210 | The review is devoted to the analysis of the work of scientists and psychologists, teachers of Tomsk State Pedagogical University, the problem of professional formation of the developing personality of the future teacher in pedagogical higher school system. On the basis of multidisciplinary analysis the following conclusions are made. A complex, existential process of personal and professional development of a student is inseparable from the organization of a creative educational space. It must ensure that, based on the concept of democratization and humanization of higher education, the coordination of the entire range of models that describe the quality of education results, the quality of education, teacher student the quality of the professionalization of teaching a higher school graduate, his willingness to become a teacher-creator in the modern education. Therefore, it is important that in addition to teaching purely academic disciplines to students – future teachers, more work should still be done which could contribute to their professional and personal self-determination. Final conclusion on the study lies in the fact that on the basis of multidisciplinary experimental approaches, verified the accuracy of the pedagogical conditions conducive to the formation of educational identity of the graduate teacher. You can see how the personal growth of the graduate-teacher is related, on the one hand, with the reflection of his insufficient implementation / potential feasibility, on the other hand – with multiple identities, the most important of which at this stage of social development is the personality of the graduate-the educational identity. This view has a certain socio-cultural “lining” because pedagogy is exactly the dominant image of the man in culture. Today, typical of the culture of postmodern discourse incomplete, open personality innovation, reflection development, the ability to emotional and volitional voltage leads to the isolation of potentiality as the distinctive features of the human in general, putting pedagogy task of studying not only current but also future potential of being graduates – the future professional. Therefore, improving the quality of education implies solution of important methodological problems of quality management of pedagogical knowledge, which include the solution of psychological and pedagogical problems of professional self-identification and education. The directions of solutions to these problems must be taken into account by expert assessments as training in technological quality management. 212 | The issue of providing social and pedagogical assistance to a child from a dysfunctional family is being considered. The results of studying the “child in a dysfunctional family” problem are presented and the conclusion is made that a child in such a family is deprived of parental attention, supervision, care, and experiences difficulties in relations with peers and teachers. A review of well-known models of activity with a dysfunctional family is given, and non-traditional forms of work with a dysfunctional family are named. The available experience shows that today the direction of helping a child from a dysfunctional family is not sufficiently developed. A child growing up in a dysfunctional family lacks a significant adult. Such a significant adult can be a student-mentor, “family tutor”. Having a mentor in a child will help reduce intra-family conflicts, improve parent-child relationships, and possibly prevent social orphanhood. In this regard, in the framework of participation in the «Course for the Family» competition organized by the Timchenko Foundation, the project «Family Tutor» was developed. The implementation of the project included: the selection of students interested in participating in the project, their training, the definition of a group of children who need mentors, the creation of “child-tutor” pairs, and the conclusion of agreements with families. Today 10 pairs work, students are accompanied by curators, authors of the project. 214 | The article deals with the study of the mutual influence of legal thinking on the development of Mathematics and of Mathematics on the quality of legal thinking. A historical example of the emergence of a new mathematical thinking that extends the notion of number and the notion of justice, named in the work as “a justice number” is considered. We study the problem of dividing of the bet in an unfinished game and two solutions: first solution is the “unjust”, given by Pacioli, using the Aristotelian notion of distributive justice, and the second “just” solution, given by Fermat, in which the notion of number and the new Mathematical thinking – probability theory – were expanded. It was concluded that the emergence of new mathematical thinking has changed the notion of justice in accordance with the new content of mathematical thinking. Another conclusion is that at all times the analogue of truth and fair law for a lawyer was Mathematics. Arguments are presented in favor of teaching Mathematics to improve the quality of juridical education in the study of legal disciplines at law university. We suggest starting the study of information technology at Law Faculty with the study of computer Mathematics Maxima. The Maxima program teaches the student the rigor and uniqueness of thinking due to the need for correct writing of commands, and develops student’s mathematical thinking. 