Astrakhantsev Sergey Viktorovich MOTIVATION-INTELLECTUAL FACTORS OF A PERSON’S ILLEGAL ACTION // Pedagogical Review. 2018. Issue 3 (21). P. 185-193

Factors influencing the decision-making on the commission of a certain type of unlawful action are considered. The results of a study of the influence of the intellect’s features, orientation and the intensity of the motive in relation to a set of individual psychological features on the commission of one or another type of unlawful action are presented. The results of the conducted experiment made it possible to reveal the existing correlation links between the motive, intellectual and personal characteristics in the form of the relevant factors that to varying degrees affect the relevant categories of wrongful acts. Differences in six factors, consisting of both personal and motivational indicators, as well as intellectual-motivational ones, are determined. As a result of the analysis of the factor structure of the categories of subjects «Addiction», «Corruption», «UND» and «Norm», it was revealed that the commission of a certain unlawful action (or lack thereof) occurs under the influence of a complex action of factors. The results of the conducted experiment made it possible to reveal the existing correlation links between the motive, intellectual and personal characteristics in the form of the relevant factors that to varying degrees affect the relevant categories of wrongful acts. The factor of normative behavior is revealed. It is the factor of creativity. It is proved that the components of the identified factors in complex determine the commission of the corresponding unlawful act. The revealed peculiarities of persons who were not ever brought to criminal responsibility show the presence of intellectual-motivational determinants of both normative behavior and various types of unlawful actions of the individual. The obtained results experimentally support the hypothesis that the features of human mental activity in interaction with motivations and personal characteristics in complex are a dynamic (constantly changing in the course of life in certain limits) factor that determines the decision to commit a certain type of unlawful action.

Tsaritsentseva Oksana Petrovna, Lipskaya Tatyana Alekseyevna STRUCTURAL AND SUBSTANTIVE FEATURES OF ATTITUDE TO TIME OF STUDENTS WITH DIFFERENT LEVEL OF OPTIMISM // Pedagogical Review. 2019. Issue 6 (28). P. 191-201

The article justifies the social significance of the problem being solved. It is noted that changes in all spheres of society change the attitude of people to time, influencing their temporal orientation and perception of the event content of their lives. Special attention is paid to students as a change-sensitive group. Concepts and notions are described, on the basis of which empirical research of relation to time was planned and carried out. As a result of empirical research, it has been proven that students with a high level of optimism are oriented towards the future. In terms of content, the ratio to time is distinguished as dense, bright, colored, volumetric, wide. At the same time, the past and the present are still continuous, present and future active, large, deep and open. A group of students with low levels of optimism are also focused on the future. The content of time this group described as colored, the past characterized by depth, irreversibility, the past and the present felt, but the present adds reality and just as the future it is open. The future is active, joyful, dense and voluminous, but negative characteristics are added here in the form that the future is incomprehensible, volatile and wide. The results of empirical research were summed up. Promising directions of further research are identified.

Issue 6 (28). P. 133-142

The experience of introducing the results of scientific research of students to organize extracurricular educational and research activities of students in biology is described. It is shown that this is one of the main factors contributing to the study of students in schools. This is due to both age-related characteristics and the material and technical organization. An example of the implementation by students of the 5th grade of elementary basic research skills in botany when studying the topic “Germination of seeds and seedling growth” using the results of scientific studies of students is given. A workbook has been developed in which a student can record the results of his research, repeat and consolidate theoretical material. A workbook is an integral part of the developed extracurricular activities, can be used by a biology teacher to timely control the level of assimilation of the material and independent activity of all students. Analysis of the results of the pedagogical experiment showed that the level of knowledge of students in the experimental group was higher than in the control group by 28%, while the students of the experimental group received elementary research skills. The introduction of the results of their own scientific research for the organization of extracurricular educational and research activities of schoolchildren in biology allows students at the graduation to be ready theoretically and practically both in subject areas and in the teaching field. This contributes to the development of students’ skills of independent research and its use in their future pedagogical activities.

