Dementiyeva I.F., Borisova T.S., Sartakova E.E. FEATURES OF THE EDUCATIONAL INFLUENCE OF THE FATHER AND MOTHER ON THE FORMATION OF LIFE GUIDELINES OF CHILDREN // Pedagogical Review. 2020. Issue 3 (31). P. 191-200

In recent decades, the Russian family has undergone profound changes in relations between generations of parents and children. There is a practice-justified view that Russian children were never as different from parents by their mentality as in today’s reality. The retrospective analysis carried out in the article of the family’s performance of its educational function with regard to children differentiated by sex shows the importance and place of each parent in the formation of the child’s personality. The conducted survey of schoolchildren in five regions of Russia (2019) and comparison of its results with the data of a similar survey of ten years ago (2009) make it possible to draw conclusions about trends in family education, as well as about which parents most successfully perform their educational role in the modern Russian family. In retrospect of the last ten years, alarming conclusions are being formulated about the reduction of parents’ authority as advisers. In the dynamics of these years there is a decrease in the attitude of children to be similar to their parents. Attention is drawn to the fact that most children do not view the family environment as comfortable for cohabitation with parents, which indicates the factors of disadvantage of these families. The desire of children to assert their financial independence by independently earning money for pocket expenses has been revealed. There is an increase in the number of children evading the answer about the sources of money, which may indicate improper practices in obtaining it. The given data of the comparative study make it possible to conclude that there has been an increase in certain deformation of parental roles in the family over the past ten years. The task of the family today is to contribute to the formation of life guidelines of children, offering them reliable starting conditions for achieving success. The scientific novelty of the study consists in the analysis of the influence of educational actions (omissions) of each parent on the formation of immunity in children from possible external negative influences taking into account modern social risks in society.

Fayzullayeva E.D. PSYCHOLOGICAL TASK IN THE PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY OF A MODERN PRESCHOOL EDUCATION TEACHER // Pedagogical Review. 2019. Issue 5 (27). P. 56-66

The question of professional tasks of a preschool education teacher is discussed. Pedagogical activity is a process of solving professional tasks of various types. The article describes the psychological task, as one of the types of professional tasks in educational activities. The specificity of the psychological task in a teacher’s practice is its uncertainty. The uncertainty of the task is related to an individual’s perception of a situation, his personal attitude towards that situation, the individual experience of solving such problematic situations and the presence of personal meanings regarding what is happening in the context of the general level of psychological maturity of a person. This implies the variability of solutions. The choice of pedagogical actions is connected to a number of conditions: the perception of the situation, attitude towards the situation, the emotions it causes, the experience of solving problematic situations and the preferred behavioral models and the desired outcome. The article describes the informative characteristics of the three solutions of the psychological problem. The following situation is psychologically competent: a wholesome perception of the situation, the attitude towards the situation as a meaningful one for others (a personally and socially significant situation), feelings are associated with internal experiences shared with feelings of others; decisions are aimed for benefitting all of the participants of the situation, the result is defined as useful and significant for other people, for society, along with their own achievements. The article provides an example of solving a psychological problem by a teacher in the form of a case in accordance with the third option. Appeal to the groups of universal and general professional competencies, indicated in modern FGOS VO, showed that each of the designated competencies contains not only psychological terminology, but also contains ideas of a variable approach towards their development. One of the options for the development of professional competencies, in our opinion, is the use of a task approach that includes a combination of different types of tasks. In the typification of professional tasks noted in the FGOS VO 3 ++, the psychological task is included in broad nominations of such types as accompaniment, cultural and educational, organizational and managerial, methodical.

Ershova T.V. THE MAIN RESULTS OF RESEARCH STAY AT THE INSTITUTE OF METEOROLOGY AND CLIMATE RESEARCH AT THE KARLSRUHE INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (GERMANY) // Pedagogical Review. 2018. Issue 3 (21). P. 217-223

