea of education in “Summer-hill” school founded by A. Nill. S. Frene organized “Pedagogics in cooperation”. The author emphasizes the presence of interaction, cooperation, educational conversations between pupils in Frene’s system. Russian teachers Amonashvili, Shatalov, Lysenko and others supported the idea of cooperation and intercommunication in the education process. Amonashvilli’s “School of life” realizes the individualization of the learning process, interaction between children that encourages pupils to develop their communicative, sociable skills. The research shows that nowadays there are a lot of traditional and experimental schools. Occasionally educational communication occurs in every pedagogical system. However, the results indicate that as a separate section in the learning process communication in its educational function is on the forming stage. The research helps to understand, study and analyze communication and educational communication in the meaning of the involvement into socialization, interaction and cooperation between a teacher and children.

Issue 2 (12). P. 9-15

The results of study of self-regulation of behaviour as a criterion of psychological readiness to successful implementation of research activity are presented. The main phases of research activity within conceptual model of the activity dynamic structure by R. Kh. Shakurov are considered. The study sample included 88 postgraduate students and masters engaged in research work. For revealing the features of the processes of selfregulation of young scientists’ behavior, “Style of Self-Regulation of Behavior” technique by V. I. Morosanova was used. Processes of planning and estimation of results are the most expressed ones in young scientists’ profile of self-regulation. Two factors, tentatively named “flexibility in search for decisions and estimation of results” and “independence in goal setting”, indicating features of styles of self-regulation of young scientists have been distinguished. Gender differences in indicators of the process of planning have been established. Young scientists of male sample had more developed individual features of goal setting and goal retention. It has been revealed that postgraduate students, as opposed to the masters, are forming their program of actions for implementation of tasks of research activity more independently.

Matsepuro Darya Mikhaylovna, Esipenko Elena Aleksandrovna, Terekhina Olga Vladimirovna ESSENTIAL METHODS OF MATH ANXIETY REGULATION // Pedagogical Review. 2021. Issue 2 (36). P. 189-198

Math anxiety (MA) is a feeling of fear, worry and discomfort when working with numerical information. Students with a high level of math anxiety tend to avoid mathematics and further study in areas where mathematical knowledge is required. This leads to a shortage of applicants for technical and natural sciences. The development of MA can be caused by: poor mathematical skills, genetic predisposition, socio-environmental factors. In fact, some of the same genetic and environmental reasons affect both math ability and math anxiety. This paper discusses such methods of MA regulation as: expressive writing, reappraisal, relaxation, meditation, mindfulness, art therapy, bibliography, music therapy, and psychophysiological methods (i.e. transcranial stimulation). The effects obtained by these methods, its implementation, as well as potential applications in terms of their effectiveness and reliability have been covered. The studied methods have practically not been tested on Russian samples. Therefore, their further study and experimental verification are required. Regulation methods also require testing in real conditions of the educational process. The new reality of blended and online learning could trigger math and academic anxiety. It is important that some of the proposed methods can be indirectly applied to other types of “academic anxiety” (anxiety caused and experienced by students for other specific discipline).

Aleksandrova Natalya Viktorovna, Zaguri Oxana Orly, Sukhova Veronika Viktorovna STRATEGIC PARADIGM OF SUPPORTING STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES: SOCIAL-PEDAGOGICAL ASPECT // Pedagogical Review. 2017. Issue 4 (18). P. 175-182

This article is devoted to the problem of methodological substantiation of socio-pedagogical strategies for supporting students with disabilities. The data of the Russian and world statistics are presented, the ideas of integrated support and the essence of the strategic paradigm are revealed in the context of this category of students, the essence of the concept “strategy” is analyzed, social and pedagogical strategies and their role in supporting students with disabilities are presented. Federal Law No. 181-FZ from November 24, 1995 (as amended on 20.07.2012) “About the Social Protection of People with Disabilities in the Russian Federation” suggests that the limitation of life is the total or partial loss of the person’s ability or ability to self-service, move independently, orientate, communicate, control their behavior, learn and engage in work. Depending on the disorganization degree of the body’s functions and the limitation of vital activity, a disability group is established for people recognized as disabled. Pedagogical support (according to O. S Gazman, T. V Anokhina, S. I Popova, etc.) is a “system of pedagogical activity” and “the process of sharing with the child the definition of his own interests, goals, opportunities and ways to overcome obstacles (problems)”. Traditionally, in the pedagogical science, the strategy is understood as the regular, appropriate, managed (self-governing) positive changes in the organization itself (goals, content, managing methods and forms of the pedagogical process) and its management system, which leads to the achievement of qualitatively new results in the education, upbringing and students’ development. The pedagogical support strategy is understood broader and considered not only in the context of new learning outcomes, upbringing and development of students with disabilities, but also in the context of realizing the ideas of tolerance, socialization, in-house training, comfortable educational environment formation, taking into account the characteristics of both the students themselves and internal and environmental educational organization, leading to the achievement of qualitatively new results of education, upbringing and development of students, and to achieve social effect. To implement comprehensive support for students with disabilities, the following social and pedagogical strategies are most significant: corporate unity strategy, partnership strategy and individual self-realization strategy.