233 | The notions “urban environment”, “urban object”, “urban resource” are traditionally discussed by such sciences as urban studies, economics, sociology and others, but the development of new directions in education also includes them in pedagogical research, in particular in the field of educational urban studies. There is a need to identify opportunities to consider these concepts in terms of their educational potential and to determine their place in modern education. To do this, let us review the sources and formulate approaches to the definition of key terms of educational urban studies. The concept “environment” is usually defined in two ways – as a set of physical conditions and as a human environment. Interpreting this approach in an educational context, the second meaning can be interpreted as a set of citizens’ activity practices, including educational ones. The urban educational environment is a system of three levels: macro-level, mesolevel and micro-level. The meso- and micro-levels are the most interesting for the study of educational potential. In urban planning, urban objects as elements of the urban environment are classified by function, affiliation, and operator. These features determine the programmability of the object in terms of its educational potential for citizens. An urban object becomes educational only if a citizen endows it with educational value, using it for their formal, non-formal, and informal educational practices. Educational resourcefulness is determined not only by resources of the object itself, but also by resources of a person using it. Educators possessing the competences of an urban teacher can become guides to discovering educational resourcefulness of a city and organizers of urban educational practices. The notions of an urban educational object, which becomes such when a city resident uses its educational potential, and the urban educational practice as a formula connecting an urban object, educational needs of a city resident, methods of using the educational potential of an urban object and direct educational activity in the interaction with the object were defined. Based on these formulations, we can begin to develop approaches to the inclusion of urban environment in the educational process, including an assessment of the educational potential of the urban environment. 234 | The article proceeds from the assumption that proverbs are an integral part of knowing a foreign language. The ability to use, understand and translate proverbs is particularly important for translators. The article provides an in-depth analysis of factors, which account for the importance of knowing proverbs for the translator. Drawing on a number of research studies the author makes a conclusion that proverbs are a very small part of language teaching. The author then describes approaches to integrating proverbs into the process of teaching a foreign language to translators, highlights a number of aspects which need to be considered and gives examples of exercises which can be used to include proverbs in foreign language teaching. 235 | In the article we offer an analysis of the phenomenon of heterogeneous education in a rural school, provide educational tasks that are solved by small schools, and reveal the contents of the concepts “condition” and “pedagogical conditions”. We examined the conditions for organizing the educational process in a rural school (procedural; substantive; managerial; psychological and pedagogical; didactic; methodological; sociocultural). Characterized the learning functions of children of different ages (psychological, social; compensatory; stimulating). They provided a definition of students of different ages in rural areas. The educational process in a rural school involves the implementation of such pedagogical ones that involve the organization of educational activities in small educational groups; taking into account individual characteristics and inclinations of students; selection of training content, selection of methods, forms of work, ensuring the formation of students’ knowledge, skills; construction by the teacher of an individual learning route for students; development of the ability to learn independently; successful assimilation of educational material in the process of student interaction; conditions determined by the characteristics of rural life. Properly organized training in a different age group contributes to the creation of a strong student team, helps to educate students in responsibility, discipline, and the development of initiative. 236 | The features of the natural speech in daily and professional dialogue are considered. In this article the main methodological aspects of the establishment and training of effective spontaneous speech in the professional activity are considered. In addition, the text offers a training program of spontaneous communication in professional communication. In this program, the theoretical emphasis is on the one hand, on the selection of criteria that characterize a specific speech genre and classification of spontaneous monolog and dialog speech in professional communication. On the other hand, the practical section of the program is based on the techniques of verbal creativity, that helps to simulate a relaxed situation, to create their own texts. It is noted that the proposed methodological model is tested in groups of students of the Humanities. 