The main results of scientific research within the framework of the DAAD program «Research Stay for University Academics and Scientists» at the Institute of Meteorology and Climate Research of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (Germany) are presented. Cloud-toground lightning destroy buildings, turn off power lines, disable expensive equipment, and also injure people and even kill people. Lightning activity has a spatial and temporal inhomogeneity. The studies were devoted to the analysis of the causes of the inhomogeneity spatial distribution of thunderstorm activity over the territory of Central Europe for the period 2001-2014. Conclusions are drawn about the influence of not only the characteristics of the state of the atmosphere, including favorable synoptic conditions, on the spatial inhomogeneity of thunderstorm activity, but also the influence of the underlying surface, in particular of different types of landscapes (city, forest, field, lakes, etc.). The results obtained can be used to indirectly estimate the spatial distribution of thunderstorm activity characteristics over areas not equipped with lightning detection systems. In addition, the specifics of the teaching of meteorological disciplines at the Institute of Meteorology and Climate Research of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology have been studied. The experience gained will help improve the teaching of «Meteorology and Climatology » at the Tomsk State Pedagogical University and involve students in scientific research.

Dakukina T.A. TO THE QUESTION ABOUT THE CLASSES STRUCTURING OF THE SECOND FOREIGN LANGUAGE PRACTICAL COURSE WITH APPLYING MODERN LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES IN HIGHER EDUCATION // Pedagogical Review. 2020. Issue 2 (30). P. 92-99

Currently, the modern teacher is increasingly faced with the need to process a large information amount in classes’ preparation. This is especially true of university teachers who need to convey to students a lot of new information, using modern educational technologies. They consider lesson plans writing as a routine and time consuming activity. We propose to use the “structuring” of the lesson, in the process of which the teacher determines its theme, formulates the goal, objectives, final results and distributes the material into groups in accordance with the new state educational standards. In the future, such an information fragmentation has a positive effect on the students learning. In this article, the problem of structuring a lesson is considered with the interconnected teaching of German as a second foreign language, since the planning of such a lesson is associated with the simultaneous teaching of various aspects of the language. Of the entire spectrum of modern teaching technologies, in the course of teaching a second foreign language, health-saving, gaming, technologies of modular learning, personalityoriented, and others were applied. The practical training structure in the second foreign language has been experimentally tested and confirmed. It is proved that a properly structured, phased study of material leads to its effective learning by students.

Aleksandrova N.V., Zaguri Oxana O., Sukhova V.V. STRATEGIC PARADIGM OF SUPPORTING STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES: SOCIAL-PEDAGOGICAL ASPECT // Pedagogical Review. 2017. Issue 4 (18). P. 175-182

This article is devoted to the problem of methodological substantiation of socio-pedagogical strategies for supporting students with disabilities. The data of the Russian and world statistics are presented, the ideas of integrated support and the essence of the strategic paradigm are revealed in the context of this category of students, the essence of the concept “strategy” is analyzed, social and pedagogical strategies and their role in supporting students with disabilities are presented. Federal Law No. 181-FZ from November 24, 1995 (as amended on 20.07.2012) “About the Social Protection of People with Disabilities in the Russian Federation” suggests that the limitation of life is the total or partial loss of the person’s ability or ability to self-service, move independently, orientate, communicate, control their behavior, learn and engage in work. Depending on the disorganization degree of the body’s functions and the limitation of vital activity, a disability group is established for people recognized as disabled. Pedagogical support (according to O. S Gazman, T. V Anokhina, S. I Popova, etc.) is a “system of pedagogical activity” and “the process of sharing with the child the definition of his own interests, goals, opportunities and ways to overcome obstacles (problems)”. Traditionally, in the pedagogical science, the strategy is understood as the regular, appropriate, managed (self-governing) positive changes in the organization itself (goals, content, managing methods and forms of the pedagogical process) and its management system, which leads to the achievement of qualitatively new results in the education, upbringing and students’ development. The pedagogical support strategy is understood broader and considered not only in the context of new learning outcomes, upbringing and development of students with disabilities, but also in the context of realizing the ideas of tolerance, socialization, in-house training, comfortable educational environment formation, taking into account the characteristics of both the students themselves and internal and environmental educational organization, leading to the achievement of qualitatively new results of education, upbringing and development of students, and to achieve social effect. To implement comprehensive support for students with disabilities, the following social and pedagogical strategies are most significant: corporate unity strategy, partnership strategy and individual self-realization strategy.