Buravleva Natalya Anatolyevna PSYCHOLOGICAL COMPONENTS OF INNOVATIVE BEHAVIOR AS NECESSARY PARTS IN PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF STUDENTS // Pedagogical Review. 2020. Issue 2 (30). P. 197-203

The modernization of society raises issues of training personnel with developed innovative potential. In this situation, the issues of studying the specifics of the innovative behavior of the individual, the development of the innovative potential of students in the context of professional education are relevant. The study of innovative potential and innovative human behavior is based on an activity-based approach in psychology. Innovative activity creates favorable conditions for the development of personality, the effective use of internal potential. In innovative behavior, a person realizes his “actual potentiality”, the ability to transcendence, and personal growth becomes an actual state. For the development of the innovative potential of the individual, it is fundamentally important to develop the worldview of the individual, tolerance to uncertainty, and the need for self-realization. The problem of initiating innovative behavior is of great interest today. For modern pedagogy and psychology, the task of forming and developing a personality focused on innovative behavior is currently becoming urgent. Although the concepts of “formation” and “development” are close, the development process is still more significant in this issue, since it involves subjectivity, human activity. Currently, a promising model in the preparation of a modern specialist is a model of professional selfdevelopment, where the emphasis is on the internal activity of a person, the need for selfrealization. A necessary condition for the development of innovative potential is the educational environment, where a person is included in the cultural ties of society. The educational environment should contribute to the formation of an innovative culture of students, create a single and holistic process of innovative training of specialists.

Kostyukova Tatyana Anatolyevna, Hegumen Christopher (Kazantsev) Dmitriy PEDAGOGICAL REFLECTION OF THEOLOGICAL KNOWLEDGE IN THE SYSTEM OF POSTGRADUATE EDUCATION // Pedagogical Review. 2018. Issue 4 (22). P. 143-150

In the conditions of today’s spiritual crisis and the search for “tools” for overcoming it, the qualitative updating of the system of postgraduate education is actualized by giving more attention to the cultural and humanitarian plan for teaching subjects. With this in mind, it is suggested not to ignore the cultural significance of religious knowledge, which is organically woven into Russian literature, history, into Russian pedagogy. The article is an experience of studying theological knowledge of teachers in the system of postgraduate education. An analysis of the literature in the field of the problem under study has been carried out, which has shown the researchers’ attempts to understand the role of cultural values that religion carries in pedagogical education and to offer technologies for their development. The ontogeny of the cultural experience of reading and understanding religious texts as an important component of the development of the axiological foundations of the worldview of the teacher is considered. The reasons for the teacher’s appeal to theological knowledge as a cultural component of Russian culture are substantiated. The conducted research meets the general tendency to use the interdisciplinary theoretical positions of a wide range of sciences: pedagogy, cultural studies, philosophy and religious studies. In this connection, at the present stage of Russia’s development, the actualization of anthropocentric pedagogy is increasing, whereas socialization is understood not as adaptation and conformation, but as cultivation of one’s own position in the world, including with the support of traditional Russian spiritual values. The conducted research meets the general tendency to use the interdisciplinary theoretical positions of a wide range of sciences: pedagogy, cultural studies, philosophy and religious studies.

Buravleva Natalya Anatolyevna DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATIVE POTENTIAL OF STUDENTS IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS // Pedagogical Review. 2021. Issue 1 (35). P. 137-142

Changes in society, the complexity of professional tasks actualize the request to universities to train specialists who are ready for innovation. To develop the innovative potential of students, the modern educational process in universities should be focused not only on the professional training of students, but also on the development of personality. Innovative activities, solving creative tasks to create new products and technologies require active work of the intellect, motivation and will, and this stimulates the development and selfdevelopment of a person. An important factor in the development of innovative potential of students is the educational environment. The functioning of this environment should be based on a systematic analysis of the object, subject, processes, and conditions of innovative development. In addition, it is important to determine the criteria for the effectiveness of the innovation environment, as well as to implement the principle of ensuring the continuous development of students. For the development of innovative potential, it is necessary to use psychological and pedagogical support of the educational process. The main principle of psychological and pedagogical support of the educational process is to take into account the individual characteristics and capabilities of students, the development of their resources. Psychological and pedagogical support of the educational process should be aimed primarily at the actualization of personal competencies that determine innovative activity. For the development of innovative potential, students should participate in the choice of an individual educational trajectory, show educational initiatives and implement them in research activities.

