Rumbeshta Elena Anatolyevna, Nikolaeva Svetlana Leonidovna STUDENTS’ EDUCATION RESULTS ESTIMATION AS A PROBLEM OF THE MODERN BASIC SCHOOL STANDARD // Pedagogical Review. 2018. Issue 2 (20). P. 83-94

The problems of modern education in the primary school are reflected. The introduction of Federal State Educational Standard in the primary school, as several authors of the analyzed studies have noted, is insufficiently prepared. In particular, little attention is paid to creativity in the learning process. The main disadvantage of Federal State Educational Standard is the lack of a single tool for assessing the different groups of activity skills that need to be formed among schoolchildren. The analysis of the diagnostic materials used in the training process – from school to university – shows that the grades of the introduced learning outcomes in the form of competencies are gradually being developed in universities. The same thing happens in colleges. In school education, the evaluation of learning outcomes is now being actively developed in a junior school, while in a basic school such materials are not sufficient. The manifested problem of lack of creativity is solved by introducing lessons-problematizations into the learning process, in fact – the lessons of obtaining new knowledge, a new way of knowing. At the same time students develop the ability to solve problems, regulative and communicative skills. Diagnostics of these skills is carried out on the basis of developed cards, in which the elements of skills are presented. The cards are filled by students, members of training or problem groups, or student experts. This type of diagnosis teaches students selfevaluation, helps the teacher and parents to follow the progress of the student in the activity and mastering the subject.

Fishman Boris Entilyevich, Lipovetskaya Anna Andreyevna DIAGNOSTICS OF THE GENDER-ROLE SELF-DETERMINATION PECULIARITIES OF THE FIFTH – SEVENTH GRADES STUDENTS // Pedagogical Review. 2019. Issue 1 (23). P. 9-17

The article describes the essence of the gender-role self-determination of a person and the stages of the development of this process. The main problems of gender-role selfdetermination arising in adolescence, corresponding to fifth-seventh grade pupils, are presented. The methods used in the investigation and diagnosis of the processes of genderrole self-determination are characterized. The reasons that make it difficult for teachers to apply the well-known methods for studying gender-based self-determination of adolescents aged 11–14 in school conditions are revealed. For the purpose of diagnosing the process under investigation the possibility of using the content analysis of the essay texts on the topic “When I’m 20 years old” is considered. In it, each student of grades 5–7 in a free form presented his desired future. In an essay it was suggested to describe the following: 1) what his profession is; 2) what his hobby is; 3) what he has already managed to change in himself; 4) how he has realized himself in family life; 5) what kind of person he is in the opinion of others; 6) what he does in his spare time. For all these aspects, semantic units and classification schemes have been formed, which allow us to assess the status of the process of gender-based self-determination of adolescents aged 11–14.

Kurovsky Vasiliy Nikolaevich, Zaytseva Yuliya Borisovna, Shvabauer Olga Aleksandrovna SCHOOL STUDENTS’ COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCES AND SPEECH CULTURE DEVELOPMENT // Pedagogical Review. 2019. Issue 4 (26). P. 35-44

The article considers the solving of one of the most urgent problems of Russian education modernization: the development of school students’ speech culture as the basis for their mastering of communication competencies. The paper highlights the importance of its solving for the growth of the human’s level of mental development and general culture. The article presents the authors view of the phenomena of communicative competency, speech culture, their interconnection and reciprocal influence. The author makes a point that the focused development of communicative competency and speech culture involves the selection of appropriate methods and aids of education, and that for communicative acts creation a set of algorithms can be used. He provides the analysis of the ways of the development of such phenomena at the general education school. Considers the special potentialities for the development of communicative competencies and speech culture in process of studying the Russian language and literature both in class and in extracurricular activities. The author offers an approach, according to which communicative competences and speech culture development is closely linked to the use of the latest technical devices and information and communication technologies in the open Internet space. These tools are divided into groups according to the complexity of their use: visualiza tion tools, lesson support tools, means of using computer programs in education, revising previously studied material, choosing a theme for creative work, monitoring knowledge, etc. The approach makes it possible to provide the efficient development of the students’ communicative competencies in conducting an interactive dialogue with the computer, other student and the teacher. The paper presents a Russian language and literature teacher’s generalized experience in students’ speech culture development with the use of traditional and relatively new forms and methods.

