Tupichkina Elena Aleksandrovna, Semenaka Svetlana Ivanovna THE INFLUENCE OF SOCIO-CULTURAL FACTORS ON THE TRANSFORMATION OF VALUE ORIENTATIONS OF RUSSIAN YOUTH // Pedagogical Review. 2022. Issue 4 (44). P. 37-47

The article presents the analysis of sociological, philosophical, cultural and psychological studies of the problem of transforming value orientations among Russian youth, which today is an indicator of social and economic developments in our country over the past 10–20 years. The conclusion was made about the influence of numerous factors on the formation of value orientations and their transformation among Russian youth in the situation of uncertainty of social phenomena in the worldview, their influence on the formation of personality. The article focused on the influence of the socio-cultural factor, since relations between people in society were regulated and changed under the influence of, first of all, cultural values that were characteristic of a given ethnic group. The phenomenon of cultural globalization had also been analysed; based on the analysis of scientific points of view, it is noted that on the one hand it contributed to the strengthening of relations between peoples and their cultures, and on the other hand, the crowding out of high culture and the formation of the dominance of mass culture, leads to the destruction of cultural diversity and traditional value guidelines. An ambiguous assessment of globalization processes for the current system of values in society is given; globalization and the associated virtualization of public life could pose a great danger to society. In that connection, an analysis had been made of studies revealing the rationalization of relations in the modern world; the problem of crowding out the spiritual and moral component in a rationally built relationship; The idea of focusing attention in the younger generation on the formation of responsibility for their actions was expressed; problem of finding ways of optimal preservation of traditions and creation of conditions for introduction of innovations in sociocultural environment is outlined.

Flaksman Mariya Alekseyevna, Sedelkina Yuliya Georgiyevna, Korotaevskaya Elizaveta Aleksandrovna PSYCHOSEMANTIC INVESTIGATION OF VISUAL PERCEPTION OF ENGLISH ICONIC WORDS DEPENDING ON DE-ICONIZATION STAGE // Pedagogical Review. 2021. Issue 1 (35). P. 122-129

The present psychosemantic study investigates visual perception of English iconic (imitative) words by Russian L2 learners. The Lexical decision task was conducted to collect the data. The participants (N = 106) were visually presented with three type of experimental stimuli: 32 iconic words divided into four groups according to their de-iconization stage (8 words per group), 32 non-iconic words and 32 non-words constructed according to English phonotactic rules. The pre-selection of iconic vocabulary into four groups was performed by the method of diachronic evaluation of the imitative lexicon. The linguistic status of iconic words was controlled for in the Oxford English Dictionary (OED), the 3d edition (section “Etimology”). The stimuli were presented visually in random order under a strict time limit. The parameter under investigation – the stage of de-iconization of an iconic word – refers to the degree of preservation of original iconic (according to Pierce) associative connection between form and meaning. De-iconization takes place under the influence of two system factors: regular phonetic changes (“distortion” of a word form) and semantic shifts (“expansion”, broadening of a word’s meaning). The findings of the study revealed that the participants need a different amount of time to recognize 1) iconic and non-iconic words, 2) iconic words at different stages of de-iconization. The least de-iconized words are characterized by slower recognition time and higher error rates than non-iconic words and highly de-iconized words, which makes them similar to non-words. It signifies a delay in cognitive recognition of these most “vivid” iconic words. Word recognition impairment may also be accounted for by the interference of the expressiveness parameter and by the semantic processing. It is assumed that the use of iconic words in language teaching contributes to vocabulary learning. This assumption is not fully supported by the empirical data of our study since deiconization is an important variable in psycholinguistic studies of this kind. The results of our research enable us to gain a better understanding of cognitive mechanisms of the perception of iconicity.

PERSONAL FACTORS OF TEACHERS’ SELF-REGULATION // Pedagogical Review. 2017. Issue 3 (17). P. 144-152

The analysis of literary data showed the relevance of the problem of the influence of various personal structures on the process of organizing and implementing an arbitrary human activity. Among the most important determinants of the formation of self-regulation, personal characteristics and structures of various orders are distinguished. Specificity of the activity of the pedagogical worker is such that the personal characteristics of the employee, along with his professional qualities, are one of the main tools for influencing the participants in the educational process and the factor that determines the effectiveness of professional activity. The ability to self-regulation of mental states are of particular importance in pedagogical work. The question of personal factors of self-regulation among pedagogical employees is considered. Provides a characteristic feature of the most important professional competence of a teacher, which is a conscious self-regulation of mental states and behavior, suggesting the study, the definition and development of the individual abilities, awareness of its resources. The results of the study of personality characteristics in their relationship with the individual style self-regulation are presented. In the context of our study, we formulated the assumption that successful professional activity of teachers is mediated individually – typological features of self-regulation of mental states. Multi-level personal factors of selfregulation of the subject of pedagogical activity are described. The differences in individual psychological characteristics with different levels of conscious self-regulation in the empirical group and representatives of nonsocionomy professions. The analysis of the factor structure of personal performance of teachers revealed the influence of the emotional and substantive aspects of the personality (irritability, balance, aggressiveness, emotional instability, anxiety reactions, acute stress conditions associated with the professional teaching activities) in the self-regulation of the teacher. The factor effect in subjects of non-national specialties is difficult to trace, because it is represented by a discrepancy between the structure of selfregulation and individual-typological properties, their contradictory relationships. The reasons for this discrepancy are due to weak correlations, professional differences, the specifics of socionic and non-social activities.