Dakukina Tatyana Anatolyevna TO THE QUESTION ABOUT THE CLASSES STRUCTURING OF THE SECOND FOREIGN LANGUAGE PRACTICAL COURSE WITH APPLYING MODERN LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES IN HIGHER EDUCATION // Pedagogical Review. 2020. Issue 2 (30). P. 92-99

Currently, the modern teacher is increasingly faced with the need to process a large information amount in classes’ preparation. This is especially true of university teachers who need to convey to students a lot of new information, using modern educational technologies. They consider lesson plans writing as a routine and time consuming activity. We propose to use the “structuring” of the lesson, in the process of which the teacher determines its theme, formulates the goal, objectives, final results and distributes the material into groups in accordance with the new state educational standards. In the future, such an information fragmentation has a positive effect on the students learning. In this article, the problem of structuring a lesson is considered with the interconnected teaching of German as a second foreign language, since the planning of such a lesson is associated with the simultaneous teaching of various aspects of the language. Of the entire spectrum of modern teaching technologies, in the course of teaching a second foreign language, health-saving, gaming, technologies of modular learning, personalityoriented, and others were applied. The practical training structure in the second foreign language has been experimentally tested and confirmed. It is proved that a properly structured, phased study of material leads to its effective learning by students.

Bondarenko Elena Valeryevna, Vakurin Anatoliy Nikolaevich THE USE OF MODERN TECHNOLOGIES IN THE PROCESS OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND SPORTS IN THE FORCED DISTANCE EDUCATION CONDITIONS // Pedagogical Review. 2020. Issue 4 (32). P. 140-151

A problem of the educational programs implementation in universities in the conditions of forced distance learning was a serious challenge to the academic environment. Great difficulties are caused by the education of students who have a significant number of hours of practical work in the curriculum, in particular those studying in the fields of Physical Education and Sports. The analysis, generalization and interpretation of the literary sources made it possible to identify the possibilities of applying modern technologies of professional development, and forming necessary competencies in the preparation of a bachelor. To adapt the lessons to the conditions of the electronic environment, the necessary algorithm of actions is given, from the features of the glossary development to the creation of the final digital discipline model. It is important to teach students to see the mistakes of students in the technique of movements, tactical errors, to identify their own mistakes in the teaching methods in order to work in the field of physical culture and sports. Therefore, to enhance cognitive activity, develop a culture of thinking of a teacher in physical education and sports, it is proposed to use the preparation of video projects (in the format of a television fitness program with classes and short videos) in practical exercises, taking into account the proposed stages of preparation, a monitoring and evaluation system.

Sukhov Andrey Olegovich ETHNOPEDAGOGICAL PRINCIPLES AT THE BASIC STAGES OF FORMATION: A BRIEF HISTORICAL OVERVIEW // Pedagogical Review. 2021. Issue 6 (40). P. 162-177

The article presents an analysis of the consistent development of the foundations of folk pedagogy and ethnopedagogy in history. The purpose of the research is to analyze the ethnopedagogical principles of teaching and upbringing developing at key moments in history that led to the formation of ethnopedagogy as an independent science. At the present moment a sufficient amount of information is presented in pedagogy that testifies about the stage-by-stage course of these processes. However, due to the analysis of the narrow side of the development of folk pedagogy and ethnopedagogy, most often in relation to the context of their formation on the territory of Russia, their general plan of formation turns out to be lost. This emphasizes the relevance of the study. The process of the formation of ethnopedagogy is described from the moment of development of prenatal society during the primitive communal system (400–35 thousand BC), which laid the first ethnopedagogical foundations: not only survival skills, but also the skills of creating objects of cultural heritage, up to the New (late XVIII – 1917) and New time (1917 – present), when many ethnopedagogical principles were transformed due to the understanding of the need for the younger generation to study not only their native culture, but also the cultures of other peoples living in the same territory, so that they coexistence was based on respect and concern for each other. The principles of ethnopedagogy are highlighted (labor principle, the principle of family, continuity of upbringing and education, traditionality, conformity to nature, the game principle, the principle of morality, cultural conformity, etc.) and, the conclusion based on the historical analysis of their formation is made: these principles are the basis of modern domestic education system’s successful functioning and development having as a special feature its orientation towards ethnocultural education and upbringing.

