Tokareva Tatyana Alekseyevna MODERN REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ORGANIZATION OF THE JOINT EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES IN THE CONTEXT OF THE PRESCHOOL EDUCATION: NECESSITY AND REALITY // Pedagogical Review. 2020. Issue 2 (30). P. 79-91

The article raises the problem of the readiness of teachers of preschool educational organizations to work on the new Federal State Educational Standard, which pays great attention to the organization of the joint educational activities of a teacher with children. The results of two questionnaire surveys of kindergarten teachers are given, in the course of which it was found out, firstly, the level of the involvement of teachers in the development of educational programs, secondly, their understanding of the results of preschool education, and thirdly, the identification of priority areas for the development of a preschool child. It was found that the majority of teachers take an executive position in relation to educational programs, they are focused not on the personal development of children, but on the formation of their knowledge, skills, teachers underestimate the value of the game and research activities for children’s development. Real educational situations of the organization of the teacher’s joint activities with children are described, illustrating that teachers do not always understand how to make a child an active participant in interacting with an adult and how to get away from the total use of the authoritarian model of joint activity towards leadership and partnership. It is concluded that there is a relationship between the level of the methodological support in the kindergarten, including the position of the senior educator, and the ability of the teacher to organize educational situations of reversed and open joint action with children.

Pozdeeva Svetlana Ivanovna WHAT THE TEACHER-MENTOR SHOULD BE: THE RESULTS OF EMPIRICAL RESEARCH // Pedagogical Review. 2018. Issue 2 (20). P. 70-75

The article describes the results of questioning of students of the faculty of preschool and primary education. The aim of the research is to clarify the attitude of respondents to the issue of supervision practice in educational organizations. Supervision is interpreted as a methodological and active support that contributes not only to adaptation in the profession but also to professional and personal development. The author finds out what factors influence the decision of the teacher to stay in profession; what forms of work with young specialists are used most often; what qualities must the teacher-instructor have. It turns out that the main positive factors are: high salary, organization of methodological support, team adaptation. Individual consultations and exemplary lessons of experienced colleagues are the most used forms of support work with young specialists. Respondents’ opinions about the qualities of a mentor can be grouped into two “triangles”: the psychological “triangle of confrontation” (empathy, communicability, exactness) and pedagogical “triangle of complementarity” (professional experience, ability to learn, research qualities). Finally, the author clarifies that supervision is a co-organization of different models of interaction with the ward (authoritarian, leadership, partnership), in which a mentor can be a head, a leader and a partner in cooperation with a young specialist depending on the goals and content of supervision.

Dudko Viktoriya Valeryevna TEACHER’S READINESS FOR THE INTENTIONAL IMPLEMENTATION OF THE EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES AS AN ISSUE OF EDUCATION INFORMATIZATION // Pedagogical Review. 2019. Issue 2 (24). P. 17-29

This paper presents theoretical approaches to the design of scientific and methodological support of the process of advanced teacher training in modern conditions of setting educational goals in the form of student’s competency characteristics. The specificity of the modern educational situation has been characterized, manifesting in developing of a new terminological space, a need for pedagogical forecasting of the entire image of a school graduate, the forming of both his vertical processes (among different levels of the educational system), horizontal ones (a territorial level and an interethnic one as well) and inter-subject coordination. It is argued that the new international approach to the educational systems management, corresponding to the specifics of a post-industrial society, is a new challenge for the teacher’s professionalism. The analysis of the regulatory requirements for teacher skills on the basis of the Federal Law «On Education in the Russian Federation», Federal state educational standards of basic general education and the qualification characteristics of a teacher position is given. It is alleged that an important condition for maintaining professionalism is the scientific and methodological support of the process of advanced training. The negative consequences of the lack of such support are being predicted, the problems identified during the course preparation of teachers of Primorsky Krai have been detected. A research problem statement has been determined as a defining approach to the design of the pedagogical conditions for the development of teacher professionalism. It is argued that the problem of the teacher’s readiness to work in circumstances of regulatory certainty of educational goals, expressed in the student’s competence characteristics, is a particular case of contradiction between a normative direction of the activity and individual nature of its implementation. Put in these terms, the problem implies not only updating the content of additional professional programs, but the selection of teaching facilities allowing to develop an individual nature of the activity as well. It has been suggested that information technology is a tool for overcoming this contradiction.