Savel’yeva Olga Vladimirovna, Tsepova Olesya Sergeyevna PERSONAL IDENTITY OF A TEACHER AS AN INDICATOR OF PSYCHOLOGICAL READINESS FOR WORK IN THE MODE OF INNOVATIONS // Pedagogical Review. 2020. Issue 1 (29). P. 182-194

The ability to innovate is becoming a necessary professional competence in many areas of the Russian economy. Ongoing projects aimed at improving the efficiency of individual industries and areas of production, science, education, do not always take into account the issue of psychological readiness of specialists for changes, as an important component of personal identity. In this article, the authors analyze the teacher’s psychological readiness for professional activities in the new conditions as one of the indicators of introduced innovations in the Kiselevsky urban district of the Kemerovo region as part of the federal project “Every Child’s Success” of the national project “Education” (target model for the development of the regional system of additional education for children). Against the background of the ongoing set of measures to form modern managerial and organizational-economic mechanisms in the system of additional education of children in Kuzbass, professional life activity (professional identity) of teachers is undergoing drastic changes. Participating in innovations, many educators in a personal plan (personal identity) experience a state of unsteadiness and instability. There was a need to study the psychological readiness of specialists in the education, culture and sports system to work in the innovation mode. The authors described the necessary conditions in the article and justified the importance of studying the personal identity of a teacher working in an innovative mode. As a result, a study of the psychological readiness of teachers and heads of organizations of additional education, culture and sports of the Kiselevsk urban district made it possible to evaluate them as subjects of innovative activity, determine the levels of psychological readiness, highlight qualitative characteristics and take into account the data obtained when making managerial decisions.

Nikitin Aleksandr Aleksandrovich, Nikitina Olga Aleksandrovna CONCEPTUAL GUIDELINES OF TEACHING MATHEMATICS IN THE 1ST GRADE OF A GENERAL EDUCATION SCHOOL // Pedagogical Review. 2021. Issue 3 (37). P. 172-185

The teaching of mathematics should reflect the global trends in the development of mathematical and pedagogical scientific thoughts. The authors develop guidelines of studying mathematics in the 1st grade on the basis of the Federal State Educational Standard, taking into account the partitions into knowledge elements. Thus, the structure and the formation of the being developed textbook content by chapters are described. The theoretical part should allow to students to get answers to control questions, univariate and multivariate tests, problems and exercises. Each chapter of the being developed textbook is divided into paragraphs, each paragraph is divided into items. One item of theoretical material contains either one new idea to study, or a set of interrelated concepts that define one new idea to study. According to this it is possible to form the mathematical knowledge trajectories. So, there are broad opportunities to transform knowledge elements into multimedia forms, including presentations, videos, test modules and other newly emerging means of representation and visualization, using the achievements of artificial intelligence. There can be defined such main directions as natural numbers counting, acquaintance with geometric shapes, comparison of objects in the value and quantity, acquaintance with a squared paper and measurement standards, the study of objects position, the sets consideration, introduction to the algorithm concept. The conceptual directions of teaching mathematics in the 1st grade determined by the authors provide the foundation for the vertical of mathematical education in the 1–11th grades of general education schools.

Fishman Boris Entilyevich, Lipovetskaya Anna Andreyevna DIAGNOSTICS RESULTS OF THE FIFTH - SEVENTH GRADES PUPILS’ GENDER-ROLE SELF-DETERMINATION PECULIARITIES // Pedagogical Review. 2019. Issue 2 (24). P. 137-145

The article presents the results of diagnostics of gender-role self-determination of fifth – seventh grade pupils. For this purpose, an essay was organized on the topic “When I am 20 years old”, in which each pupil described his desired future. The analysis of the essay texts was carried out on the following aspects: profession; hobby; development of personal qualities; family life; desirable image in the future (in the eyes of others); activity in free time. It was confirmed that this technique has diagnostic capabilities to identify the features of genderrole self-determination of adolescents aged 11-14 in a mass school. In particular, it was revealed that the adolescents aged 11-14 years found to have no significant effect on their choice of occupation groups, the choice of hobby and leisure time activities. To some extent, age affects pupils ‘ choice of personality traits that they want to develop. If pupils in the fifth grade are more likely to choose internal (personal) qualities, the seventh graders are much more likely chose external characteristics. The impact of social desirability stereotypes at 11 years is stronger than age stereotypes. However, by the age of 14 these roles are changing places: age stereotypes affect adolescents more than stereotypes of social desirability. The gender impact of adolescents was also considered in all aspects.

Ivanova Rimma Anvarovna, Ivanov Andrey Vladimirovich, Filippova Svetlana Yuryevna READING SKILLS AS AN OBJECT OF TESTING PROCEDURES IN INTERNATIONAL ENGLISH EXAMS AT THE UNIVERSITY // Pedagogical Review. 2019. Issue 3 (25). P. 136-150

The dynamic and multitasking character of the educational process in a tertiary institution implies the development and refinement of a knowledge quality evaluation system, which is based primarily on the school-leaving, entrance, or midterm examinations, as well as other assessment procedures being in practice in various educational institutions. In particular, the class of such procedures includes test checks, which, on the one hand, act as an effective tool, which expedites learning activities of foreign language students, and, on the other hand, reveals the level of their foreign-language competence. Testing results allow constructing a rating scale, which would demonstrate vividly students’ achievements in learning a foreign language. This paper presents a detailed description of the reading skill testing procedure used at the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE) in the international English language examinations in the CAE (C1), TOEFL, and IELTS formats, comparative analysis of the results demonstrated by students, and general and special recommendations, which are based on the choice of this or that reading strategy for successful passing of an international exam. The authors believe that monitoring of reading skills in the testing format proves to be rather successful from the viewpoint of evaluation of linguistic competence, since a test contributes to maximum intensification of a student’s intellectual activity and is a perfect tool for verification of other linguistic skills, which is demonstrated by the results shown by the students who pass the international exams. The paper includes generalized data about test duration, volume, structure, and contents of the tests, analysis of the structure and types of the tests in the above-mentioned examination formats, and a description of the tasks to be fulfilled by the testee in the testing process, which are correlated with the three modes (regimes) of reading and the specific features of information processing that are typical of each of such reading modes. The authors give special attention to reading for specific information and scanning, reading for gist or skimming, and reading for detail, since the skills in reading for specific information and scanning and in reading for gist or skimming should be formed by students with allowance for the foreign language teaching practice accepted at HSE, and the skills of reading for detail should be upgraded. A significant factor in the testing process is the time spent by students on the quality test performance. The novelty of the approach lies in the maturity level of reading skills of first- and secondyear students, found in the process of an examination based on the international testing methods. Such a way of assessment and monitoring is a significant step forward in the development of the methods used to monitor students’ academic progress and retention of educational materials.