Kovalenok Tatyana Petrovna PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL QUALITIES OF ENGINEERS // Pedagogical Review. 2022. Issue 1 (41). P. 181-191

The article considers the current state of research on psychological characteristics of representatives of engineering professions. A review of empirical studies over the past 12 years, devoted to the study of the psychological characteristics of professionals in various engineering specialties and students enrolled in the relevant areas of training, has been carried out. The analysis of the features of the organization of research, the subject of research and the methods used, on the basis of this, four main areas of research are distinguished: determination of factors affecting the parameters of professional activity; assessment of the severity of individual personality traits; determination of the features of the formation of professionally important qualities of an engineer; analysis of students’ ideas about the personal qualities required by engineers. It is indicated that studies that use the method of expert assessment prevail, while there are no detailed characteristics of the assessed qualities, and the organization of research does not allow identifying psychological characteristics specific only to engineers. The cognitive, individual-typological and personal qualities of engineers, which were distinguished in studies of different years, are described. Most often, the personal qualities of engineers include: volitional qualities (restraint, self-control, perseverance, etc.), qualities in which the attitude to work is manifested: responsibility, pedantry, conscientiousness, etc. qualities, self-confidence, courage, determination, independence, professional mobility, general culture, spiritual needs, the need for self-education and readiness for it, stress resistance. The necessity of forming the social qualities of the engineer’s personality, the development of volitional traits: the processes of planning, modeling, control, evaluation of one’s own activity is emphasized. It is concluded that it is necessary to organize professional and comparative studies to highlight the personality traits of a modern engineer.

The main feature of the educational system of the Russian Federation is the prevalence of rural schools. The rural school is a collective concept, it is used for designation of various types and types of activity, operating conditions of school in rural areas. The school and society, the state and the educational process are inseparably linked with each other. The historical and pedagogical analysis allows considering the process of formation of modern rural schools and also stages and specifics. However from the middle of the 10th of our century in the Russian Federation the increasing role is played by digital economy, the informatization process plays the main role. In the context of globalization (informatization, integration and internationalization), the rural school begins to function in the new socio-economic conditions. The implemented Digital School project promoted informatization of schools located in rural areas. The modern rural school is gradually becoming a single center for training, education and development of students of various categories, different levels of psychophysical development, different living conditions and education. The scientific novelty of the article consists in justification of separate features of modern rural school: a) the organizational model of school is based on the idea of cluster networks; b) educational process has network character and its regulation is carried out in the conditions of transition of the school system to the mixed model of training including the upgraded occupations in traditional or uneven-age network classes, groups, individual occupations according to the nonlinear schedule, design and implementation of individual strategy of training in subject matters, application of the special software.

Zabelina Ekaterina Vjacheslavovna PSYCHOLOGICAL TIME AND LIVE VALUES OF STUDENTS IN THE GLOBAL SOCIETY (THE STUDY OF JAPANESE AND RUSSIANS) // Pedagogical Review. 2020. Issue 4 (32). P. 180-187

The article represents the results of the study of the relationship between life values and components of psychological time of students from Russia and Japan. In the course of globalization, there is a process of active exchange of cultural experience, which is supported by high dynamics and erosion of cultural values. That is why the study of subjective (psychological) time in relation to life values is becoming increasingly relevant. The purpose of the study is to identify and compare the specifics of the relationship between the components of psychological time and life values among students from Russia and Japan (N = 540). The results of the correlation analysis suggest a different structure of the relationship between psychological time and life values of Russian and Japanese students, which is most likely due to cultural characteristics. The results of the study confirm the strong relationship between the motivational and value sphere of the individual and psychological time, despite the globalization processes. The more expressed the desire of young people for something, the more the motivational and volitional sphere is formed (regardless of the specific focus of motives and values), the more positively balanced the time per-spective looks. On the contrary, the focus on past failures negatively affects the motivation of young people, actually blocking their desires and intentions (this is especially relevant for Russian students). Recommendations on the use of results in the educational process are given.