Dudko V.V. TEACHER’S READINESS FOR THE INTENTIONAL IMPLEMENTATION OF THE EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES AS AN ISSUE OF EDUCATION INFORMATIZATION // Pedagogical Review. 2019. Issue 2 (24). P. 17-29

This paper presents theoretical approaches to the design of scientific and methodological support of the process of advanced teacher training in modern conditions of setting educational goals in the form of student’s competency characteristics. The specificity of the modern educational situation has been characterized, manifesting in developing of a new terminological space, a need for pedagogical forecasting of the entire image of a school graduate, the forming of both his vertical processes (among different levels of the educational system), horizontal ones (a territorial level and an interethnic one as well) and inter-subject coordination. It is argued that the new international approach to the educational systems management, corresponding to the specifics of a post-industrial society, is a new challenge for the teacher’s professionalism. The analysis of the regulatory requirements for teacher skills on the basis of the Federal Law «On Education in the Russian Federation», Federal state educational standards of basic general education and the qualification characteristics of a teacher position is given. It is alleged that an important condition for maintaining professionalism is the scientific and methodological support of the process of advanced training. The negative consequences of the lack of such support are being predicted, the problems identified during the course preparation of teachers of Primorsky Krai have been detected. A research problem statement has been determined as a defining approach to the design of the pedagogical conditions for the development of teacher professionalism. It is argued that the problem of the teacher’s readiness to work in circumstances of regulatory certainty of educational goals, expressed in the student’s competence characteristics, is a particular case of contradiction between a normative direction of the activity and individual nature of its implementation. Put in these terms, the problem implies not only updating the content of additional professional programs, but the selection of teaching facilities allowing to develop an individual nature of the activity as well. It has been suggested that information technology is a tool for overcoming this contradiction.

Ignatiev V.P., Varlamova L.F. EVALUATION OF STUDENTS’ PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES FORMATION LEVEL // Pedagogical Review. 2020. Issue 4 (32). P. 62-70

The problems of assessing the level of formation of professional competencies of students studying undergraduate programs are revealed. Despite the massive transition of Russian universities to the European level system of higher education in 2011, many issues of functioning of higher education in Russia remain unresolved. The main problem that still causes the greatest number of discussions in the University environment is related to the assessment of the level of knowledge, skills and skills that should be formed according to the competence approach in the framework of the implementation of the main professional educational program in accordance with the requirements of the current Federal state educational standard FSES 3++. Many Russian universities have developed their own internal systems for assessing the level of professional competence achieved. These evaluation systems differ from each other in their approaches to conducting evaluation procedures, the tools and methods used. However, none of the methods considered can guarantee a high degree of reliability of the results obtained, since it is based on a mixture of the new and old paradigms of higher education. Specific measures are suggested that should be taken in order to make the assessment of the level of formed professional competencies of students more realistic.

Mental representation is a subjective image of an event or an operational form of mental experience. As the situation changes, the mental experience also changes. The algorithm of selection of educational tasks and a set of methods of psychodidactic orientation of development of mental representations and representative abilities is described: the method of problem selection and the method of creating individual mental maps. The selection method is represented by four main types of tasks: the first type is chosen by the teacher to work with students with a low level of educational and cognitive experience and includes training exercises, as well as techniques for developing cognitive interest and self-regulation skills with the help of a teacher. The second type of tasks is presented by educational texts, the work with which allows to create mental representations, and also forms ability to reflex. The third type of tasks involves testing the ability to supplement the thesaurus with new ways of learning activity. The fourth type includes tasks for the creative application of knowledge by students. The method of creation of individual mental maps assumes formation of abilities at higher level. Activities for creation of mental representations and application of receptions of a reflection in educational activity are the cornerstone of this method. The algorithm presented in the article on development of mental representations of educational texts as a result of use in educational process has shown that mental representations are fixed in different forms of their representation is more integrated into situations of their updating in educational activity.