Rumbeshta Elena Anatolyevna, Tkachyev Artem Mikhaylovich USE OF HOME EXPERIMENTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SECONDARY GENERAL SCHOOL STUDENTS’ MOTIVATION TO STUDY PHYSICS // Pedagogical Review. 2020. Issue 4 (32). P. 17-26

The facts testifying to the problems of modern education are given. One of the significant problems that many educators and teachers ascertain is a general decrease in motivation for education and, especially, in the study of school physics, which leads to shortcomings in the overall development of students. The drop in interest in physics among schoolchildren also affects the insufficient choice by graduates of schools of technical specialties in universities and the difficulties in studying subjects in universities, as noted by university teachers. The way out of this situation is to increase the motivation for the physics of schoolchildren from the very beginning of its study. As the study of questions of motivation to study the subject shows, it can appear only in activities that interest students, in most cases it is practical activity. Since the active inclusion of students in practical activities is currently hampered by a lack of time in the lessons, it is proposed to use students to perform home experiments to develop motivation for the subject – physics. The introduction of home experiments in grades 7-8 is based on the characteristics of adolescence, when students aspire to active independent or joint educational activities and this activity should be interesting and contribute to their success. Ways to increase motivation to study the subject based on home experiences are presented. Recommendations for teachers are formulated that contribute to effective results in terms of increasing motivation for the subject and obtaining additional and in-depth knowledge of students.

Avchinnikova Svetlana Olegovna VALUES OF HEALTH IN THE PROFESSIONAL AXIOSPHERE OF BACHELORS OF SOCIAL WORK // Pedagogical Review. 2016. Issue 2 (12). P. 92-96

The axiosphere of bachelors of social work relates to a notion “system of vocational valuable orientations”, however, it is more stable, individualized and peremptory. It performs a regulatory function in the implementation of professional activity, which is reflected in the preferences of those or other significant professional knowledge, technologies, tools, resources, communication strategies. Values of health are treated as invariant of axiosphere of social worker, which provides professional internalization of other important values, and the implementation of the humanistic potential of the profession. The valuable content of the category “health” is performed on the meta, micro and meso level of classification the values of social work. 4th year students studying in the direction “social work”, tend to underestimate the importance of health in the context of professional activities. After studying the module of health-saving directivity, different views of health in its value dimension for the students became more significant, that was observed at ranging of the professional values and the definition of priorities of social problems. The associative array to the notion “health” was expanded to include various semantic groups, the level of professional responsibility for the formation of a healthy way of life of the population has increased, the strong interrelationship of phenomena of health and social well-being emerged. Consequently, the training program for bachelors of social sphere should include disciplines, which actualize the professional value of health.

Bochkaryova Tatiana Anatoljevna FORMATION OF BACHELOR STUDENTS’ COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCES WHEN STUDYING THE COURSE “SPEECH CULTURE OF A SPEECH PATHOLOGIST” (ON THE MATERIAL OF STYLE DIFFERENTIATION OF LANGUAGE) // Pedagogical Review. 2021. Issue 3 (37). P. 124-131

The author defines the relevance of the study by the need to eliminate two types of contradictions in the educational process of higher education: 1) between the level of formation of the communicative competence of school graduates and the requirements for bachelor students; 2) between the need to introduce a competency-based approach and the lack of shared sense about the conceptual apparatus of the new paradigm, methodological means of its provision in relation to different competences and competencies. The purpose of this study is to develop a methodological model of the formation of bachelor students’ communicative competence while studying the course “Speech culture of a speech pathologist” (based on the material of style differentiation of the language). The basis of the developed competence-based methodological model is the concept of classification of the material at all distinguished levels: formal, substantive, pragmatic, organizational and technological, evaluative and prognostic. The author reveals the content of each level and identifies the leading formed components of communicative competence for each of them: linguistic, discursive and stylistic, rhetorical and pragmatic, etiquette and speech. As a result, the author concludes about the importance of developing a competence-based methodological model in expanding the pedagogical tools of the competence-based approach. The researcher notes the possibility of using this model to increase the level of communicative competence of students not only in the course of teaching “Speech culture of a speech pathologist”, but in other disciplines of the linguistic cycle. The author points out that the developed model can help eliminate the identified contradictions in educational process. In conclusion, the researcher outlines the prospects for further research.

Bogutskaya Tatyana Viktorovna SPEECH DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN OF YOUNGER SCHOOL AGE IN CONDITIONS OF INCLUSIVE EDUCATION BY MEANS OF PLOT AND ROLE PLAY // Pedagogical Review. 2020. Issue 4 (32). P. 9-16

Modern education poses the challenge for the pedagogical community to find the best ways to develop, educate, and socialize children with disabilities. Timely started and properly organized work with a child with limited health abilities helps prevent or mitigate secondary in nature violations. A significant part of such children, despite the efforts made by society to educate them, becoming adults, is unprepared for integration in society. In the framework of the implementation of inclusive education, it is especially important to create conditions for the elimination of various barriers in order to maximize the support of each student and maximize their potential. Since speech development is one of the central tasks of the entire education system, it remains an important link in the overall development of the child’s personality. The main feature of the development of speech in children of primary school age is its conscious assimilation. Children master sound analysis, learn grammar rules for constructing sentences. Younger school age is closely related to preschool. Despite the emergence of a new leading type of activity – educational, primary schoolchildren assimilate the material more efficiently provided that game forms and methods are used. According to the theory of L. S. Vygotsky in a game, all internal processes manifest themselves in external action, since the child relies on real actions whose meaning is divorced from things. The game requires the child to overcome immediate, momentary desires, to obey the rules consisting in fulfilling the role, it creates a zone of proximal development, changes the consciousness of the child as a whole. Developing speech, the child forms the ability to combine, act purposefully, expresses his ideas in words. Also, according to the concept of L.S. Vygotsky, the development of speech directly affects the development of children’s imagination. Children with a delay in speech development, as a rule, experience difficulties in the development of imagination.

