402 | The list of pedagogical conditions for optimizing training of students for different types of future professional activity of specialists at nuclear power enterprises is considered: project, production, technological, research and organizational and managerial. As pedagogical conditions were identified the following: motivational - training of students, taking into account their individual inclinations to different types of future professional activity; substantial - development and subsequent implementation of a work program, program-methodological and supervisory training tools that promote the development of professional competencies; technological - use of a laboratory research complex, a training and research reactor and specialized software for the development of professional competencies of students. Taking into account the selected pedagogical conditions on the basis of synthesis of approaches (competence, personality-oriented, contextual and activity- oriented), a structural-functional model for optimizing the training of students for various types of professional activity at nuclear power enterprises was developed. An important feature of the created model is that in the process of preparing students for different types of professional activity the same provision (program-methodical, didactic, organizational and technical-technological) is used. The implementation of the developed model of training students for different types of future professional activity on the basis of formulated pedagogical conditions and optimization technology makes it possible to organize the educational process more effectively through didactic, program-methodological, organizational and technical-technological components. 403 | А creative behavior of a person in the natural conditions of life is considered and analyzed. The advantages of studying the creative manifestations of subjects (children of primary school age) in a free situation typical for the natural real creative process are substantiated. The parameters of free situation, singled out and used in the experimental study, and the factors that stimulate the creative manifestations of children, such as the representation of the example of creative behavior of a significant adult, emotional and creative contact of the adult with children, etc., allowed us to establish that the types of creative reactions of children to the example of creative behavior of an adult can be either immediate or delayed, with the delayed manifestations of creative abilities being the predominant ones. This allowed us to identify the phenomenon of delayed creative manifestations, which is associated with the incubation period both in relation to the creative process (during the realization of the creative intention – the fruition and maturation of the creative idea), and with respect to the formation of creative abilities resulting from the accumulation of new personal experience. This experience is connected, in our opinion, with the opportunity for subjects (children) to manifest creative behavior, encouraged by the teacher (significant adult) who demonstrated himself the example of creativity to schoolkids. Keywords: natural experiment, free situation, example of creative behavior of an adult, creative reactions of children, immediate creative manifestations, delayed creative manifestations | 1394

405 | Both technical and scenic components of artistic fencing training were actualized by the aim of increase of effectiveness and quality of staged fights. The necessity of teaching opponents the basis of staged speech was revealed by exploring the artistic feature of their diverse creating. It stems from the fact that many classical battle plots cannot be implemented on the stage without considering this skill. The importance of staged speech was proved by the factthat the members of the leading Russian artistic fencing teams necessarily posses it. The fact that “live speech” is more preferable than recorded voices even in the case of sport competitions was stated as the result of exploring the performances of The Russian Championship 2015. Hence, together with developing the sport, the refusal of recorded voices will be inevitable, and sportsmen will study staged speech. Moreover, it clarified, that intonation patterns and pauses help clearly highlight the apparent fighters’ motives and intensions. That was successfully illustrated by the example of working with staged speech in the “Alternative Scene” performance. The effectiveness of methods of stage speech trainings which are presented in the article was proved by the fact that performance «The Alternative Scene» by postgraduate student Sergey Shmat’ko and associate professor Viktor Lobanov (duet nomination, freestyle) was awarded the 2nd place at the Russian Artistic Fencing Championship 2016 as a result of high-quality artistic acting. 406 | The fact that a university graduate has a specific set of competencies that meet the requirements of professional standards has become one of the indicators of the quality of education. However, the transition from the traditional education system: the knowledge, skills and abilities to professional competencies, requires for the higher education system to revise approaches of learning. One of such approaches is the use of various forms and methods of training that contribute to the formation of key competences for students. The right to choose the forms of education or their combinations remains with the teacher-specialist, but the set of specific competencies is governed by the basic educational program for the corresponding directions of training graduates. One of the most effective forms of organizing group training is a business game. Formation of competencies for the students occurs through gaming activities aimed at modeling the real professional situation in the course of performing certain social roles for the participants. Business game on the topic: “Statistical distribution of the sample. Empirical distribution function” in the direction of preparation “Economics” (qualification of the graduate “bachelor”) was aimed at solving the problem of organizing the collection and further processing of statistical data. In the course of the game, a simulation of activities aimed at collecting and processing statistical data takes place. The goal for the students was to construct an interval statistical series, empirical distribution function and histogram of frequencies (relative frequencies). The basis for the development of this business game was making the conditions simulating the process of analysis of statistical data at different stages, each of which relies on data from the previous stage, so that all participants felt responsibility for the accuracy and unbiased of the obtained data. As the results of this lesson, the basic knowledge on the research topic was actualized and the students achieved the required level of competence in accordance with the educational program of the discipline. The main results of the activities of the business game participants were reflected in the abstract form, and as an illustration, they are presented in this article. 