Lobanov Viktor Viktorovich, Kollegov Artem Konstantinovich THE SCENIC SPEECH IN ARTISTIC FENCING: EXPERIENCE AND PEDAGOGICAL PRACTICE // Pedagogical Review. 2017. Issue 1 (15). P. 178-186

Both technical and scenic components of artistic fencing training were actualized by the aim of increase of effectiveness and quality of staged fights. The necessity of teaching opponents the basis of staged speech was revealed by exploring the artistic feature of their diverse creating. It stems from the fact that many classical battle plots cannot be implemented on the stage without considering this skill. The importance of staged speech was proved by the factthat the members of the leading Russian artistic fencing teams necessarily posses it. The fact that “live speech” is more preferable than recorded voices even in the case of sport competitions was stated as the result of exploring the performances of The Russian Championship 2015. Hence, together with developing the sport, the refusal of recorded voices will be inevitable, and sportsmen will study staged speech. Moreover, it clarified, that intonation patterns and pauses help clearly highlight the apparent fighters’ motives and intensions. That was successfully illustrated by the example of working with staged speech in the “Alternative Scene” performance. The effectiveness of methods of stage speech trainings which are presented in the article was proved by the fact that performance «The Alternative Scene» by postgraduate student Sergey Shmat’ko and associate professor Viktor Lobanov (duet nomination, freestyle) was awarded the 2nd place at the Russian Artistic Fencing Championship 2016 as a result of high-quality artistic acting.

Volkova Natalya Viktorovna INTERCONNECTION AND INTERCORRELATION OF EDUCATIONAL EVENTS AND PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITY // Pedagogical Review. 2018. Issue 1 (19). P. 74-78

Normative documents on higher pedagogical education, a real situation in education indicate the necessity to change the quality of the preparation to the pedagogical activity. Such changes in training are ensured by the participation of the students of pedagogical institutions in solving their (pedagogical) education tasks, i.e. their participation in the pedagogical activity necessary for the formulation and solution of these tasks. To do this it is necessary to actualize the conditions and forms of changing of the content and organization of students’ preparation to the pedagogical activity. The eventual approach appears as one of the conditions of this change. Recently a certain amount of researches discussing the eventual approach in education has appeared. The aim of the article is to substantiate the interconnection and intercorrelation of educational events and pedagogical activity. For this purpose, the notions “event” and “educational event” have been formulated on the basis of the analysis of literature and the experience of empirical research. The characteristics of pedagogical activity have been singled out to define the connection of the educational event and pedagogical activity. Objectivity, value-semantic relations, reflexion present the characteristics producing their influence on the educational event. To define the essence of the educational event influence on the pedagogical activity the mechanisms of influence have been revealed: spatiotemporal, informative (values, senses, value-semantic relations), a procedural mechanism including special forms and means (designing), special organization (action, mutual activity), conditions (participation of students in designing educational events), and results (qualitative changes).

Chugayeva Irina Grigoryevna VALUE-BASED FOUNDATIONS OF INTERACTION BETWEEN FAMILY AND SCHOOL // Pedagogical Review. 2020. Issue 4 (32). P. 37-46

The importance of identifying spiritual foundations of interaction between a family and a school in the reality of value-based pluralism in contemporary society is explained. The growing demand on education among parents to provide proper upbringing is emphasized, as well as their desire to communicate with the teachers. The research is based on the existential approach that makes it possible to describe interaction between a family and a school in the unity of their co-existence. The research results revealed the following spiritual existential units of interaction between a family and a school: love, freedom and responsibility and spiritual unity and cooperation. Interaction between a family and a school may be treated as a social unity based on love, the goal of which is to develop communicative skills and individual features necessary in social interaction. Such interaction requires understanding of the value of freedom and responsibility in continuous education by both parents and teachers. It will stimulate self-cognition, self-development and self-identification that contribute to the skills of independent choice and form the ability to bear responsibility for the choice. The relations between a family and a school are characterized by spiritual unity, in other words it is an inner link based on the feelings of love, respect and solidarity. A school in this case provides a “meeting” between adults and children that allows revealing the values and spirit of different generations. The following conclusion about interaction between a family and a school is made: it is a creative process of finding the meaning of teaching by both pedagogues and parents, where the modus of their co-existence is based on responsibility for the crucial period in children’s lives and for the process and result of their personalities shaping. Relations between teachers and parents are based on the role of common values: love in the form of acceptance of the child and his/her unique features, his/ her importance and individuality developed during social communication; freedom and responsibility via comprehension of educational situation, and spiritual unity and cooperation as togetherness based on similarity of fate, unselfishness and universality of “the good” as regulators of interaction.