Morozova Svetlana Anatolyevna ON THE QUESTION OF THE CONTROL AND EVALUATIVE ACTIVITIES IN A COMPETENCE-BASED APPROACH // Pedagogical Review. 2016. Issue 3 (13). P. 48-53

This article is devoted to the topical problem – the control and evaluative activities in the pedagogy of music education. The features of the structure of competent musicians are considered and the level of complexity of its formation is determined. The completed analysis of the literature on the subject indicates the absence of a unified technology which integrates monitoring and evaluation of results in professional music training. In the process of training the professional musician in secondary vocational education the formation of musical aural competency is the most important task and is carried out primarily on the musical-theoretical disciplines cycle. “Solfeggio” is obligatory subject for all musical specialities. We consider the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard to the results of the studying of this subject on specialty “Instrumental Performance”. On the example of musical theoretical discipline “Solfeggio” the elements of music and aural competence are defined. The development of monitoring system is carried out, which is the control and measuring tool and an effective way of organizing the educational process.

Aleksandrova Ekaterina Valentinovna, Barbasheva Svetlana Sergeyevna IMPROVEMENT OF THE LANGUAGE TRAINING SYSTEM WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE BOLOGNA PROCESS IMPLEMENTATION AT A NON-LINGUISTIC UNIVERSITY // Pedagogical Review. 2019. Issue 5 (27). P. 75-82

The article is devoted to the influence of the Bologna process on the system of Russian education. For the last decade there has been a massive transfer of higher education to a twolevel system: bachelor – master. To obtain a bachelor’s degree, you must complete 4–5 years of training, masters are to study additional 1–2 years. A single-level system with obtaining the qualification “specialist” remains for some professions and areas of education. The reason for the transition to this model of education was Russia’s accession to the Bologna process in September 2003 at the Berlin meeting of European ministers of education. It should be noted that the reformation process was fully justified and we expect, since the optimization of such spheres of the state’s life as political, economic and social should have led to changes in the field of education. The article focuses on the difficulties appeared in non- linguistic universities in connection with the transition to a two-level education system and a significant reduction in hours of foreign language. We propose ways for solution of these problems, allowing students to master strategies, develop personal knowledge, interact with other subjects of the educational process and with the world as a whole. The introduction of modular training, the use of tests in the learning process will make it possible to coordinate the program of teaching foreign languages with a general curriculum, increase the competitive ability of Russian graduates and their level of professional training, and also organize turnout of highly qualified specialists with relevant skills for studying in European universities.

Voytekhovskaya Marina Petrovna, Kochurina Svetlana Anatolyevna LEGISLATIVE INITIATIVES TO REFORM PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION IN THE FAR EAST IN 1918–1922 // Pedagogical Review. 2021. Issue 1 (35). P. 152-166

In the objective processes of integration and unification in the field of education, each national system relies on the existing potential and accumulated domestic experience. The purpose of this article is to reconstruct and generalize the experience of the Far Eastern authorities in reforming teacher education and teacher training institutions during the Civil War. The main source for writing the work was archival materials stored in the funds of the Russian State Historical Archive of the Far East. The Ministry of Public Education of the Provisional Siberian Government has repeatedly raised the issues of transformation of the teacher training system, but no substantive bill was adopted. Since 1919, Ministry of National Education of the government of A.V. Kolchak dealt with education, and this period is associated with the increased decentralization of management and the introduction of the institute of commissioners. Since the end of 1920, the regional governments operating in the Far East formed a policy towards pedagogical educational institutions under the influence of the ideas of the People’s Commissariat of Education. Regional authorities, despite their desire to democratize governance institutions, have not been able to overcome the inertia of accumulated problems in the field of education. The legislative activity of the Ministry of Public Education of the Provisional Siberian Government was ineffective and short-term. With the transition of the Far Eastern territories under the jurisdiction of local government bodies, regional departments of public education followed the path of reforming individual pedagogical educational institutions. On the path of the reform, the government of the Far Eastern Republic has moved a little further than the Siberian Government. The reforms were based on the soviet principles of school development. As the general crisis intensified, the local authorities took less and less into account the opinions of the professional pedagogical community, and more and more often the changes were of a prescriptive nature. As a result of ill-considered reconstructions of teachers’ institutes and seminaries, the system of teacher education that required reforms but was well-coordinated and developing, was destroyed, replaced with ineffective transitional and limited forms that cost significant organizational and financial efforts, and the planned reforms were not implemented properly.