Dmitriyeva Elena Ermolaevna, Sukharnikova Nadezhda Viktorovna IMPLEMENTATION OF A COMMUNICATIVE APPROACH TO THE DIAGNOSIS AND CORRECTION OF COMMUNICATIVE AND SPEECH DISORDERS IN OLDER PRESCHOOLERS WITH GENERAL SPEECH UNDERDEVELOPMENT // Pedagogical Review. 2022. Issue 1 (41). P. 162-169

The paper presents a study that implements a communicative approach to the diagnosis and correction of communicative-speech disorders in children with speech disorders. The results of a theoretical and experimental study of the communicative-speech development of older preschoolers with general speech underdevelopment, indicating the poverty of children’s motivational impulses in communicating with a partner, a low level of development of verbal means, a low communicative orientation of speech, lack of interest in contacts, inability to navigate in communication situations, are presented. lack of desire to develop dialogue. The possibility of using a logo psychological approach in the correction of communicative-speech disorders in older preschoolers with general speech underdevelopment is substantiated, aimed at mastering the norms and values adopted in society and the need to integrate the correctional and educational process for the development of speech and full-fledged communication skills in older preschoolers. A system of correctional and developmental integrated lessons is proposed, during which the teacher – speech therapist, simultaneously solves speech therapy and psychological tasks using speech therapy training and case technology, which encourage older preschoolers to develop an active position, defend their point of view, form communicative activity on the basis of verbal interaction in groups. Sheveleva Nataliya Vladimirovna, Popov Gennadiy Nikolaevich MODERN LEARNING ENVIRONMENT AS AN ELEMENT OF SOCIAL INTEGRATION OF CHILDREN WITH MENTAL DEVELOPMENT DELAY // Pedagogical Review. 2021. Issue 1 (35). P. 130-136

The quantitative growth of children with disabilities progresses every year. Approximately 15 % of the total number of students have certain health limitations, including disabilities. This is due to both biologizing (genetic predisposition) and sociologizing (pedagogical neglect) factors. Children with disabilities often tend to be isolated from society. This is facilitated by being in special schools and institutions separate from healthy children, where they receive not only upbringing, but also education. Despite the fact that at present the situation has partially changed, more and more parents prefer to send their “special” children to general education institutions, children with disabilities are still poorly involved in the normal process of life of the school community. A delay in the mental development of the child’s personality causes disorders in the field of communication and cognition, and can lead to deformation of their social and domestic skills and emotional-volitional sphere. A child with mental retardation often exhibits such emotional states as feelings of fear, resentment, shame, and there are unreasonable bouts of anger. At the same time, the self-esteem of this category of children is also distorted. All these factors can contribute to the emergence of pathological forms of behavior. Nevertheless, the process of social integration (adaptation) of children with disabilities, specifically those with mental retardation is extremely necessary. And the most suitable social environment for this is the general educational environment, as well as centers for social adaptation and additional education.

Baygulova Nataliya Vasilyevna, Gritskevich Natalya Konstantinovna, Myodova Natalya Anatolyevna STRATEGIES OF LEXICAL DEFICIT COMPENSATION IN STUDENTS IN THE CONDITIONS OF INCLUSIVE EDUCATION IMPLEMENTATION // Pedagogical Review. 2019. Issue 6 (28). P. 23-30

The article presents the data relevant for training and socialization of persons with disabilities. The urgency of studying vocabulary in the conditions of inclusive education, based on the example of children with visual impairments and children with autism spectrum disorders, is proved. Analyzed the specificity of formation of vocabulary in a deficit and a distorted form of dysontogenesis. The difficulties of perception and reproduction of vocabulary in students with disabilities are indicated. Based on the above data a strategy for the compensation of vocabulary deficits through an interagency approach has been developed. The interdepartmental approach involves interaction at three levels (the level of the region, the municipality and the specific organization), which makes possible social partnership and provides the necessary general conditions for the sustainable functioning of the process of compensation of lexical deficit as a social system. Social interaction is presented on the example of volunteer activity of students of pedagogical university on the basis of school for students with disabilities and theatrical excursions organized for children with disabilities and youth by the Department of Culture of the Administration of Tomsk, the Museum of History of Tomsk, the Tourist Information Center of Tomsk. Volunteer activities of students are manifested in various directions: summer school camp, creative workshops and master classes, tolerance days and New Year party. This practice is very useful for students, as modern realities imply the ability to work in an inclusive education system. In turn, creative activities can interest children and gain new social skills, enrich vocabulary and compensate for lexical difficulties.

Asmolovskaya Marija Vladimirovna, Valeyev Agzam Abrarovich DEVELOPMENT OF REFLEXIVE READINESS OF STUDENTS TO USE INTERACTIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN THE PROCESS OF TEACHING A FOREIGN LANGUAGE // Pedagogical Review. 2021. Issue 4 (38). P. 177-187

The active nature of modern higher education today urgently requires the introduction into its content of the formation of students’ reflective competencies, which can be said as an important direction of modernization of education in general. This applies, in particular, to teaching a foreign language, where the use of interactive technologies also becomes an essential educational resource, when, under conditions of constant updating of information, its reflexive generalization becomes so necessary. In this regard, the use of interactive technologies by students in the teaching process of a foreign language from the point of view of their reflexive readiness for this becomes especially relevant, since students do not yet have sufficient ability to identify cause-and-effect relationships in the linguistic aspects of the language being studied. Hence, the formulation of the problem of the development of students’ reflexive readiness to use interactive technologies in the teaching process of a foreign language is conditioned by the need to update the university education system, where there are certain contradictions. This concerns, for example, the requirements for solving the problem of expanding the student’s reflective activity and the insufficient methodological development of the qualitative introduction of reflection into the process of teaching a foreign language, taking into account the use of interactive technologies. In this regard, this article is devoted to understanding the methodological aspects of the reflexive skills of university students, in particular, through interactive technologies. Thus, the purpose of this work was to consider the aspects of the development of students’ reflective readiness to use interactive technologies in the teaching process of a foreign language.