Yaroslavtseva Natalya Vasilyevna REGIONAL FEATURES OF EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT IN WESTERN SIBERIA // Pedagogical Review. 2018. Issue 2 (20). P. 167-177

The article analyzes the features of the regions of Western Siberia, similar in terms of socio-economic development, mental attitudes and population composition, creating opportunities for the formation of a regional education system. It is noted that the regionalization of education is a traditional part of Russian state policy in the pre-Soviet, Soviet period and in our time. It is revealed that the characteristics of such neighboring regions of Western Siberia as the Novosibirsk, Omsk, Tomsk, Kemerovo regions and the Altai Territory provide similar conditions for the development of educational systems. Their socio-cultural space includes unifying regional factors. The generality of the characteristics of educational systems, mentioned above, allows us to speak about their similarity and unity of socio-cultural tasks. First of all, this is due, in our opinion, not only to natural and climatic factors, but also to the unity of social and cultural-historical processes that form the commonality of the territories of the subjects of the federation. The development of a multicultural educational space in Western Siberia is the most dynamic in the sphere of educational services. The multicultural educational environment, studied by us of the Siberian regions, provides comfortable conditions of educational interaction, including in the sphere of rendering educational services. The restoration of public confidence in regional education, its role in the socio-economic development of most regions of Western Siberia was noted. In the regions of Western Siberia, there is a certain unity of the socio-cultural space, the commonality of the socio-economic space and the similarity of the educational space reflected in the education system and the features of its development. This ensures faster development of the sphere of educational services and the possibility of efficient use of scarce educational development potentials.

Smagulov Maksat Kanatbekovich SPORT AS A FACTOR IN THE FORMATION OF THE YOUNGER GENERATION MORALITY AND PERSONAL QUALITIES // Pedagogical Review. 2019. Issue 2 (24). P. 123-129

The absence of a modern, adequate, well-built pedagogical system does not allow us to form the necessary level of education in our society. The results of the conducted studies revealed the following: the family institute loses its value in the minds of people, childhood alcoholism and drug addiction are at a high level, “an easy and beautiful life” is a subject for imitation for many adolescents. In such a situation, it is necessary to seek a means that can stop a negative trend. The article suggests using sports as a means that can raise the level of upbringing and form the right values in people. The role of sport in the life of society is difficult to overestimate, it performs many functions that affect the state of society as a whole. But this influence is not built systematically, so the negative typos sport also leaves. In general, the process of education is spontaneous, therefore, as a result, we are less likely to graduate from children’s sports school with a high level of education. For the most effective impact of sports on people’s lives, it is necessary to methodically build the entire educational process, then as a result we will receive a larger number of people with a high level of upbringing.

The needs of the developing economy, its interest to maintain the most successful Russian schools of science, to provide it’s continuity by educating the new generation of researchers ground the necessity to involve the educational institutions teachers and students into fundamental research. The research competency developed in students characterizes their subjectivity and their need for the continuous cognition. The development of the competency requires teaching the students the ways of self-dependent obtaining and processing of scientific information in the self-dependent research practice – within the framework of the competency-based approach. The research competency includes: theoretical knowledge of research methods, the ways of systematic processing of the empirical data, the ability to formulate conclusions and to present research results, the ability to use the knowledge in a particular research. The research competency also includes a complex of a researcher’s personal qualities. The research competency is an integrated personal quality of the subject of learning (the learner). The quality finds its expression through the subject’s capability and ability for self-dependent obtaining of the new knowledge by transferring the meaning context of the subject’s activity from functional to the transformative one. The definition provided may serve as a basis for the choice of the strategy of the development of the research competency of the future teacher in Technology. The competency is to include: the acquirement of the specialized knowledge on performing the research activity, methods of obtaining scientific knowledge; the development and adoption of the value ideals and qualities by the subject, which promote the subject’s ability to go beyond the existing level of the system of the subject’s knowledge of oneself and the world; the acquirement of the practical experience of the use of the research activity in the pedagogical work. The content of the educational field “Crafts” determines the content of the Crafts teacher training. It implies that the teacher of Crafts is to be able to give economical, ecological, technological education and to provide informational support for it; to teach the inventive problem solving; to develop the students’ skills in design, etc. The main document that regulates the process is the work program, which is to be developed by the Crafts teacher. Kropocheva Tatyana Borisovna, Nalimova Tatyana Anatolyevna, Sineva Mariya Viktorovna PREPARING THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHER-TO-BE FOR MAKING OF THE LESSON SYNOPSIS // Pedagogical Review. 2020. Issue 2 (30). P. 9-22