Tokareva Tatyana Alekseyevna MODERN REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ORGANIZATION OF THE JOINT EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES IN THE CONTEXT OF THE PRESCHOOL EDUCATION: NECESSITY AND REALITY // Pedagogical Review. 2020. Issue 2 (30). P. 79-91

The article raises the problem of the readiness of teachers of preschool educational organizations to work on the new Federal State Educational Standard, which pays great attention to the organization of the joint educational activities of a teacher with children. The results of two questionnaire surveys of kindergarten teachers are given, in the course of which it was found out, firstly, the level of the involvement of teachers in the development of educational programs, secondly, their understanding of the results of preschool education, and thirdly, the identification of priority areas for the development of a preschool child. It was found that the majority of teachers take an executive position in relation to educational programs, they are focused not on the personal development of children, but on the formation of their knowledge, skills, teachers underestimate the value of the game and research activities for children’s development. Real educational situations of the organization of the teacher’s joint activities with children are described, illustrating that teachers do not always understand how to make a child an active participant in interacting with an adult and how to get away from the total use of the authoritarian model of joint activity towards leadership and partnership. It is concluded that there is a relationship between the level of the methodological support in the kindergarten, including the position of the senior educator, and the ability of the teacher to organize educational situations of reversed and open joint action with children.

Bumagina Elena Aleksandrovna, Lazareva Elena Gennadyevna EFFICIENCY OF COMPUTER TESTING IN TEACHING MATHEMATICS AT PRIMARY SCHOOL // Pedagogical Review. 2018. Issue 3 (21). P. 37-41

The paper describes the experience of using computer-based training tests at primary school. The tests tasks were created by the mathematics teacher in the IREN computer system in accordance with the program for the 8th grade on the topic “Inequalities” and taking into account the level of student preparation. The purpose of these tests was to teach students to transform and solve inequalities. The tests were offered to students of the Cadet Corps. Previously, we have formed two groups of eighth grade students who are equal in basic training in mathematics. One group (17 people) did the tests during self-training. We did not limit the number of attempts to pass the test. We did not grade students according to the results of these tests. Another group (14 people) did only ordinary homework on paper. We compared the results of training cadets who used the tests with the results in the control group of cadets who were not tested. These two groups of students solve the same test work on paper. We used the Mann-Whitney test. The results of the training of the cadets who did the tests were better. Using Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient, we showed that improving learning outcomes associated with student success in testing.

Filichev Sergey Aleksandrovich, Lukashevich Olga Dmitriyevna, Taldonova Natalya Vladimirovna THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS OF TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY STUDENT’S ENVIRONMENTAL TRAINING // Pedagogical Review. 2018. Issue 2 (20). P. 32-40

The article discusses the features of environmental training for students of Russian technical universities in the context of reforming the education system. The engineering and technical profile of the future bachelor is obliged to build the ecological and educational process differently than in the case of the humanitarian or natural-science areas of student preparation. The system, axiological and thesaurus approaches are offered as theoretical grounds for the environmental and professional training of the future engineer. Together they ensure the development of an ecological culture of the individual – the main goal of environmental education activities. The necessity of representing the technical university graduate’s ecological competency (including the totality of cognitive, creative-activity, motivational-value, reflexive-evaluative components) as a reflection of ecological culture’s formation is considered. The methods and forms of training that contribute to the formation of components of environmental competence of technical university students are described. The system approach is implemented through the use of categorical-system methodology as a tool. The modes of pedagogical interaction of the teacher and student in the model of compensatory homeostat are described and justified. The importance of formation of the ecologic-professional terminology of the future engineer is grounded and the prospect of using the thesaurus approach for this is promising. It shows the possibilities of developing it through a new method of learning – a triadic decoding, involving the identification of the essential characteristics of the defined term through a system of three complementary subordinate concepts. A number of information criteria describing the formation of the ecological-centric worldview, which is the foundation of the student’s ecological culture, is described. Forms and methods of formation of ecological values of technical university’s students are considered. The theoretical foundations of ecological training indicated in the work have a heuristic potential, as it opens the possibility of improving and developing methods of ecological and vocational training for students of technical universities.