Reviakina V.I., Chebotareva O.V. DOMESTIC EXPERIENCE OF PEDAGOGICAL SUPPORT FOR VISUALLY IMPAIRED LEARNERS WITH MULTIPLE DEVELOPMENTAL DISORDERS: A HISTORICAL OVERVIEW // Pedagogical Review. 2021. Issue 3 (37). P. 241-247

This article presents the process of development of pedagogical support of visually impaired learners with multiple severe developmental disorders (exemplified by deafblind learners), including visually impaired learners in Russia and Siberia, starting prior to the revolution of 1917 until the present day. Experience has proven it is essential to know the history of pedagogical support of visually impaired learners with multiple severe developmental disorders to gain a better understanding of the current status of the subject. This pedagogical research allows you to trace the dynamics of the formation of special institutions in chronological order from the beginning to the present time. The establishment of such institutions took place on charitable basis without state financial support. The role of the All-Russian Society of the Blind in organizing the employment of blind adults and current status of rehabilitation centers are shown. The article considers the emergence of scientific schools and their role in the development of the content and methods of teaching blind and deafblind children. Pedagogical and typhlopedagogical developments that occurred many years ago leave a significant mark in science. It is emphasized that the interest of science in teaching the blind was born very slowly. Only by the middle of the twentieth century a network of state special institutions for blind and deafblind children has appeared. Some prominent scientists and teachers who have made a valuable contribution to typhlopedagogy are noted.

Yaroslavtseva N.V. REGIONAL FEATURES OF EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT IN WESTERN SIBERIA // Pedagogical Review. 2018. Issue 2 (20). P. 167-177

The article analyzes the features of the regions of Western Siberia, similar in terms of socio-economic development, mental attitudes and population composition, creating opportunities for the formation of a regional education system. It is noted that the regionalization of education is a traditional part of Russian state policy in the pre-Soviet, Soviet period and in our time. It is revealed that the characteristics of such neighboring regions of Western Siberia as the Novosibirsk, Omsk, Tomsk, Kemerovo regions and the Altai Territory provide similar conditions for the development of educational systems. Their socio-cultural space includes unifying regional factors. The generality of the characteristics of educational systems, mentioned above, allows us to speak about their similarity and unity of socio-cultural tasks. First of all, this is due, in our opinion, not only to natural and climatic factors, but also to the unity of social and cultural-historical processes that form the commonality of the territories of the subjects of the federation. The development of a multicultural educational space in Western Siberia is the most dynamic in the sphere of educational services. The multicultural educational environment, studied by us of the Siberian regions, provides comfortable conditions of educational interaction, including in the sphere of rendering educational services. The restoration of public confidence in regional education, its role in the socio-economic development of most regions of Western Siberia was noted. The article focuses on the goals and objectives of the education of children of senior preschool age, formed in the normative documents of Russia and Mongolia, based on personality-oriented pedagogy. The importance of understanding the current tasks of preschool childhood in both state educational systems is noted not from the point of view of preparing five- and six-year-olds for systematic education in school, but from the point of view of forming a viable personality and intrinsic value of preschool age. A comparative analysis of the current state of pre-school education in Russia and Mongolia has shown that both systems focus on the needs and age opportunities of the child, with the right to choose institutions, programs, forms of activity, methods of education and upbringing. It is concluded that the system of pre-school education in preschool institutions in Mongolia is at the stage of development, while in Russia there is sufficient experience to spread and enrich the educational system as a whole.

Maralov V.G. INTERRELATION OF SYSTEMS OF ACTIVATION AND INHIBITION OF BEHAVIOR WITH NEGATIVE EMOTIONAL EXPERIENCES OF PERSONALITY IN STUDENTS // Pedagogical Review. 2022. Issue 3 (43). P. 176-184

The article is devoted to the problem of the interrelation of neuropsychological systems of activation and inhibition of behaviour with negative emotional experience of personality in students: irritability, resentfulness, vindictiveness and suspiciousness. In total, 56 students – future psychologists of Cherepovets State University took part in the study, 6 men (11 %) and 50 women (89 %), average age 19±1,3 years. As diagnostic tools, the Carver-White questionnaire adapted by G. G. Knyazev, the author’s questionnaire for identifying irritability to people, the questionnaire «Personal aggressiveness and conflict» by E. P. Ilyin and P. A. Kovalev (scales: “Resentfulness”, “Vindictiveness”, “Suspiciousness”) were used. The processing was carried out using methods of mathematical statistics, Spearman rank correlation coefficient was applied. As a result, it was found that negative emotional experiences can occur both when the system of activation of behaviour is excited (irritability and vindictiveness), and when system of inhibition of behaviour is excited (irritability, vindictiveness, resentfulness, and suspiciousness). In the first case, they can find expression in real behavior in the form of aggressive actions, and in the second case – in restraint or in replacement of real behavior with imaginary. The results obtained expand the understanding of modern psychology about the role of neuropsychological factors in human behavior and the determination of his emotional experiences and can be used in the work of curators of student groups and in the activities of the university psychological service.