238 | The problem of psychosomatic diseases is discussed. Skin diseases are considered as a General psychological model of differentiation and integration of knowledge about the self. The paper investigates the conjugate relationship between psychosomatic skin diseases (psoriasis and atopic dermatitis) and the representation of the self. The literature data in favor of the statement that the early relationship of mother and baby are critical for subsequent mental development. The concept of “primary skin” (E. Bick), which performs the function of binding (“sticking together”) parts of the child’s personality, is considered. It is suggested that the experience passed through by the infant in the early symbiotic relationship with the mother is a prototype for subsequent models of human interaction with the world. If a child is confronted with an early traumatic experience of maternal “misunderstanding,” then he is unable to integrate “what is inside and what is happening outside.” The concepts of “second skin” and secondary symbiosis as protective mechanisms arising in the case of traumatic separation experience are considered. The forms of secondary symbiosis are correlated with two types of the mother’s gaze– the unseeing and the distorting. It is assumed that the two types of gazes and forms of secondary symbiosis correlate with atopic dermatitis and psoriasis. It is hypothesized that defects in the “atopic dermatitis” group are associated with prolonged symbiosis (that is, with the mother’s unseeing gaze), and in “psoriasis” group – with defective or prematurely torn symbiosis (i. e. distorting mother’s gaze). The study was carried out using the Lybko technique (self-representation by means of constructs Myself/I for the Other) and the “Cream” technique (representation of the skin surface by means of different constructs of the cream). The study involved 72 women aged 20–40 years, IU = 37 (30 – healthy (NORMAL), 17 suffering from psoriasis (PS) and 25 – atopic dermatitis (AD)). The method of nonparametric analysis (Kruskal – Wallis criterion) proves that the representation of the true Self manifests itself as a tendency to merge/encapsulate in different groups of subjects. Skin diseases (AD and PS) reflect different ways to overcome secondary symbiosis. When representing the Self, the AD group shows a tendency to fusion, and the PS group shows a tendency to encapsulation. 241 | This article is devoted to the problem of methodological substantiation of socio-pedagogical strategies for supporting students with disabilities. The data of the Russian and world statistics are presented, the ideas of integrated support and the essence of the strategic paradigm are revealed in the context of this category of students, the essence of the concept “strategy” is analyzed, social and pedagogical strategies and their role in supporting students with disabilities are presented. Federal Law No. 181-FZ from November 24, 1995 (as amended on 20.07.2012) “About the Social Protection of People with Disabilities in the Russian Federation” suggests that the limitation of life is the total or partial loss of the person’s ability or ability to self-service, move independently, orientate, communicate, control their behavior, learn and engage in work. Depending on the disorganization degree of the body’s functions and the limitation of vital activity, a disability group is established for people recognized as disabled. Pedagogical support (according to O. S Gazman, T. V Anokhina, S. I Popova, etc.) is a “system of pedagogical activity” and “the process of sharing with the child the definition of his own interests, goals, opportunities and ways to overcome obstacles (problems)”. Traditionally, in the pedagogical science, the strategy is understood as the regular, appropriate, managed (self-governing) positive changes in the organization itself (goals, content, managing methods and forms of the pedagogical process) and its management system, which leads to the achievement of qualitatively new results in the education, upbringing and students’ development. The pedagogical support strategy is understood broader and considered not only in the context of new learning outcomes, upbringing and development of students with disabilities, but also in the context of realizing the ideas of tolerance, socialization, in-house training, comfortable educational environment formation, taking into account the characteristics of both the students themselves and internal and environmental educational organization, leading to the achievement of qualitatively new results of education, upbringing and development of students, and to achieve social effect. To implement comprehensive support for students with disabilities, the following social and pedagogical strategies are most significant: corporate unity strategy, partnership strategy and individual self-realization strategy. 242 | Math anxiety (MA) is a feeling of fear, worry and discomfort when working with numerical information. Students with a high level of math anxiety tend to avoid mathematics and further study in areas where mathematical knowledge is required. This leads to a shortage of applicants for technical and natural sciences. The development of MA can be caused by: poor mathematical skills, genetic predisposition, socio-environmental factors. In fact, some of the same genetic and environmental reasons affect both math ability and math anxiety. This paper discusses such methods of MA regulation as: expressive writing, reappraisal, relaxation, meditation, mindfulness, art therapy, bibliography, music therapy, and psychophysiological methods (i.e. transcranial stimulation). The effects obtained by these methods, its implementation, as well as potential applications in terms of their effectiveness and reliability have been covered. The studied methods have practically not been tested on Russian samples. Therefore, their further study and experimental verification are required. Regulation methods also require testing in real conditions of the educational process. The new reality of blended and online learning could trigger math and academic anxiety. It is important that some of the proposed methods can be indirectly applied to other types of “academic anxiety” (anxiety caused and experienced by students for other specific discipline). 