Gridyayeva Lyudmila Nikolaevna, Manzhurina Anastasiya Aleksandrovna ANIMATION ACTIVITY AS A METHOD OF OPTIMIZING SELF-ESTEEM OF PRESCHOOL CHILDREN WITH DIFFERENT SIBLING POSITION // Pedagogical Review. 2019. Issue 6 (28). P. 9-16

The analysis of modern normative documents, including the Federal state educational standard of preschool education, which regulates the activities of preschool organizations, was performed. The methodology of this work is presented by three groups of methods: theoreticaltheoretical analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature on the studied problems, their generalization and synthesis, empirical – «Ladder» (V. G. Shchur); «Tree» (L. P. Ponomarenko); « What am I?» (R. S. Nemov); «Definition of emotional self-esteem» (A. V. Zakharov); «Test De Greefe», as well as empirical data processing methods-statistical calculation of the Mann-Whitney U-test. A comparative analysis of the levels of self-esteem in preschool children with different sibling positions at a ascertaining stage revealed that the majority of the only children in the family has a high level of self-esteem, younger siblings also have a high level, while the vast majority of elder siblings has an average level, and even a low level of self-esteem was revealed in small manifestations. Taking into account age-related characteristics and the leading type of activity, a program was developed to optimize the self-esteem of preschool children. Analyzing the changes that occurred after the forming stage of the study at the control stage, it was found that the level of self-esteem in preschoolers increased, since the dominant level is the average level, and the results at the low level were reduced, in addition, some children were found to have a high level. Adequate self-esteem affects the further formation and development of the child’s personality. Therefore, it is important to work in preschool institutions to optimize the selfesteem of children. However, only comprehensive work will allow psychologists to monitor and help children optimize their self-esteem in time. A cartoon activity is a good method of optimizing the self-esteem of preschool children with different sibling position.

Vakhitova Galiya Khamitovna IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MAIN CONTENT LINES IN THE PRACTICE OF MODERN PRESCHOOL EDUCATION // Pedagogical Review. 2020. Issue 6 (34). P. 9-16

The article considers and analyzes the content lines of preschool education through the prism of preschool childhood tasks. The research material is based on the author’s long-term observations of the activities of senior preschool children and their parents in the educational and methodological center for preschool education of children at the Institute of childhood of Tomsk State Pedagogical University. The principle of the content lines of preschool is, first of all, not to prepare the child for school, but to form in him the most important mental qualities and abilities-arbitrariness, imagination, memory, creativity, tolerance, sociability, independence, etc. These are qualities that shape children’s functional literacy, which means that they can more easily adapt to future school life. This provision sets the vector direction of activity of preschool teachers, which should be focused not on the child’s assimilation of specific educational information, but on the formation of a full-fledged harmonious personality. In the context of the considered problem the author proceeds from the understanding that content lines are the directions of structuring a training course, in which each content line is understood as a stable unit of semantic integrity of a pedagogically appropriate course, subject, and technology. But at the same time, this stable unit cannot be considered independently, it is always interconnected with other components of this course or a specific link in the system and can determine the direction of a different nature or level of work. This understanding of the content lines of preschool education allows you to build a holistic work not only with the child, but also with his parents.

Kairova Lidiya Alekseyevna FEATURES OF INTERACTION BETWEEN PARENTS AND CHILDREN IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF INTEREST IN MATHEMATICS // Pedagogical Review. 2020. Issue 3 (31). P. 215-223

The methods of interaction between parents and children on the problem of developing the interest of the younger student in mathematics are submitted for consideration. Parents have serious difficulties in organizing their own help for children, not only in the framework of home independent work, but also in performing various tasks in mathematics, which makes it difficult to solve this problem. The research material was the results of a survey of parents, on the basis of which their position on the organization of work to develop the interest of younger students in mathematics is revealed. This problem is traditionally solved by the teacher in the classroom, and when organizing extracurricular activities, it involves parents. In relation to adults, the teacher takes an authoritarian position. It determines what difficulties the student is experiencing in learning individual subjects and what help parents can provide. The indicated variant of adult interaction leads to the fact that parents also take an authoritarian position when organizing independent activities of younger students. At the same time, the development of interest in learning at school, including academic subjects, requires a change in the position of adults. In this regard, it is advisable to inform parents about ways to develop younger students’ interest in mathematics, about ways to organize activities for their implementation, which can have a significant impact on the success of the younger student in mastering the content of the initial course of mathematics. For parents to understand the importance of a new way of organizing joint activities, it is necessary to change the teacher’s position from authoritarian to partner. This makes it possible to create conditions for mastering the techniques of productive interaction aimed at developing younger students’ interest in mathematics and mathematical activities.