An analysis of scientific and methodological literature allowed us to conclude that there has been an increase in scientific publications on the problem of training of the elementary school teachers-to-be. However, many issues related to the preparation of the teacher for organizing and conducting a lesson according to the Federal Educational Standards for Elementary General Education (FES-EGE) are debatable and produce drawbacks in the methodological preparation of the teacher-to-be. These drawbacks determined the study problem: how to prepare the elementary school teacher-to-be for the making of the synopsis of the lesson? The objective of the study is to reveal and substantiate the methodology of the preparation of the elementary school teacher-to-be for the making of the synopsis of the lesson. The theoretical relevance of this study is that it concretizes the essence and content of the preparation of the teacher-to-be for the making of the synopsis of the lesson and theoretically substantiates the methodology of the preparation of the teacher-to-be for the making of the lesson synopsis. The practical relevance is that it has developed the organization of independent work by the teacher-to-be regarding his or her preparation for the making of the lesson synopsis according to FES-EGE. Providing the good training of specialists requires not only observing the governmental educational standards that determine minimum requirements to the content and level of the training but also a more effective control of mastering the content of education by the students including independent work that is now a significant part compared to classroom lessons. The theoretical theses of the methodology of preparation of the teacher-to-be for making of the lesson synopsis are illustrated by a synopsis performed in accordance with the modern typology and structure of the lesson described in FES-EGE. The preparation of the elementary school teacher-to-be for making of the synopsis of the lesson is defined as a process including the formation of a system of knowledge (the typology, goal setting and the structuring of the lesson), skills (the skills of determining the type, the goal, the didactic tasks, the universal teaching actions, the structure of the lesson and the methods of teaching) and personal and professional qualities (creative imagination and pedagogical improvisation) providing the effective organization of the lesson according to the requirements of FES-EGE.

Neyman Svetlana Yulyevna, Katsiel Svetlana Anatolyevna DEVELOPMENT OF ETHNIC TOLERANCE AMONG YOUNG GENERATION // Pedagogical Review. 2017. Issue 4 (18). P. 102-111

Further development of humankind is possible in the context of a dialogue of different national, cultural and religious communities, who are able to understand and accept another culture as a positive equivalent to their own. The articles deals with the challenges of globalization, namely, the complex problems of ethnic relations within Russia. The problem is analyzed from the standpoint of possible use of successful practices of previous periods in history of Russia. The main message is to educate young generations of RF ethnic tolerance with positive examples. Replicating negative information of interethnic relations plays a negative role in everyday life and the course of education for younger generations. The most possible attention is paid to development of principles of tolerant attitudes towards different ethnic groups of the country – the titular nation, i.e. ethnic Russians, ethnic minorities and immigrants. State authorities should be involved in the process as well. Education with positive historic and cultural ethnic experience, dialogue, cultural practices, multicultural studies pre-arranged as a realistic program are thought to be reliable means to develop more tolerant younger generations. Shpet Ekaterina Nickolaevna SUPPORT OF HIGHER SCHOOL STUDENTS’ EDUCATIONAL MIGRATION // Pedagogical Review. 2018. Issue 1 (19). P. 70-73

The article deals with the organization of additional forms of work with migrant students and the creation of such special pedagogical conditions with the purpose of acquiring new educational experience through the realization of their own educational needs and manifestations the student’s subjective position. The process of accompanying migrant students includes forms that allow students to adapt to educational activities and organize their activities of the teacher and the student, taking into account the realization of their own needs, thus forming a manifestation of the position of the subject of the student. Thus, the educational supporting of educational migration is to select students resulting forms of education taking into account their opinions and specificity of education in a particular institution. Educational forms of support for educational migration help migrants acquire a new educational experience, not by adapting to new conditions, but by implementing their own educational needs and adaptation as a process and result of student’s self-change and self-learning. We believe that the strategy of supporting education is more effective than the adaptation strategy, since it takes into account the student’s objective position in the teaching process. It is proved that educational support facilitates the immersion of the student in a new educational environment and the acquisition of a new personal experience. An example of the form of educational support is the educational meetings with migrant students.