Poleva Elena Aleksandrovna, Fyodorova Ekaterina Sergeyevna PROSPECTS OF THE EDUCATIONAL QUEST IN THE STUDY OF THE ARTISTIC CREATION OF THE NOVEL “MASHENKA” BY VLADIMIR NABOKOV // Pedagogical Review. 2020. Issue 1 (29). P. 9-20

The article deals with a topical question of modern literary studies – research, development and approbation of the active forms of mastering the fiction poetics. The article indicates the existing methods of the artistic creations in literature classes, describes the prospects of the educational quest and the main stages of realization of the quest as an educational technology. The article represents the quest based on the creative works by Vladimir Nabokov, the process and results of its testing on participants with different levels of knowledge (freshmen philologists and high school students). In understanding the methodological principles of working with space in the lessons of literature, we rely on the works of E. I. Korostileva, Yu. G. Pykhtina, S. V. Kashirina, A. K. Gaisina, Yu. G. Pykhina, O. I. Fedotov. When developing the quest, three methodological grounds were taken into account. 1. The use of analytical types of tasks. 2. Reliance on the literary tradition of the study of artistic space. 3. Literary analysis should precede the methodical development of the quest. Approbation showed that the process of passing the quest makes the participants deep into the creative world of the novel “Mashenka” by V. Nabokov and helps with structuring not only artistic creation but also the fiction poetics in general (plot logic, dynamics of the character development, etc.). The comprehension of the fictional structure and the author’s concept of work through the quest is achieved in a rather short period.

Ganina Svetlana Aleksandrovna SOCIO-PHILOSOPHICAL ANALYSIS OF THE EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM IN THE WORKS OF N. LUHMANN IN THE CONTEXT OF THE PROBLEMS OF RUSSIAN EDUCATION // Pedagogical Review. 2015. Issue 3 (9). P. 7-12

The article analyzes the problems of the modern Russian education during the period of its continuing reform, in particular the loss of one of the most important tools for the formation and development of personality – education. As a result of socio-political, economic and cultural changes in education system education originally abandoned its educational function, but in the present situation of devaluation the recovery of values of education can be seen in a number of priority areas for development. To understand the essence of education analyzes the social and philosophical position of the German philosopher and sociologist Niklas Luhmann, who studied the process of sociocultural evolution of education and interpreted education in his work as a result of the educational system of the society. Education in socialization treated by N. Luhmann as mechanisms of personality changes, but education complements and corrects the results of socialization. Education takes its contingency formula in the concept of “education”, which is understood as the result of N. Luhmann active work of the individual over himself, the symbol of his public success. Pedagogy as a theory of reflection develops its own definition of the educational plan, thereby changing the content of the previous formula of contingency “education”. The educational goal is not designated as the development of scientific knowledge, as well as the acquisition of “ability to learn.” This educational goal orients the individual to explore all that is available for the study, and the need for further lifelong learning in the future. Thus, the concept of Luhmann is radically different from today's traditional ideas that underpin all modern education system in which education is understood as a mere tool of learning and education, moreover is not binding and has no evaluation criteria.

Ilakavichus Marina Rimantasovna ADDITIONAL PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION OF RUSSIA AS A MODERN EDUCATION OF ADULTS // Pedagogical Review. 2020. Issue 2 (30). P. 35-43

The problem of developing a system of advanced training for teachers in Russia is considered. As a conceptual basis of modernization, it is proposed to understand it as part of adult education, composed of systemic (implements formal education) and non-systemic (implements non-formal education) areas. An urgent direction in the development of adult education is the formation of the infrastructure of these areas, as well as the organization of their coordination. This will make it possible to fully realize the principles of openness and continuity, the potential for complementing formal and non-formal types of education. Non-formal education is considered as a resource for supplementing the deficit of the general cultural content of adult education, a source of humanization, which gives it mobility and increases the motivation of students. On the basis of the research of the requests of pedagogical workers of Russia, the deficits of professional competencies recognized by them, the main deficit is identified – inability to organize interaction with generation Z, ignorance of the specifics of the modern sociocultural situation. It can be replenished in non-formal education communities when becoming acquainted with the main characteristics of sociocultural reality – virtualization and the recreation of dialogue platforms on topics of general interest.