Rudin Ilya Vladimirovich PEDAGOGICAL PARTICULARITIES IN CORRECTION OF SPEECH DISORDERS CAUSED BY GENETIC SYNDROMES // Pedagogical Review. 2019. Issue 6 (28). P. 31-42

The article deals with an importance of genetic syndromes in the etiology of speech disorders. A distinctive feature of Russian education in recent years is a significant increase in the number of children, both in preschool and in General education institutions, with speech disorders of varying severity. Since speech function disorder can be the first and significant symptom of a global ontogenesis disorder, the study of its genetic nature is important for adequate diagnosis and the timely formation of an arsenal of pedagogical tools in the development of correction programs for speech disorders caused by genetic syndromes, taking into account the global impairment of the children’s body functions in such diseases. The idea of the etiology and symptoms of genetic syndromes becomes important in the early differential diagnosis of speech disorders and has prognostic value in terms of developing adequate individual programs for correcting impaired speech function and building an individual educational trajectory of the student. At the same time, given the complexity of the disorders characteristic of the above syndromes, it is simultaneously necessary to develop corrective programs to restore other impaired functions: motor, sensory, cognitive and others. The development of fundamental science at its present stage allows, in some cases, to carry out differential diagnosis of speech disorders with the help of genetic studies.

Ilakavichus Marina Rimantasovna IMPLEMENTING A TARGETED MENTORING MODEL: CHALLENGES AND SOLUTIONS // Pedagogical Review. 2021. Issue 4 (38). P. 15-24

The review of the problems and their solutions offered in the article was created by the author based on the analysis of the pilot stage of the implementation of the target mentoring model in St. Petersburg. The interpretation of mentoring of educational interaction, which is essentially informal as technology, raises a set of problems. They can be solved in the strategy of dialogue between supporters of innovations and traditions. This will help preserve the constructive systems of educational institutions and set a benchmark for their development. The problem of a simplified understanding by the pedagogical community of the ideological basis of the target model, lack of awareness of this project by the public in the region can be solved if the project is preceded by a wide information and educational campaign. To overcome the problem of forming the bases of mentors and mentors, real educational work and a revision of the strategy of forming a partner network are necessary. The development of networks at the level of the administrative district will make it possible to overcome the acute shortage of resources accompanying the implementation. Ensuring the environmental friendliness of interaction in a mentoring couple or group requires the mentor of the mentoring program in the institution to master the basics of non-formal education, adult education.

Tupichkina Elena Aleksandrovna, Semenaka Svetlana Ivanovna THE INFLUENCE OF SOCIO-CULTURAL FACTORS ON THE TRANSFORMATION OF VALUE ORIENTATIONS OF RUSSIAN YOUTH // Pedagogical Review. 2022. Issue 4 (44). P. 37-47

The article presents the analysis of sociological, philosophical, cultural and psychological studies of the problem of transforming value orientations among Russian youth, which today is an indicator of social and economic developments in our country over the past 10–20 years. The conclusion was made about the influence of numerous factors on the formation of value orientations and their transformation among Russian youth in the situation of uncertainty of social phenomena in the worldview, their influence on the formation of personality. The article focused on the influence of the socio-cultural factor, since relations between people in society were regulated and changed under the influence of, first of all, cultural values that were characteristic of a given ethnic group. The phenomenon of cultural globalization had also been analysed; based on the analysis of scientific points of view, it is noted that on the one hand it contributed to the strengthening of relations between peoples and their cultures, and on the other hand, the crowding out of high culture and the formation of the dominance of mass culture, leads to the destruction of cultural diversity and traditional value guidelines. An ambiguous assessment of globalization processes for the current system of values in society is given; globalization and the associated virtualization of public life could pose a great danger to society. In that connection, an analysis had been made of studies revealing the rationalization of relations in the modern world; the problem of crowding out the spiritual and moral component in a rationally built relationship; The idea of focusing attention in the younger generation on the formation of responsibility for their actions was expressed; problem of finding ways of optimal preservation of traditions and creation of conditions for introduction of innovations in sociocultural environment is outlined.