Azorkina Olesya Demidovna, Kirillova Elena Nikolaevna METHODICAL ASPECTS OF SOLVING PROBLEMS IN PRACTICAL CLASSES IN THEORETICAL PHYSICS, MODULE: QUANTUM MECHANICS // Pedagogical Review. 2019. Issue 3 (25). P. 48-54

The paper discusses some methodological aspects of teaching the course Theoretical Physics in pedagogical universities (bachelor degree). Theoretical physics describes the most general laws of nature and allows us to form a general idea of the world. In addition, the study of sections of theoretical physics contributes to the development of a research approach among students. This discipline is the basis of the theoretical training of the future teachers of physics. In this paper, we propose methods for adapting complex lecture material to the theoretical training of future physics teachers, using as an example one of the important modules of the course in theoretical physics Quantum Mechanics. This adaptation is relevant for students of pedagogical universities, since the theoretical foundations of quantum mechanics are not easily acquired knowledge for students, but they create a good intellectual base for future teachers. The paper offers examples of tasks for practical exercises aimed at clarifying the basic theoretical concepts and consolidating the knowledge gained in lectures. Tasks involve the use of quantum operators for the study of a quantum system, using the probabilistic approach. Students are invited to determine the normalization constant of the wave function, the average value of the coordinate, momentum and kinetic energy. The described approach will allow bachelor students at the initial stage of studying quantum mechanics to learn an algorithm for solving practical problems of the discipline under study and to arrive at quite concrete physical results from abstract formulas: determining the coordinate of a quantum object, its momentum or kinetic energy.

Malanov Inokkentiy Aleksandrovich, Sotnikova Olga Andreyevna ORGANIZATION OF OUT-OF-CLASS ACTIVITIES IN THE PROCESS OF SOCIO-PEDAGOGICAL ADAPTATION OF CADETS // Pedagogical Review. 2021. Issue 1 (35). P. 41-48

The relevance of the article is due to the fact that recently there has been an increased interest in the topic of social and pedagogical adaptation of a person in a rapidly changing cultural and socio-economic environment. The sphere of education, in spite of its conservatism, is also undergoing drastic changes and requires new approaches. In this regard, in our study, we study the role of extracurricular activities in the socio-pedagogical adaptation of cadets, since the conditions of education and living in a cadet boarding school differ significantly from ordinary general education schools. Also, it should be noted that the concept of “extracurricular activities” is given great attention in the Federal State Educational Standards of the new generation. Therefore, the article discusses in detail the purpose, objectives, result of this type of activity, as well as the place in educational programs at different periods of time. Much attention is paid to the construction of individual programs for extracurricular activities. In our opinion, each form of extracurricular activity corresponds to certain individual and age characteristics of students. The article describes a comprehensive program that includes not only portfolio analysis, academic performance and conversation with parents, but also recommendations for a complete psychological and pedagogical diagnostics to identify the abilities of schoolchildren that will correspond to one or another form of extracurricular activities. The results show that this approach contributes to a more successful passage of the adaptation process.

Andreyeva Natalya Vladimirovna EDUCATIONAL POTENTIAL OF THE RESEARCH ACTIVITY IN THE CONTEXT OF FORMATION OF THE LOCAL HISTORY COMPETENCE OF PUPILS OF THE SECONDARY SCHOOL // Pedagogical Review. 2021. Issue 2 (36). P. 29-36

The patriotic education of the younger generation is still relevant in modern educational system. There are a lot of multicultural regions. In order to form a socially active and tolerant personality special attention should be paid to the formation of the local history competence of schoolchildren. And according to the trends towards the activation of research activities in the educational space of students the formation of local history competence becomes not only a necessary condition of modernity, but also a fascinating process for pupils. The issue of formation of the local history competence of schoolchildren is under consideration. Research activity is defined as a tool in forming this competence. The purpose of the study is to show the educational potential of research activity in the context of the formation of the local history competence of students of the secondary school. The significance of the work is explained by the fact that the process of forming local history competence is based on the research activities of students. The work is carried out on the basis of general provisions of logic, theory of cognition, psychology and pedagogy using methods of theoretical analysis, questionnaire, testing, analysis and generalization of practical experience, pedagogical experiment. The theoretical analysis of works of leading researchers on the problem of formation of the local history competence allowed to consider formation of this schoolchildren competence in the integrated connection with the research activity. Examples of formation of the local history competence in students are given. The empirical data obtained from a pedagogical experiment aimed at identifying the educational potential of the research activity in the context of the formation of the local history competence are analysed. The local history competence is considered as a polycompetence. Accordingly to this the result of the formation of the local history competence is presented as the sum of combinations of mastery of the allocated competences. The results obtained during the pedagogical experiment reveal a positive trend in the formation of the local history competence of schoolchildren. Thus the number of subjects with a high level of the local history competence in the course of research works increased from 10 to 34 per cent. In the course of the study, the features of the formation of local history competence of students in the process of research activities are identified, the educational potential of research activities is indicated.

Buravleva Natalya Anatolyevna VALUE BASES IN PREPARING STUDENTS FOR PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY // Pedagogical Review. 2019. Issue 6 (28). P. 234-239

The development of students in the process of their preparation for professional activity is a significant factor. Among personal characteristics, values occupy a special place, since they largely determine the orientation of the person, behavior, relationships with other people, success and effectiveness of the activity. Interest in value research is growing today. This is due to the transition of society to an innovative path of development, the complexity of the tasks that arise in front of a person. Of particular relevance is the question of studying the values of young people, since the future of the country and society depends on them. In a study of students’ values by the method of R. Inglehart, it was found that among the criteria of “traditionality- survival” they have the predominant value of “survival”. Young people focus more on financial well-being, accumulation of resources, rejection of marginality and foreignness. They respect authoritarianism, adhere to the traditional distribution of gender roles. Among the parameters of the methodology “Refined Theory of Basic Personal Values”, the priority is “preservation” among students, where the main criteria are traditionality, power, security, conformism. In the second place, young people have the “openness” parameter, which is associated with independence, aspiration for novelty and deep emotions. It is important to note that the values “self-affirmation” and “self-determination”, which are opposite in Schwartz’s theory, have the same number of points. The inconsistency in the choice of values reflects the changes taking place in society, the transitivity of time, and is also due to the age of students associated with setting life goals in youth, the formation of worldview positions, and the realization that social standards and universal values are important in society.