Rumbeshta Elena Anatolyevna, Zhukevich Elizaveta Igorevna, Vlasova Anna Alekseyevna ACTIVATION OF COGNITIVE ACTIVITY OF SCHOOLCHILDREN IN TRAINING PHYSICS // Pedagogical Review. 2021. Issue 3 (37). P. 206-212

The problem of the development of the cognitive activity of schoolchildren and its active application is posed. The solution to this problem is associated with the development of the cognitive interest of students at the age when they begin to study physics. The cognitive activity of students of this age in teaching physics is associated with the development of such mental operations as understanding, logical thinking and depends on the level of their development. The organization of active cognitive activity of schoolchildren in the classroom, in the process of which the ability to understand the presented material is formed, cognitive interest develops and logical thinking requires special methods and a certain organization of lessons, which is currently not sufficiently developed. It is proposed to do this on a system of problematic lessons. Using the example of a specific development of one of these physics lessons, it is shown that the involvement of schoolchildren in solving problems in the classroom and the use of a set of methods and techniques that allow them to be solved, activates mental activity and cognitive abilities. Heuristic conversation, the inclusion of some students in practical activities and interactive observation are used as methods and techniques. It analyzes how it is possible to organize a heuristic conversation when conducting problem lessons, and what types of questions to use in the framework of the conversation, how to organize the practice. The success of the proposed methods for the development of the cognitive activity of schoolchildren is confirmed by specific quantitative data on the development of the cognitive interest of 7th and 8th grade students: the level of participation in heuristic conversation, the complication of the nature of the questions that involve in the conversation, as well as the readiness for reflection and self-development.

Rumbeshta Elena Anatolyevna, Shvalyeva Tatyana Vladislavovna FORMATION OF CULTURE OF SEMANTIC READING AND ABILITY TO WORK WITH TEXT IN THE PROCESS OF APPLICATION OF COGNITIVE PROBLEM ACTIVITY // Pedagogical Review. 2020. Issue 6 (34). P. 52-60

At present, the education of schoolchildren has not solved a number of problems posed by the federal state educational standard. One of these problems is the inability of many young people today to work with information. To solve this problem, the standard provides for teaching of schoolchildren to semantic reading and work with text. In order for students to learn how to study independently and organize their lives, it is necessary to use information, which develops through semantic reading (SC). Currently, this is taught in the subjects of the humanities cycle, mainly in literature. Not all teachers understand the meaning of the midrange, the importance of developing the action of the midrange. Many people lack techniques to motivate them to master it successfully. The author analyzes the meaning of the concept of sematic reading, it is proposed to organize problem cognitive activity in preparation for semantic reading of elementary school students through the ability to ask questions. Then use this skill in the problematic organization of activities with students of the basic school when teaching how to work with text, in detail – text structuring, and then apply it in high school when using reflective reading. The proposed methods of organizing work with students on the gradual mastering of semantic reading give successful results.

Lavrinenko Sergey Viktorovich PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS AND THE MODEL OF TRAINING OF TECHNICAL HIGHER EDUCATION STUDENTS FOR NUCLEAR ENERGY SPECIALISTS’ PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY // Pedagogical Review. 2018. Issue 3 (21). P. 101-107

The list of pedagogical conditions for optimizing training of students for different types of future professional activity of specialists at nuclear power enterprises is considered: project, production, technological, research and organizational and managerial. As pedagogical conditions were identified the following: motivational - training of students, taking into account their individual inclinations to different types of future professional activity; substantial - development and subsequent implementation of a work program, program-methodological and supervisory training tools that promote the development of professional competencies; technological - use of a laboratory research complex, a training and research reactor and specialized software for the development of professional competencies of students. Taking into account the selected pedagogical conditions on the basis of synthesis of approaches (competence, personality-oriented, contextual and activity- oriented), a structural-functional model for optimizing the training of students for various types of professional activity at nuclear power enterprises was developed. An important feature of the created model is that in the process of preparing students for different types of professional activity the same provision (program-methodical, didactic, organizational and technical-technological) is used. The implementation of the developed model of training students for different types of future professional activity on the basis of formulated pedagogical conditions and optimization technology makes it possible to organize the educational process more effectively through didactic, program-methodological, organizational and technical-technological components.