407 | The problem of developing a system of advanced training for teachers in Russia is considered. As a conceptual basis of modernization, it is proposed to understand it as part of adult education, composed of systemic (implements formal education) and non-systemic (implements non-formal education) areas. An urgent direction in the development of adult education is the formation of the infrastructure of these areas, as well as the organization of their coordination. This will make it possible to fully realize the principles of openness and continuity, the potential for complementing formal and non-formal types of education. Non-formal education is considered as a resource for supplementing the deficit of the general cultural content of adult education, a source of humanization, which gives it mobility and increases the motivation of students. On the basis of the research of the requests of pedagogical workers of Russia, the deficits of professional competencies recognized by them, the main deficit is identified – inability to organize interaction with generation Z, ignorance of the specifics of the modern sociocultural situation. It can be replenished in non-formal education communities when becoming acquainted with the main characteristics of sociocultural reality – virtualization and the recreation of dialogue platforms on topics of general interest. 408 | Developing research competence of future doctors is a crucial task of medical higher education institution. To solve this task one should create conditions for developing students’ capacity for self-identity and personal fulfillment, self-education and self-consistency. Most of the students are intent only on practice activities in the future, but there are students, who, while studying, extensively participate in researches that university departments do. To be successful in independent medical practice and scientific-research practice future doctors should have research competence. The author proposes and describes a model of developing this competence. The author chooses person-centered approach as a theoretical and methodological background. The approach sets a student as the main character of the whole educational process and is aimed at solving problems connected with professional selfidentity, professional viewpoint formation, search of professional identity. Special focus is on educational technologies which allow implementing person-centered approach and contribute to developing research competence, such as interactive lectures, mind maps, case problems, decision tree, project-based learning. Introduction of such a method in the educational process, in author’s mind, will allow developing research competence on different levels depending on students’ human personality and their future professional direction. This will help graduates to be as much realized in their professional activity in the future as possible. 409 | The choice of education program, matching of education to the interests of the senior pupils creates the foundation for a successful professional identity in the future. However, indepth study of the profile of specific disciplines in practice leads to disharmonious development of interpersonal relationships between senior pupils. In the study of interpersonal relations of senior pupils took part 59 pupils of 9th grades (15–16 years old) in sociohumanitarian, natural science, physics and mathematics profiles of education. Compiled socio-psychological reliefs classes, sociogram, the analysis of significant differences in Student’s t-test revealed significant differences in the nature of the relationship between senior pupils with different learning profiles. “Humanitarians” show the highest level of team development and desire to communicate with each other, senior pupils of natural science profile show the average level of relations development – formal relations, senior “mathematics” pupils do not seek personal communication, and prefer only business contacts. A similar structure of interpersonal relations have natural science and socio-humanitarian groups, both have the structure of the team, while physical-mathematical profile forms large individuality in interpersonal pupils’ contacts. The results indicate that we observe a trend to limiting of self-conception, interests, values correlating only with the scope of professional activity, which is a factor of disharmonization of interpersonal relations, and professional identification performs an inhibitory function towards other abilities and interests. The effective implementation of objectives of the learning profiles is necessary to carry out the work aimed at mitigating negative effects and enhancing positive ones. You need to define the priorities of harmonious relations in classes of different profiles of learning: a resource for socio-humanitarian class can be considered conditions for the development of effective communication included in activities with clear targets, which will decrease the risk of false identification of the profession as «communication»; for the class of natural sciences it is necessary to expand the content of the communication, which will reduce the effect of formal relations; for the class of physics and mathematics it is necessary to create situations where interaction is not related to necessary activities, and to show them the joy of meetings and the value of communication with others, developing personal resources and potential. 