Dvizova Olga Vladimirovna EXPERIMENTAL METHOD OF TEACHING OF NARRATIVE COMPOSITION OF ASSEMBLING TYPE OF CHILDREN’S ART SCHOOL // Pedagogical Review. 2021. Issue 2 (36). P. 45-56

The purpose of this experimental study is to summarize and analyze the experience of formation a narrative composition of assembling type in a children’s art school, implemented by adapting the methodological developments of the teacher of Tomsk State Pedagogical University S. P. Lazarev on the painting and graphic composition. The relevance of this study is due to educational aspects related to the study of methods of working on easel narrative composition in children’s art school (elementary level of fine arts education). The stable laws of composition, which have been in force for a long time in the history of fine arts, are universal, and the compositional rules and techniques by which the composition is built can be classified as less stable. The creation of an easel composition is first of all the construction of a single art work, the main idea of which is read clearly and convincing. Teaching of composition in children’s art school has some contradiction: on the one hand, requirements to the quality of students training are constantly growing, on the other hand, approaches in teaching the construction of easel narrative composition remain the same, representing, as a rule, a linear scheme of development of story narrative. The event is depicted in a linear perspective system and does not allow full use of the potential of the students’ fantasy. At present, the methods of teaching easel composition, which create conditions for the development of creative thinking of students, are of particular relevance. There are many approaches to the creation of an easel narrative composition, studied, described and applied by artists: for example, assembling is successfully used in the training of students of specialized universities (including Tomsk State Pedagogical University). The problem is that there is no method of teaching students of art schools an easel narrative composition using an assembling method (conditionally such a composition can be called a narrative composition of assembling type). The description of the principles of working with children on the easel narrative composition of the assembling type within the framework of the studying under the additional pre-vocational program “Painting” can be useful to teachers of art schools, teachers of general education schools, teachers of specialized universities and Secondary Specialized Educational Institutions, as well as artists interested in children’s creativity, participating in the jurying of competitions of children’s works.

The digitalization in education poses a challenge for higher education to form students’ digital competencies, including interaction through digital technologies, information and data management, the ability to solve various problems in the use of information and communication technologies, integration and digital content processing. The purpose of this study is to identify the level of formation of digital competencies of cadets of the Academy of the EMERCOM of Russia. The research was carried out at the State Fire Academy of the EMERCOM of Russia with 168 first-year students. Main research methods: survey, conversation and interview. The results of the study illustrate a lack of students’ digital competence, in particular, information digital competencies (knowledge of the essence of digital footprint and cyber shadow) and digital competence of communication and cooperation (compliance with precautions when working on the Internet). Digital competence of 80 % of respondents was low: they have not heard anything about the concepts of “digital footprint” and “cyber shadow” and don’t take special precautions when working on the Internet. 15 % of the respondents had an average level of development of digital competencies: they are familiar with these concepts, but found it difficult to identify their essential content characteristics and precautions when working on the Internet. 5 % of the respondents have a high level of development of digital competencies: they know and understand the meaning of the concepts of “digital footprint” and “cyber shadow”, and observe precautions when working on the Internet. According to the results of the study, the authors came to the conclusion that there is a need for information and methodological support of students in this direction, which implies the integration of digital material into the content of disciplines, the inclusion of elective classes, the introduction of digital modules and additional educational programs.

Dolgikh Nikolay Andreyevich, Lazarev Sergey Petrovich ART EDUCATION AS A MEANS OF PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT OF FUTURE ARTISTS-TEACHERS IN THE PROCESS OF TRAINING TO THE BASES OF COMPOSITION AND COLORING // Pedagogical Review. 2020. Issue 5 (33). P. 58-67

Introduction. Today, the quality of education is determined not by acquired knowledge, skills, but by the opportunities for developing the spiritual and creative potential of the personality of participants in the educational process. Rethinking the criteria for assessing the quality of education in Russian education at the beginning of the twenty-first century reveals the conditions conducive to the development of creative abilities of a person in pedagogy of art. Changing the criteria for the quality of education leads to changes in the goals of education, as well as determines the need for understanding the process and the results of pedagogical activity not only at the level of teaching methods for the subject, but at the level of general pedagogical approaches focused on personality development. The purpose of the study is to identify participants in the educational process in the process of teaching composition and color science, to develop and test in practice a series of tasks aimed at developing the personality of students. Shokorova Larisa Vladimirovna, Pervushina Olga Vasilyevna INTERDISCIPLINARITY AS THE BASIS OF INTEGRITY OF THE PROCESS OF TEACHING DECORATIVE AND APPLIED ARTS // Pedagogical Review. 2020. Issue 4 (32). P. 124-130

The article is devoted to the identification of ways to improve professional training of artists of decorative and applied arts in the system of higher education. The reasons for the lack of understanding of theoretical and practical knowledge by students have been identified, among which the most significant problem is the absence of interprandial links between educational subjects. A variety of associative and dissociative connections in the vision of the same object or phenomenon have been proven to be a leading sign of understanding that forms sustainable systemic knowledge. Possibilities of using the methods of «discourse» and «interpretation» in mastering the content of the training course «Cultural studies» and the cycle of professional disciplines aimed at mastering the principles of design of applied arts and their materialization are identified. It is shown that discourse, as an analytical process and method of cognition, mediated by artistic-shaped perception and intuition, activates reclusive dialogue, development of alternative options, critical analysis of its actions, formulates assessment judgements and author ‘s reflexion, as necessary qualities of the artist-applied, capable of selfknowledge and self-development. The method of «interpretation» deepens the understanding of signs, symbols and meanings in the context of their professional activities. The conditions for the use of the designated methods in the educational process of the university have been identified and justified. It is concluded that interprandial ties in the teaching of decorative and applied arts intensify the holistic understanding of knowledge and increase the possibilities of their application in new situations, encouraging independence and personal self-realization.