Ozhiganova Galina Valentinovna THE PHENOMENON OF DELAYED CREATIVITY MANIFESTATION // Pedagogical Review. 2018. Issue 3 (21). P. 194-205

А creative behavior of a person in the natural conditions of life is considered and analyzed. The advantages of studying the creative manifestations of subjects (children of primary school age) in a free situation typical for the natural real creative process are substantiated. The parameters of free situation, singled out and used in the experimental study, and the factors that stimulate the creative manifestations of children, such as the representation of the example of creative behavior of a significant adult, emotional and creative contact of the adult with children, etc., allowed us to establish that the types of creative reactions of children to the example of creative behavior of an adult can be either immediate or delayed, with the delayed manifestations of creative abilities being the predominant ones. This allowed us to identify the phenomenon of delayed creative manifestations, which is associated with the incubation period both in relation to the creative process (during the realization of the creative intention – the fruition and maturation of the creative idea), and with respect to the formation of creative abilities resulting from the accumulation of new personal experience. This experience is connected, in our opinion, with the opportunity for subjects (children) to manifest creative behavior, encouraged by the teacher (significant adult) who demonstrated himself the example of creativity to schoolkids.

The increase in the number of children with general speech underdevelopment and the increase in the current requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard to the effectiveness of literacy training make it possible to actualize the problem of preparing preschoolers with general speech underdevelopment to learn reading. The article proposes a comprehensive approach to the process of forming the functional basis of reading in preschoolers with general underdevelopment of speech, which is based on the use of a polysensory approach. The influence of the use of the polysensory approach in the formation of the functional basis of reading in preschoolers with General underdevelopment of speech is investigated. The significance of the study is to supplement the theoretical ideas about the originality of speech and non-speech processes of teaching reading to children with general underdevelopment of speech. The expediency of an alternative approach to the training of preschool children with general underdevelopment of speech, including a polysensory approach, is substantiated. The speech therapy program is based on the polysensory approach in the formation of the functional basis of reading in preschool children with general underdevelopment of speech, using all units of reading and including work on the development of attention, visual perception, memory, phonemic hearing and speech.

Baranov Aleksandr Viktorovich THE DIDACTIC POTENTIAL OF PHYSICS LEARNING TASKS IN FORMING THE IT-STUDENTS’ COMPUTATIONAL THINKING // Pedagogical Review. 2019. Issue 1 (23). P. 144-150

An important task of the higher professional education system is the formation of students thinking focused on the future professional activities. For the last ten years in the pedagogical discourse computational thinking began to be regarded as a special organization of cognitive processes that allows to analyze and resolve problems with an orientation to formulate them in such a way that solutions can be represented as a sequence of steps or algorithms that will be implemented with the help of computers. Computational thinking pretends to the status of a new cognitive skill of the information society of the 21st century. For the university ITstudents a well-developed computational thinking is the key to a future successful career. The potential possibilities and organization of the practice of solving physics learning tasks are considered in the context of formation computational thinking of the university IT-students. The analysis is carried out for organization the process of solving physics learning tasks, focused on the development of such components of computational thinking as abstraction, decomposition, algorithmization and generalization. Abstraction is an important component of physics and is associated with the process of solving problems. Students deal with idealized conceptual models of real objects and processes in solving problems. In solving physical problems, decomposition is associated with a speculative breakdown of the material systems under consideration into components, and the analyzed processes into stages. Generalization is used in the transition from individual learning tasks of various contents to their identification. It is an important stage for understanding the general meaning in different initial content. Algorithmization is present in solving physical problems as a sequence of actions. The same algorithm can be used by students for a selected class of learning tasks.