246 | The article deals with various diagnostic systems in assessing the results of teaching academic writing. The author distinguishes levels of academic writing literacy and sets objectives for each level. The levels are characterized with reference to the Russian educational context. The diagnostic system is dynamic: a student moves from stage to stage starting with comprehension of academic writing functioning in Russia, following to application of writing requirement in study at higher institutions, until (s)he is able to create and present new knowledge in an autonomous research. The article touches upon different approaches to assessing academic writing results, for instance, ‘genre’ approach and ‘cognitive taxonomy’ approach, known also as ‘study skills’ and ‘academic literacies’ approaches, respectively. The suggested diagnostic system employs cognitive objectives to assess level of critical thinking in writing. To achieve the objectives, the syllabus is designed with the focus on Russian education realia, developing intrinsic and professional motivation through the theoretical part, reference to the real-life examples and their analysis. Consequently, the diagnostic system, first, establishes students’ study needs in the learning field. The genre in this system is the means, not the aims of assessment, as the focus is on the development of critical thinking in writing. 249 | Specific nature of creation of an artistic image in vocal variety piece has many common features with that of other art forms. This specific nature implies the presence of two aspects: creative, that influence creative abilities of a performer and technical, caused by practical skills in sound performance. Nevertheless, according to musicologists, both creative and technical aspects are in main focus of the activities aimed at the creation of the artistic image, which is preceded by the preparatory, as well as the final stages afterwards. At the same time, the main difficulty in creating of a musical-verbal image in a vocal work is in the multitasking of the actions performed by the artist. In addition to direct technical, intonationally competent performance, the singer must constantly reflect-analyze his activities on the stage and, if necessary, change it, sometimes depending on the reaction of the viewer. In this regard, the pedagogical experience of the step-by-step creation of the artistic image of the vocal piece in work with children in children’s art school was analyzed. A set of methods that develop performing techniques has been developed and tested, including working with the text of a piece, teaching the basics of acting skills. Examples of exercises for the development of the singing voice, for expanding the vocal range, improving the timbre, rhythm, and dynamics of vocal performance are given. The results of the methodology and testing can be of interest for teachers in the vocal class. 250 | The article deals with the question of communication in its educational function from the ancient time till the present. It demonstrates the analytical survey of the formation of the given concept on different stages of the society development. In ancient time by means of communication people interchanged information and knowledge, therefore learned the truth. However, among the interlocuters a philosopher (teacher) was the one who tutored the conversational process. The research shows that in medieval times the situation changed: any interaction between people, or communication was under the church pressure and control. In the period of Renaissance and new time a student becomes a respected person. In “Great didactics” of Johann Comenius the author observes an educational process as an activity that by means of interaction helps to develop communicative skills. Later the Swiss pedagogue Pestalozzi within his method of easy communication demonstrates how pupils are able to develop their cognitive and analytical skills, ability to form and coherently convey thoughts and ideas with the help of comprehensive cooperation. The twentieth century offers a variety of new pedagogical systems. Self-development, self-education are the main principles of Montessori system. The equality between a teacher and a student is the main idea of education in “Summer-hill” school founded by A. Nill. S. Frene organized “Pedagogics in cooperation”. The author emphasizes the presence of interaction, cooperation, educational conversations between pupils in Frene’s system. Russian teachers Amonashvili, Shatalov, Lysenko and others supported the idea of cooperation and intercommunication in the education process. Amonashvilli’s “School of life” realizes the individualization of the learning process, interaction between children that encourages pupils to develop their communicative, sociable skills. The research shows that nowadays there are a lot of traditional and experimental schools. Occasionally educational communication occurs in every pedagogical system. However, the results indicate that as a separate section in the learning process communication in its educational function is on the forming stage. The research helps to understand, study and analyze communication and educational communication in the meaning of the involvement into socialization, interaction and cooperation between a teacher and children.