410 | The article reflects the role of the modern teacher of higher education in the development of the creative potential of students’ personality in the process of their professional training. The reconstruction of activity of the modern teacher actualized by the change of students’ training principles is investigated. The aspects of creative potential development of students’ personality are considered, pedagogical conditions of its formation, formation of the creative environment, inducements of reflexive activity, dialogization of educational process are allocated. A survey of students of Altai State Technical University and Altai Economics and Law Institute was conducted. The results of the studyof the teacher’s role in the creative potential development of the individual students in the learning process are presented. These questionnaires allowed the author to conclude that the type of educational institution does not affect the role of the teacher in the development of the individual students’ creative potential, there are significant reserves for the development of creative qualities of the individual student associated with the pedagogical conditions of education, upbringing and personality of the teacher. About two-thirds of students can be “woken up” for creativity if necessary preconditions are created for it: democratization of process of training, granting the right of the choice of subjects for studying, increase of specific weight of discussion and game types of occupations, target selection of the teachers possessing creative qualities. 413 | The article discusses the features of environmental training for students of Russian technical universities in the context of reforming the education system. The engineering and technical profile of the future bachelor is obliged to build the ecological and educational process differently than in the case of the humanitarian or natural-science areas of student preparation. The system, axiological and thesaurus approaches are offered as theoretical grounds for the environmental and professional training of the future engineer. Together they ensure the development of an ecological culture of the individual – the main goal of environmental education activities. The necessity of representing the technical university graduate’s ecological competency (including the totality of cognitive, creative-activity, motivational-value, reflexive-evaluative components) as a reflection of ecological culture’s formation is considered. The methods and forms of training that contribute to the formation of components of environmental competence of technical university students are described. The system approach is implemented through the use of categorical-system methodology as a tool. The modes of pedagogical interaction of the teacher and student in the model of compensatory homeostat are described and justified. The importance of formation of the ecologic-professional terminology of the future engineer is grounded and the prospect of using the thesaurus approach for this is promising. It shows the possibilities of developing it through a new method of learning – a triadic decoding, involving the identification of the essential characteristics of the defined term through a system of three complementary subordinate concepts. A number of information criteria describing the formation of the ecological-centric worldview, which is the foundation of the student’s ecological culture, is described. Forms and methods of formation of ecological values of technical university’s students are considered. The theoretical foundations of ecological training indicated in the work have a heuristic potential, as it opens the possibility of improving and developing methods of ecological and vocational training for students of technical universities. 414 | The author considers in the article the possibility of forming universal educational actions for children of primary school age in the process of solving design problems in school conditions. The federal state educational standard of primary general education highlights universal learning activities as an important educational outcome. Universal actions can develop in different types of vigorous activity, in particular, in project activities. The author compared the goal, result, content, way of interaction and the role of the teacher in project activities and in solving design problems. It is concluded that the project task is an important component of the project activity, its initial stage. The process of solving design problems in elementary school ensures the gradual mastering by younger schoolchildren of a new type of activity for them – project activities. Primary school students form design skills that are of a universal nature. Project and universal skills have a common content, therefore, when solving project problems, different groups of universal learning actions are formed: communicative, regulatory, and cognitive. Project tasks are implemented with children of primary school age in group collaboration under the guidance of a teacher. The set of tools specially prepared by the teacher are important. These tools allow you to create a game or life problem situation, solving which children apply subject knowledge and universal skills. A similar experience in solving design problems was put into practice in the Rassvet Primary School, Tomsk Region. Keywords: project activity, project task, universal learning activities, children of primary school age | 1387
415 | The article considers an issue of resource provision of university educational disciplines for successful functioning of Russian educational services in the international market. An important component of the innovative strategy that can help considerably reduce a degree of difficulties connected with teaching English-speaking students in Russian medical universities is compiling special textbooks and study guidances, aimed at work with this target group. The analysis of the problem and a special study conducted in Irkutsk State Medical University suggest that a system of models for compiling educational editions of different types should be used. The main idea is that authors should structure such pieces of writing within a certain pattern, so that they could have a better educational and methodical value. The problem of correlation of the Russian and English languages in such editions is essential and inevitable in this respect. It strongly correlates with inclusion of the practical course of medicinal subjects in the Russian-speaking environment, as well as with an ability, readiness and willingness of students to receive educational material in Russian. In order to see the point more clearly, a structural and substantial model of one of such editions appears at the end of the article. This is a pattern of a lecture course on a university discipline. 