Kropocheva Tatyana Borisovna, Nalimova Tatyana Anatolyevna, Sineva Mariya Viktorovna PREPARING THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHER-TO-BE FOR MAKING OF THE LESSON SYNOPSIS // Pedagogical Review. 2020. Issue 2 (30). P. 9-22

An analysis of scientific and methodological literature allowed us to conclude that there has been an increase in scientific publications on the problem of training of the elementary school teachers-to-be. However, many issues related to the preparation of the teacher for organizing and conducting a lesson according to the Federal Educational Standards for Elementary General Education (FES-EGE) are debatable and produce drawbacks in the methodological preparation of the teacher-to-be. These drawbacks determined the study problem: how to prepare the elementary school teacher-to-be for the making of the synopsis of the lesson? The objective of the study is to reveal and substantiate the methodology of the preparation of the elementary school teacher-to-be for the making of the synopsis of the lesson. The theoretical relevance of this study is that it concretizes the essence and content of the preparation of the teacher-to-be for the making of the synopsis of the lesson and theoretically substantiates the methodology of the preparation of the teacher-to-be for the making of the lesson synopsis. The practical relevance is that it has developed the organization of independent work by the teacher-to-be regarding his or her preparation for the making of the lesson synopsis according to FES-EGE. Providing the good training of specialists requires not only observing the governmental educational standards that determine minimum requirements to the content and level of the training but also a more effective control of mastering the content of education by the students including independent work that is now a significant part compared to classroom lessons. The theoretical theses of the methodology of preparation of the teacher-to-be for making of the lesson synopsis are illustrated by a synopsis performed in accordance with the modern typology and structure of the lesson described in FES-EGE. The preparation of the elementary school teacher-to-be for making of the synopsis of the lesson is defined as a process including the formation of a system of knowledge (the typology, goal setting and the structuring of the lesson), skills (the skills of determining the type, the goal, the didactic tasks, the universal teaching actions, the structure of the lesson and the methods of teaching) and personal and professional qualities (creative imagination and pedagogical improvisation) providing the effective organization of the lesson according to the requirements of FES-EGE.

Smirnova Svetlana Vladimirovna FORMS OF PEDAGOGICAL SUPPORT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SENIOR MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCES IN THE PROCESS OF LIFE-LONG EDUCATION // Pedagogical Review. 2018. Issue 1 (19). P. 120-127

In this article we identified effective conditions of professional development for senior management. We briefly discuss importance of life-long learning concept and its development in the context of Russian educational system. We determine “support” in context of professional development methods, briefly describe and analyze several forms of it: tutoring, mentorship, coaching and educational consulting. Tutoring is characterized by transmission of knowledge in professional areas from a tutor with a slight touch on psychological aspects that are essential for success. Those psychological matters are covered in mentorship form of professional development. Mentor is usually a senior colleague who knows well all professional requirements of a certain position and can identify the needs in non-professional sphere. Informal way of mentorship is called budding. Coaching is usually conducted by nonprofessionals and in some sense opposite to tutoring. It is focused on psychological aspects that determine a person’s personality in the context of profession: personal and professional values, understanding of high-level goals in life etc. Key difference of educational consulting from all other forms of education is that advices are provided when needed, when a person identifies his needs unlike other forms which provide holistic support on the whole length of educational journey. We also emphasize importance of further research on conditions for professional development during life-long educational model.

Dolgikh Nikolay Andreyevich STAGES OF ETHNOCULTURAL COMPETENCE FORMATION IN THE PROCESS OF TRAINING ARTISTS, DESIGNERS // Pedagogical Review. 2018. Issue 3 (21). P. 85-93

The article considers the concept of ethnoculture as a means of familiarizing with the spiritual culture of its people, a source of inspiration for the creativity of contemporary artists and designers. The urgency of introducing the foundations of ethnoculture into the content of education is due to the effectiveness of the educational impact of ethnology. The concept of ethnocultural competence as an integral characteristic of the individual is formulated, which includes a value attitude, a stable motivation for engaging in creative activity, the author’s professional style, the self- realization of the individual in creative work. In the process of clarifying the concept of “ethnocultural competence” three levels of “ethnocultural competence” are distinguished: axiological, active, creative. The tasks of the experimental program are aimed at the formation of ethnocultural competence. The tasks of the first stage of the program development are to raise the level of ethno-cultural awareness of students, the activity of immersion in the ethnocultural environment, the consolidation of knowledge and skills on the basics of composition using ethnocultural themes, based on ethnocultural patterns. The tasks of the second stage of the program implementation are creative interpretation, finding an individual author’s style, the author’s creative work on the basis of ethnostyle. These tasks are solved in the process of developing and implementing a corporate style based on ethnoculture. Ethnodesign is able to bring the creative beginning of the traditional culture into the modern living space.