The reconstruction of activity of the modern teacher actualized by the change of students’ training principles is investigated. The aspects of creative potential development of students’ personality are considered, pedagogical conditions of its formation, formation of the creative environment, inducements of reflexive activity, dialogization of educational process are allocated. A survey of students of Altai State Technical University and Altai Economics and Law Institute was conducted. The results of the studyof the teacher’s role in the creative potential development of the individual students in the learning process are presented. These questionnaires allowed the author to conclude that the type of educational institution does not affect the role of the teacher in the development of the individual students’ creative potential, there are significant reserves for the development of creative qualities of the individual student associated with the pedagogical conditions of education, upbringing and personality of the teacher. About two-thirds of students can be “woken up” for creativity if necessary preconditions are created for it: democratization of process of training, granting the right of the choice of subjects for studying, increase of specific weight of discussion and game types of occupations, target selection of the teachers possessing creative qualities.

The problem of the development of social innovations, including in the field of education, has acquired unprecedented theoretical and practical significance in the last decade. This is due to the transition to the formation of a modern society, the development of which is based on knowledge and the financial crisis of 2008. Social innovations change established social practices, are mainly implemented in the form of projects, the content of which is aimed at solving socially significant social problems, and need to be managed at all stages of the life cycle (from idea to diffusion). In educational organizations, to ensure the diffusion of social innovations in the field of education, it is advisable to use mentoring. Based on the analysis of successful cases of diffusion of social innovations in the educational sphere, the article examines mentoring as: a) preparing the teaching staff for changes in social practice; b) a mechanism for restoring the context of social innovation and its reproduction; c) an asset of an educational organization working in the markets “without money”; d) a mechanism for the reproduction of teaching staff. The importance of a three-component mentoring system in an educational organization is substantiated: mentoring for mentors, mentoring for teachers and mentoring students. Tretyakova T.E. VISUAL STIMULI IN EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT: PHENOMENOLOGY OF EDUCATIONAL EVENT // Pedagogical Review. 2018. Issue 1 (19). P. 23-33

The article presents the results of the research conducted by the author in Tomsk State University (Russia). The work draws upon the concept of the Iconic Turn and its potential for educational communication development. Contemporary education has to be sensitive to Iconic Turn consequences and to modify its educational environment via means of visual mediation. Our research aims at deconstructing the existing system of background knowledge and convictions as the basis of self- and the word-around-us description. Such deconstruction which will result in more critical perception of the reality within and around an individual is to be conducted by ‘forced slowdown’ of behavioral automatic mechanisms created by traditional educational practices. The research is conducted within microethnographic approach which focuses upon ‘what is happening right here and right now’ in the space of inter-communication. The author conducted several educational events with the use of a visual stimulus as an agent of destructive educational mediation. The experiment outcomes provoke discussion about the gaps in educational communication emerging when visual stimulus is presented to student audience in a class. The article describes the experiment set in Tomsk State University at deconstructing the existing system of background knowledge and convictions as the basis of self- and the wordaround- us description. During the experiment the organizers carried out the ‘forced slowdown’ of nominative and interpretive processes. The aim of such strategy was to create a ‘conflict situation’ in which the gap between the stimulus itself and the pre-created perception of that stimulus has been observed. The research has resulted in two main conclusions. First, students face difficulties in expressing themselves in communication as they base their utterances on the logic of the textual mode while they deal with an artifact of the visual mode. Second, students’ communicative strategies depend not on the content of a visual stimulus but mostly on its ‘perception’. Thus, future advancement of the existing educational practices is tightly connected with the new visual mode implementation.