416 | The problem of the development of the cognitive activity of schoolchildren and its active application is posed. The solution to this problem is associated with the development of the cognitive interest of students at the age when they begin to study physics. The cognitive activity of students of this age in teaching physics is associated with the development of such mental operations as understanding, logical thinking and depends on the level of their development. The organization of active cognitive activity of schoolchildren in the classroom, in the process of which the ability to understand the presented material is formed, cognitive interest develops and logical thinking requires special methods and a certain organization of lessons, which is currently not sufficiently developed. It is proposed to do this on a system of problematic lessons. Using the example of a specific development of one of these physics lessons, it is shown that the involvement of schoolchildren in solving problems in the classroom and the use of a set of methods and techniques that allow them to be solved, activates mental activity and cognitive abilities. Heuristic conversation, the inclusion of some students in practical activities and interactive observation are used as methods and techniques. It analyzes how it is possible to organize a heuristic conversation when conducting problem lessons, and what types of questions to use in the framework of the conversation, how to organize the practice. The success of the proposed methods for the development of the cognitive activity of schoolchildren is confirmed by specific quantitative data on the development of the cognitive interest of 7th and 8th grade students: the level of participation in heuristic conversation, the complication of the nature of the questions that involve in the conversation, as well as the readiness for reflection and self-development. 417 | An analytical review of the problem of the development of analytical skills of students at the university is presented. A comparative characteristic of the concepts «analytical skills» and «analytical abilities» is given. It is concluded that analytical ability is a personality trait, and an analytical skill is the acquired experience of activity. The main mental actions underlying analytical skills are considered. Comparison of two groups of analytical skills is given: analytical-prognostic and analytical-reflexive. The thesis is substantiated that the development of analytical skills is impossible without obtaining new knowledge. Considerable attention is paid to the structure of the concept of «analytical skills». The need for the development of analytical skills among students for the professional development of future specialists is determined. It is concluded that the development of analytical skills takes time, this is a long, systemic process in professional education. The factors (positive and negative) influencing the development of students’ analytical skills are revealed. In the article, the authors focus on assignments and exercises (case assignments) aimed at developing students’ analytical skills. To diagnose the level of development of analytical skills of students, indicators have been developed, as well as the characteristics of the levels of development of analytical skills of university students - low, medium, high. The authors present the results of a pilot study to identify the level of development of analytical skills of students in humanitarian areas of training. The study was conducted in universities in the cities of Stavropol and Krasnodar. The results of the study showed that students have a predominantly medium and low level of development of analytical skills. 424 | The article describes the essence of the gender-role self-determination of a person and the stages of the development of this process. The main problems of gender-role selfdetermination arising in adolescence, corresponding to fifth-seventh grade pupils, are presented. The methods used in the investigation and diagnosis of the processes of genderrole self-determination are characterized. The reasons that make it difficult for teachers to apply the well-known methods for studying gender-based self-determination of adolescents aged 11–14 in school conditions are revealed. For the purpose of diagnosing the process under investigation the possibility of using the content analysis of the essay texts on the topic “When I’m 20 years old” is considered. In it, each student of grades 5–7 in a free form presented his desired future. In an essay it was suggested to describe the following: 1) what his profession is; 2) what his hobby is; 3) what he has already managed to change in himself; 4) how he has realized himself in family life; 5) what kind of person he is in the opinion of others; 6) what he does in his spare time. For all these aspects, semantic units and classification schemes have been formed, which allow us to assess the status of the process of gender-based self-determination of adolescents aged 11–14. 425 | At present, the education of schoolchildren has not solved a number of problems posed by the federal state educational standard. One of these problems is the inability of many young people today to work with information. To solve this problem, the standard provides for teaching of schoolchildren to semantic reading and work with text. In order for students to learn how to study independently and organize their lives, it is necessary to use information, which develops through semantic reading (SC). Currently, this is taught in the subjects of the humanities cycle, mainly in literature. Not all teachers understand the meaning of the midrange, the importance of developing the action of the midrange. Many people lack techniques to motivate them to master it successfully. The author analyzes the meaning of the concept of sematic reading, it is proposed to organize problem cognitive activity in preparation for semantic reading of elementary school students through the ability to ask questions. Then use this skill in the problematic organization of activities with students of the basic school when teaching how to work with text, in detail – text structuring, and then apply it in high school when using reflective reading. The proposed methods of organizing work with students on the gradual mastering of semantic reading give successful results. 427 | The problems of modern education in the primary school are reflected. The introduction of Federal State Educational Standard in the primary school, as several authors of the analyzed studies have noted, is insufficiently prepared. In particular, little attention is paid to creativity in the learning process. The main disadvantage of Federal State Educational Standard is the lack of a single tool for assessing the different groups of activity skills that need to be formed among schoolchildren. The analysis of the diagnostic materials used in the training process – from school to university – shows that the grades of the introduced learning outcomes in the form of competencies are gradually being developed in universities.