Tyulyupo Svetlana Vladimirovna, Dashiyeva Bairma Antonovna THE PROBLEMS OF POPULATION ASSESSMENT OF THE OFFENSES RISK AMONG PUPILS IN COMPREHENSIVE SCHOOLS // Pedagogical Review. 2019. Issue 5 (27). P. 189-200

The article discusses the psychological causes of distortion of survey data on the prevalence of adolescent behavior associated with the risk of offenses. The conditions for the preparation and conduct of surveys that motivate or demotivate adolescent respondents to participate in the survey and provide relevant data are revealed. The empirical basis of the conclusions are the results of observing the behavior of respondents and their parents in the process of preparing for the survey and its conduct in 27 secondary schools. Account for the psychological needs of adolescents and their parents is considered as a key condition for obtaining valid data. The decreased willingness of adolescents to participate in surveys and provide reliable data is considered as the main cause of data distortion. According to the authors, the following factors lead to this. These are: pressure from the questionnaire organizers, lack of conditions for comfortable individual work with the questionnaire, violation of confidentiality, neglect of the cultural and linguistic characteristics of the examined adolescents groups when creating questionnaires and conducting a survey. Taking into account the psychological needs of adolescents when monitoring the risk of their offenses is considered an ethical imperative that requires strict observance. The authors point to the following needs of respondents for obtaining valid data. These are the needs for security, information and acknowledgment of the social value of their answers. The authors indicate possible ways of fulfilling the above needs during the survey and describe their motivating methods and methods for debriefing the possible negative consequences of the survey. The use of these techniques allowed the authors to increase the level of cooperation among adolescents in the survey process.

Dementiyeva Izabella Fedorovna, Borisova Tatyana Sergeyevna, Sartakova Elena Evgenyevna FEATURES OF THE EDUCATIONAL INFLUENCE OF THE FATHER AND MOTHER ON THE FORMATION OF LIFE GUIDELINES OF CHILDREN // Pedagogical Review. 2020. Issue 3 (31). P. 191-200

In recent decades, the Russian family has undergone profound changes in relations between generations of parents and children. There is a practice-justified view that Russian children were never as different from parents by their mentality as in today’s reality. The retrospective analysis carried out in the article of the family’s performance of its educational function with regard to children differentiated by sex shows the importance and place of each parent in the formation of the child’s personality. The conducted survey of schoolchildren in five regions of Russia (2019) and comparison of its results with the data of a similar survey of ten years ago (2009) make it possible to draw conclusions about trends in family education, as well as about which parents most successfully perform their educational role in the modern Russian family. In retrospect of the last ten years, alarming conclusions are being formulated about the reduction of parents’ authority as advisers. In the dynamics of these years there is a decrease in the attitude of children to be similar to their parents. Attention is drawn to the fact that most children do not view the family environment as comfortable for cohabitation with parents, which indicates the factors of disadvantage of these families. The desire of children to assert their financial independence by independently earning money for pocket expenses has been revealed. There is an increase in the number of children evading the answer about the sources of money, which may indicate improper practices in obtaining it. The given data of the comparative study make it possible to conclude that there has been an increase in certain deformation of parental roles in the family over the past ten years. The task of the family today is to contribute to the formation of life guidelines of children, offering them reliable starting conditions for achieving success. The scientific novelty of the study consists in the analysis of the influence of educational actions (omissions) of each parent on the formation of immunity in children from possible external negative influences taking into account modern social risks in society.