Fedina L.V. PROFILE OF EDUCATION AS A FACTOR OF DISHARMONY OF SENIOR PUPILS INTERPERSONAL RELATIONS // Pedagogical Review. 2017. Issue 2 (16). P. 61-69

The choice of education program, matching of education to the interests of the senior pupils creates the foundation for a successful professional identity in the future. However, indepth study of the profile of specific disciplines in practice leads to disharmonious development of interpersonal relationships between senior pupils. In the study of interpersonal relations of senior pupils took part 59 pupils of 9th grades (15–16 years old) in sociohumanitarian, natural science, physics and mathematics profiles of education. Compiled socio-psychological reliefs classes, sociogram, the analysis of significant differences in Student’s t-test revealed significant differences in the nature of the relationship between senior pupils with different learning profiles. “Humanitarians” show the highest level of team development and desire to communicate with each other, senior pupils of natural science profile show the average level of relations development – formal relations, senior “mathematics” pupils do not seek personal communication, and prefer only business contacts. A similar structure of interpersonal relations have natural science and socio-humanitarian groups, both have the structure of the team, while physical-mathematical profile forms large individuality in interpersonal pupils’ contacts. The results indicate that we observe a trend to limiting of self-conception, interests, values correlating only with the scope of professional activity, which is a factor of disharmonization of interpersonal relations, and professional identification performs an inhibitory function towards other abilities and interests. The effective implementation of objectives of the learning profiles is necessary to carry out the work aimed at mitigating negative effects and enhancing positive ones. You need to define the priorities of harmonious relations in classes of different profiles of learning: a resource for socio-humanitarian class can be considered conditions for the development of effective communication included in activities with clear targets, which will decrease the risk of false identification of the profession as «communication»; for the class of natural sciences it is necessary to expand the content of the communication, which will reduce the effect of formal relations; for the class of physics and mathematics it is necessary to create situations where interaction is not related to necessary activities, and to show them the joy of meetings and the value of communication with others, developing personal resources and potential.

Antipina O.V., Khakhalova S.A. EXPORT OF EDUCATIONAL SERVICES IN HIGHER MEDICAL EDUCATION: THE STRUCTURAL AND SUBSTANTIAL MODEL OF EDUCATIONAL EDITION // Pedagogical Review. 2018. Issue 2 (20). P. 55-62

The article considers an issue of resource provision of university educational disciplines for successful functioning of Russian educational services in the international market. An important component of the innovative strategy that can help considerably reduce a degree of difficulties connected with teaching English-speaking students in Russian medical universities is compiling special textbooks and study guidances, aimed at work with this target group. The analysis of the problem and a special study conducted in Irkutsk State Medical University suggest that a system of models for compiling educational editions of different types should be used. The main idea is that authors should structure such pieces of writing within a certain pattern, so that they could have a better educational and methodical value. The problem of correlation of the Russian and English languages in such editions is essential and inevitable in this respect. It strongly correlates with inclusion of the practical course of medicinal subjects in the Russian-speaking environment, as well as with an ability, readiness and willingness of students to receive educational material in Russian. In order to see the point more clearly, a structural and substantial model of one of such editions appears at the end of the article. This is a pattern of a lecture course on a university discipline.

Emelyanova J.B. NARROW READING AS A TOOL FOR MANAGING TRANSLATOR’S LINGUISTIC KNOWLEDGE // Pedagogical Review. 2022. Issue 2 (42). P. 92-104

Professional translators should be able to effectively manage their linguistic knowledge to meet their professional needs. This involves not only acquiring relevant terminology in a particular area, but also the means of expression specific to this subject field, thus ensuring nativelike speech in a foreign language. The article posits that one of the tools which can be successfully used to achieve this goal is narrow reading. The benefits of using narrow reading by translators to expand their linguistic knowledge can be justified by its ability to: 1) highlight the preferred ways of expressing certain ideas, conveying meanings and describing situations used by native speakers; 2) ensure comprehensive knowledge and long-term retention of new vocabulary; 3) encourage the process of constructing knowledge of a foreign language. It has been concluded that the effectiveness of using narrow reading for achieving the above-mentioned aims depends on the following factors: 1) awareness of the types of linguistic means which ensure nativelike speech; 2) the ability to notice means of expression specific to a particular subject field used by native speakers to convey specific ideas and meanings; 3) the ability to adequately use these linguistic means when speaking a foreign language. The article describes an algorithm for developing the knowledge and skills required to effectively use narrow reading for expanding students’ linguistic knowledge and ensure nativelike speech in a particular subject area. Smirnova S.V. FORMS OF PEDAGOGICAL SUPPORT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SENIOR MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCES IN THE PROCESS OF LIFE-LONG EDUCATION // Pedagogical Review. 2018. Issue 1 (19). P. 120-127