The need to identify and understand the pedagogical potential of literary excursions is based on the need to form the scope of competence for future teachers which is aimed at using the environment as an educational space. It is necessary to distinguish the pedagogical potential of each excursion object on the basis of its functional characteristics. The suggested object classification of literary excursions, the criterion of which is the object personification forming the excursion content, allows dividing these objects into three groups: lifetime, afterlife and artificial objects. It is suggested to create a complex of literary excursions following functional characteristics of these objects (lifetime – authenticity, afterlife – memorialization, artificial – leisure). This complex approach allows to study the life and work of writers plunging first into biographical materials (lifetime objects: houses, apartments, estate museums, reserve museums), then into the aesthetics of memorial monuments and necropolises (afterlife objects) and, finally, into getting to know recreated fantasies (artificial objects: open-air theme parks, museums). Thus, the way of pedagogical potential understanding of various literary excursions (literary and biographical, historical and literary, literary and regional, literary and artistic) will contribute to the spiritual world view formation of future teachers.

The author notes that the evaluation of the psychogenic factors that underlie most psychopathological personality disorders and the neurotic register becomes extremely relevant for psychology. Mental health depends largely on the structure and content of micro social environment, but not on the family: every social stratum has its social and ethical standards, which define mechanisms of personal response and contribute to the prevention of mental maladjustment, which, in turn, indirectly shows the level of the individual, family and social welfare. The conclusion is that the mental health of the person, the individual and the family as a whole is harmed as a result of complex social processes of our time: pressure of economic insecurity, rise of ethnic conflicts, distortion of human relations. One of the main features of the problem of family mental health, according to the author is a multifactorial nature of the pathological, destructive impact on the family. It is a multilateral (psychological, social, natural-scientific) comparison of the leading mechanisms of behavior in everyday conditions, and in becoming more and more frequent emergency extreme circumstances should look for ways to create new modules of perfect, harmonious, balanced person and the family as a social basis of a healthy society. This allows, first, to come close to the most important tasks of studying clinical and sociogenic pathomorphism psychogenic illnesses and social dysfunction; secondly, to increase the multicast of the raised issues (by references to «related» universal problems); thirdly, to bring to problem solving both the experienced skilled researchers and young student audience, social workers, educators, psychologists and young doctors; finally, the integration of the latest knowledge in the field of a comprehensive treatment and prevention process is “multifaceted” and rapidly changes psychogenic patterns.

Polyakova Larisa Oktyabrevna EVALUATION OF SOME INDICATORS OF VOLITIONAL ACTIVITIES OF STUDENTS ENGAGED IN SPORTS TOURISM // Pedagogical Review. 2017. Issue 4 (18). P. 59-65

In psychology, special attention is paid to research activities conducted in extreme conditions (the limit of physical and mental stress, risk, time constraints, etc.). Such conditions create significant difficulties for a person, and effective overcoming is impossible without strongwilled efforts, without conscious mobilization of all forces, without the necessary regulation of actions and internal states. Sport tourism refers to extreme actions that make special demands on physical, technical, tactical and psychological training of athletes. Extremity of the sport is determined by the conditions of the surrounding environment: severe climatic and geographic characteristics, set local (passes, peaks, mountain passes, crossing rivers, canyons) and the longest (vegetation, swamps, talus and moraines, sand, snow and ice patches) obstacles. The success of overcoming these constraints depends on many properties of the individual athlete, among which one of the fundamental is strong-willed activity. Currently, the authors do not have a definite opinion on the number of qualities involved in an internal Act, among which are called dedication, initiative, self-reliance, determination, perseverance, self-discipline, self-control, endurance. However, the available literature studies are missing, assessment and improvement of volitional sphere athletes engaged in adventure tourism. The article discusses components of volitional activities of students engaged in extreme sports activity - tourism: creativity, self-reliance, determination, perseverance. Compares these qualities with similar indicators in the group of students involved in playing sports - volleyball and basketball. It is shown that the extreme sport activities create conditions for more intensive formation of a strong-willed personality activity.