Glukhov Andrey Petrovich, Kamneva Olga Sergeevna, Solomina Irina Gennadievna DIGITAL LITERACY OF TEACHERS // Pedagogical Review. 2022. Issue 5 (45). P. 39-47

It is noted that the transition to a distance learning format during the pandemic revealed a low level of digital literacy of teachers, which hinders the effective organization of the educational process with online tools. Attention is focused on the lack of development of criteria and indicators of digital literacy among teachers, the lack of its monitoring in general education organizations. The approaches of foreign and Russian researchers to the definition of the content of the concept of digital literacy as a benchmark for the digital transformation of the education system are analyzed. The authors adhered to an expanded interpretation of digital literacy as an element of mastering the culture of the digital age, which implies the presence of broad competencies in the field of search, production, communication and distribution of digital content and information, as well as the conversion of digital skills into pedagogical technologies. In order to identify the understanding of the structure of digital literacy by teachers in the context of limited remote interaction using digital means, the authors used the focus group method in an online format to conduct the study. Based on self-assessment of teachers, deficits in digital pedagogical training of teachers are determined in the context of organizing distance learning in the system of general education based on an analysis of the situation in the Siberian Federal District. A preliminary comparative assessment of the structure and level of digital literacy with students, obtained on the basis of self-analysis of the adaptive educational practices of teachers during the pandemic crisis, is proposed.

Pogodayeva Margarita Viktorovna ANALYSIS OF THE LEVEL OF EMOTIONAL COMPETENCE OF TEACHERS // Pedagogical Review. 2022. Issue 1 (41). P. 155-161

In professional activity, a teacher needs to build effective communication with children and parents, while effectively managing their emotions, understanding the feelings of other people, and showing reflexive skills. Emotional competence is a mandatory component of a teacher’s professional competence. The article discusses various approaches to understanding emotional competence and emotional intelligence, its structure, connection with social activity, cognitive processes, academic performance, and professional success. The aim of the empirical research is to analyze the level of emotional competence of teachers as a professionally important quality. The sample was made by teachers and pedagogues – psychologists of general educational organizations of Irkutsk, totaling 70 people. The study used the method of assessing the reflexivity of A. V. Karpov; test questionnaire by D. Lyusin EmIn. The results of empirical research have shown that the majority of teachers have an average level of development of emotional intelligence and an average level of development of reflexive abilities. The share of teachers with low and very low levels of development of emotional intelligence was 34,2 %. A low level of understanding of emotions was revealed in 48,6% of teachers, 34,3% of teachers showed a low level of control and a very low level of control over emotions. Teachers with a low level of understanding of emotions also demonstrate a low level of reflexivity of the emotional state. 28,6% of the subjects have a low level of development of reflexive abilities. They have difficulties in analyzing the situation as a whole, including with the perception, processing and analysis of emotional states. A low level of emotional intelligence and reflexivity does not allow the teacher to be successful in his professional activity: he does not understand the child’s problems, his experiences, does not empathize with his joys and sorrows, and cannot control his condition. Such teachers themselves need psychological support, the organization of special classes for them on the development of emotional intelligence, empathy and reflection.

Maralov Vladimir Georgiyevich INTERRELATION OF SYSTEMS OF ACTIVATION AND INHIBITION OF BEHAVIOR WITH NEGATIVE EMOTIONAL EXPERIENCES OF PERSONALITY IN STUDENTS // Pedagogical Review. 2022. Issue 3 (43). P. 176-184

The article is devoted to the problem of the interrelation of neuropsychological systems of activation and inhibition of behaviour with negative emotional experience of personality in students: irritability, resentfulness, vindictiveness and suspiciousness. In total, 56 students – future psychologists of Cherepovets State University took part in the study, 6 men (11 %) and 50 women (89 %), average age 19±1,3 years. As diagnostic tools, the Carver-White questionnaire adapted by G. G. Knyazev, the author’s questionnaire for identifying irritability to people, the questionnaire «Personal aggressiveness and conflict» by E. P. Ilyin and P. A. Kovalev (scales: “Resentfulness”, “Vindictiveness”, “Suspiciousness”) were used. The processing was carried out using methods of mathematical statistics, Spearman rank correlation coefficient was applied. As a result, it was found that negative emotional experiences can occur both when the system of activation of behaviour is excited (irritability and vindictiveness), and when system of inhibition of behaviour is excited (irritability, vindictiveness, resentfulness, and suspiciousness). In the first case, they can find expression in real behavior in the form of aggressive actions, and in the second case – in restraint or in replacement of real behavior with imaginary. The results obtained expand the understanding of modern psychology about the role of neuropsychological factors in human behavior and the determination of his emotional experiences and can be used in the work of curators of student groups and in the activities of the university psychological service.