In this article we identified effective conditions of professional development for senior management. We briefly discuss importance of life-long learning concept and its development in the context of Russian educational system. We determine “support” in context of professional development methods, briefly describe and analyze several forms of it: tutoring, mentorship, coaching and educational consulting. Tutoring is characterized by transmission of knowledge in professional areas from a tutor with a slight touch on psychological aspects that are essential for success. Those psychological matters are covered in mentorship form of professional development. Mentor is usually a senior colleague who knows well all professional requirements of a certain position and can identify the needs in non-professional sphere. Informal way of mentorship is called budding. Coaching is usually conducted by nonprofessionals and in some sense opposite to tutoring. It is focused on psychological aspects that determine a person’s personality in the context of profession: personal and professional values, understanding of high-level goals in life etc. Key difference of educational consulting from all other forms of education is that advices are provided when needed, when a person identifies his needs unlike other forms which provide holistic support on the whole length of educational journey. We also emphasize importance of further research on conditions for professional development during life-long educational model.

Sazonova N.I., Raykova O.A. EXCURSIONS IN TEACHING RELIGIOUS STUDIES: EXPERIENCE OF TOMSK STATE PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY // Pedagogical Review. 2020. Issue 2 (30). P. 52-59

The article analyzes the experience of Tomsk State Pedagogical University in conducting excursions about religious culture. The necessity of excursions to denominations within religious disciplines is substantiated, the experience of presenting religions through excursions to confessions is presented. The article presents the experience of presentation of religions through excursions to confessions, obtained during the visiting Museum practice and during the classroom work of students of Tomsk State Pedagogical University (specialties “Cultural Studies”, “History”, bachelor’s and master’s degree “Pedagogical education”). The article deals with the specifics of the students of the excursion, the peculiarities of the reaction to religious culture, the nature of the knowledge gained, their influence on the formation of a professional teacher. On the basis of the experience of conducting excursions, the changes in the perception of religious culture that occur in the listeners are analyzed. It is stated that after excursions religious culture does not cause rejection, interest is shown in religion as an element of the spiritual sphere of society. Of particular importance is the tour for undergraduates who are teachers. In the course of visiting excursions, undergraduates acquire new knowledge that allows them to better understand the processes of ethnoconfessional interaction in the city of Tomsk, and learn to organize such excursions, which is especially important for practicing teachers. The ideological influence of religious excursions does not lead to the integration of the student into the denomination. Such integration is impossible without becoming involved in religious practice. This means that the excursion, giving knowledge about religion, keeps intact the personal space of a student and does not impose alien values.

Astakhova A.A., Artemenko N.A. THE USE OF IMMEDIATE PSYCHODIAGNOSTICS TO PREVENT ILLEGAL ACTIONS IN CROWDED PLACES // Pedagogical Review. 2017. Issue 4 (18). P. 27-33

The security system is considered in the article as «operational triad»: warning – prevention – suppression. Special attention is paid precisely to the prevention of illegal acts and the identification of persons, who has unlawful intentions, as well as an approximate algorithm for the application of psychodiagnostics operations ensuring the safety of citizens in public places is reviewed in the article. The algorithm assumes observation of citizens from the closed monitoring centers, that is contactless observation, but doesn’t exclude also direct contact with the checked faces causing suspicion. The algorithm includes the following steps: the organization of professional observation for the purpose of correlation of the speech of the person and his behavior, observation of the movement of crowd or group of people in crowd (all nonverbal signals, any discrepancies are traced), a polling conversation in case of need. At an assessment of the observed phenomena the expert has to not only apply scientific knowledge in the field of psychology, but also actively use all sense organs, intuition, empathy and experience of practical activities. The proposed algorithm allows you to make a hypothetical conclusion about the danger of a citizen, but not about his fault. The operational psychodiagnostics allows to describe psychological and psychophysiological features of the personality by means of the low-formalized methods of a psychological research, allowing to construct rather precisely his “profile” for identification of criminal intentions.