Voytekhovskaya Marina Petrovna, Kochurina Svetlana Anatolyevna REVIEW OF MODERN RESEARCH ON THE HISTORY OF TEACHER EDUCATION IN SIBERIA AND THE FAR EAST IN THE 1917 – EARLY 1930S // Pedagogical Review. 2021. Issue 6 (40). P. 146-161

Historical experience is the basis for carrying out modern educational reforms; therefore, problems of the history of education occupy a significant place in modern historical and historical-pedagogical research. In the historiography of the development of pedagogical education in Russia, two independent research traditions have been preserved for many years, the first of which was directed to the pre-revolutionary history of education, the second to the history of the Soviet school. As for the history of education during the revolution and the Civil War, there were practically no deep scientific works, especially in the regional context, until the end of the 20th century. In the first decades of Soviet power, in historiography, the attitude towards the problems of the development of education was directly related to ideological attitudes that presupposed a critical or exclusively negative attitude towards the pre-revolutionary legacy. Gradually, the erroneous opinion was confirmed that domestic pedagogical education began with the organization in the USSR of educational institutions of a new type – pedagogical institutes. In the 1950s – 1960s the history of pedagogical education was often considered as a separate area of scientific research, however, researchers focused on the achievements and innovations in the organization of Soviet education, completely disregarding objective data on the numerous borrowings of the People’s Commissariat of Education of policies, methods and techniques for managing the education system that developed in the pre-revolutionary period. When from the late 1960s researchers got the opportunity to access many, previously closed archives, the study of the history of teacher education has found a “second wind”. But only since the 1990s the dogmatic attitude to historical material from 1917 to the early 1930s is gradually disappearing, which was facilitated by a change in public attitudes, freedom of speech, and the availability of extensive historical materials to researchers. In the post- Soviet period, the question of the continuity of the pre-Soviet and Soviet history, including the history of education, acquired particular relevance. In recent decades, a significant number of publications have appeared in which the problems of teacher training in the region in the first decades of Soviet power are directly or as related. At the same time, in many modern publications there are inaccuracies in wording, erroneous facts that wander from work to work. Sometimes authors use a limited selection of sources, interpret the data too freely, which undoubtedly reduces the quality of scientific research. Analysis of scientific literature showed that scientific research, in a complex revealing the development processes in 1917 – early 1930s the strategy of modernizing the Soviet system of pedagogical education and its implementation in the regions is still insufficient. Attention is drawn to the complete absence of modern generalizing works on the history of teacher education in the context of the introduction of universal education in Siberia and the Far East.

Barkanova Olga Vladimirovna, Yadryshnikova Tatyana Leonidovna FEATURES OF CONFLICT SITUATION REPRESENTATIONS OF TEACHER TRAINING COLLEGE STUDENTS WITH DIFFERENT LEVELS OF SELF-ESTEEM AND CLAIMS // Pedagogical Review. 2019. Issue 6 (28). P. 209-217

The article presents the results of a study into differences in ideas of a conflict situation among boys and girls studying at a teacher training college and the correlation of ideas of a conflict situation and the level of self-esteem and claims among the students. The conducted research contributes to the solution of the actual for modern education problem of forming teachers’ conflict competence. The purpose of the article is to analyze the difference in ideas of a conflict situation among boys and girls and to outline the directions of psychological and pedagogical work on the formation of future teachers’ conflict competence. The research methodology was the analysis and generalization of scientific works and publications of native and foreign psychologists on the problems of ideas in psychology, conflict situation and conflict competence, self-esteem and claims, as well as the use of adequate psycho-diagnostic methods (projective, subjective scaling) for empirical study of students’ ideas of a conflict situation, self-esteem and claims and statistical methods (analysis of differences significance, correlation analysis) to study differences in ideas of a conflict situation among boys and girls and to study the correlation between ideas of a conflict situation and levels of self-esteem and claims. The results of an empirical study into students’ ideas of a conflict situation, self-esteem and claims of students demonstrate the absence of significant gender differences in the studied constructs. Statistical analysis of the data revealed differences in the ideas of a conflict situation among young men and women with different levels of self-esteem and claims and direct correlation between the studied indicators. It is proved that negative ideas of a conflict situation correlate with passive strategies of conflict behavior (evasion, concession) and low level of selfesteem and claims, and, on the contrary, positive ideas of a conflict situation correlate with active strategies of conflict behavior (compromise, cooperation, competition) and adequate level of self-esteem and claims. The results and conclusions presented in the article can be taken into account while training specialists at secondary vocational education institutions and can be used to develop a program to form conflict competence of students at a teacher training college, which can be implemented in the form of an elective course or psychological training.

Kolesnikova Elena Vladimirovna, Kurovsky Vasiliy Nikolaevich JOINT ACTIVITY OF A UNIVERSITY, ORGANIZATIONS OF SECONDARY VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND PROFILE ENTERPRISES OF TOMSK IN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE TRAINING DIRECTION “VOCATIONAL TRAINING (BY THE BRUNCHES)” // Pedagogical Review. 2020. Issue 3 (31). P. 110-120

In modern conditions, the process of training teachers for the vocational education system needs new conceptual approaches taking into account the real state and development prospects of the industry economy and education based on world requirements. The normative basis for the implementation of degree programs is the conjunction of educational and professional standards. The design of modular degree programs in the field of vocational training (by the branches) is based on the principles of modularity, variability and continuity of professional and higher education. The content of each module reflects a competenceactivity approach and includes a practice-oriented theory with practical training in model laboratory conditions or tests in a real learning environment of professional educational organizations and internships at the workplace including at high-tech enterprises in the industry. An independent expert review of professional and pedagogical and qualification competencies is admission to the profession and ends with a state demonstration and (or) qualification exam and the defense of final qualification work performed by the order of the employer. As shown by the practice of joint activities within the framework of cluster formations, the integration of the resources of the scientific, educational and production potential of the university, the network of professional educational organizations and leading enterprises in the industry, improves the quality of training highly qualified personnel with a set of competencies in both professional and pedagogical, as well as professional qualification activities. The implementation of degree programs within the framework of educational clusters enables to solve the acute problem of «personnel gap» including the lack of teachers who are ready to train workers and specialists for priority sectors of the region.
