| 151 | Terminological culture of a teacher is an important and integral component of professional pedagogical culture. Nevertheless, the research problem under discussion has not been properly concretized in academic literature on pedagogy. The notion is scarcely used in the context of education, possibly due to the absence of definition and extensive characteristics of the essence of teacher’s terminological culture. The paper specifies the role of terminological culture in general and professional pedagogical culture. The author summarizes existing definitions of terminological culture, suggests enumeration and gradation of synonymous (identical) notions, defines basic components of teacher’s terminological culture and describes its research and practical importance. Key components include the ability to explain and to use the terms; the ability to detect errors in the use of terms; mastering term system of science; constant enrichment of terminological vocabulary; ability to analyze terminological material; ability to distinguish productive and unproductive models of building of terms. Terminological culture of a teacher minimizes the evident problems of developing of pedagogical term system in general and the problems that are typical for professional terminology in a particular subject area. The paper justifies advantageous and legitimate use of the notion “terminological culture” over the notion “terminological competence”. This work introduces gradation to terminological culture of a teacher, including the levels of knowledge, literacy, competence and culture. | 152 | Currently, the society places more and more demands on the students of Higher educational institutions, including students – future teachers. In this regard, teacher education actualizes the concept of “competence” of a future teacher. In this article, we payed our attention to the formation of communicative competence in teacher education. The concept of “communicative competence” is directly related to the professional skill and a means to achieve pedagogical excellence. The formation of communicative competence is a major pedagogical problem in education. The article is written based on information search and understanding of the essence of competence approach in pedagogical education. Currently communicative approach is being actualized in higher education. Therefore, in this article we have considered the concept of “competence”, “communicative competence”. Gives a variant of forming communicative competence of a future university teacher in the discipline “Physical culture” 44.03.01 in the direction of preparation “Pedagogical education” / Maths Profile. In the proposed version shows the distribution of general cultural competence – OK-8 in sections of the discipline “Physical culture” and considers in detail the descriptor characteristics of the given competence, as well as proposed the forms and methods contributing to the formation of this competence. | 153 | The article provides theoretical substantiation of technology of teaching geometry to younger adolescents, focused on mastering of the value content of geometrical concepts. From the standpoint of sociocultural approach consideres the phase of the cycle of mastering communication value: development of understanding and ways of operation with geometric concepts. Defines the communication steps, the content of which is determined by the structure of activity-related components of geometric concepts, including both substantive action and real cognitive and formal operations. Emphasizes the scheme of development of the geometrical concepts value content: 1) motivation to study geometrical material; 2) the spatial component of communication (presentation level), comprising: a) an image perception (percept) – representation, naturalization of the ideal content of the sign as a means of overcoming formalism; b) a general idea or preconcepts (image-concept). Overcoming sign naturalization - the so-called denaturalization provided by the psychodidactic tasks of awareness, understanding and synthesis of content and activity process; 3) the logical component of communication (verbal and logical level). A concept - a system of concepts; 4) the emotionalevaluative component. Value-oriented education, which represents the so-called context-sensitive area of mathematical knowledge and considered as a gradual accumulation of the system of value (evaluation) of knowledge, creating the effect of “personal presence” of the student in the process of mastering mathematics - information about possible man’s relation to certain facts, events, actions, conclusions. Substantiates the experimental confirmation of the hypothesis: efficiency of sociocommunicative processes in the situation of teaching geometry to younger teenagers is caused by several factors, among them is the implementation of psychodidactic laws of awareness, understanding and synthesis of content and process activities; phased development of a coherent mental structure “image – idea – preconcept – concept – a system of concepts”; phased development of activity-related components of geometrical concepts: substantive action, real cognitive operations, formal operations. | 156 | The article deals with the study of the mutual influence of legal thinking on the development of Mathematics and of Mathematics on the quality of legal thinking. A historical example of the emergence of a new mathematical thinking that extends the notion of number and the notion of justice, named in the work as “a justice number” is considered. We study the problem of dividing of the bet in an unfinished game and two solutions: first solution is the “unjust”, given by Pacioli, using the Aristotelian notion of distributive justice, and the second “just” solution, given by Fermat, in which the notion of number and the new Mathematical thinking – probability theory – were expanded. It was concluded that the emergence of new mathematical thinking has changed the notion of justice in accordance with the new content of mathematical thinking. Another conclusion is that at all times the analogue of truth and fair law for a lawyer was Mathematics. Arguments are presented in favor of teaching Mathematics to improve the quality of juridical education in the study of legal disciplines at law university. We suggest starting the study of information technology at Law Faculty with the study of computer Mathematics Maxima. The Maxima program teaches the student the rigor and uniqueness of thinking due to the need for correct writing of commands, and develops student’s mathematical thinking. The new mathematical thinking of the student becomes an inseparable component of the legal thinking of a future lawyer. So, Maxima improves the quality of juridical education. | 159 | Currently, the Russian professional education system adopts the scientific idea of using human resources of educational organization as a primary instrument for planned systematic changes of the system. In this work we formulate the main principles for systematic changes in preparation of middle level specialists (in educational content and educational infrastructure). We discuss how strategic management could be instrumental for this human resources development and illustrate it with an analysis of medical college case where the proposed approach was successfully implemented. Strategic management is based on strategic planning, the main element of which is project management and the foundation of strategic management is the human resources of the institution. Thus, the strategy of developing the human resources of the medical college must be viewed as the engine of the forthcoming strategic changes in the institution. We describe two main phases of the change: (1) cultivation of the commitment to change among personnel and of the vision of the change as an instrument of their professional development; (2) introduction of team problem-oriented skill improvements. We provide indicators (indexes) for qualitative analysis of human resources development in cycle methodical commissions. The college experience shows that the changes pushed administrative and organizational structure towards from hierarchical to matrix structure making it a better environment for innovative development. | 161 | Questions of formation of positive motivation to work and labor activity by means of festive culture are considered. Preservation of life of society throughout many centuries was supported thanks to traditions of labor education of the Russian people. Throughout many centuries work was realized as the expedient, conscious, physical and intellectual activity directed to satisfaction of material and spiritual needs, developing physical and spiritual powers of the person, playing the main role for life support of society. Now the problem of formation of positive motivation to work is one of the most relevant in questions of education of younger generation. The characteristic of the functions of festive culture of the Russian people exerting impact on labor education is given. All labor cycles were followed by the ritual and ceremonial actions which are a basis of festive culture of the Russian people: plowed land, sowing, haymaking, harvest, harvesting, threshing, hunting, fishing season. According to the researchers, the holidays held a regulatory and socionormative role, formed love and respect for their native land, cultivated the aesthetic and moral qualities of the individual. Modern society with its revaluation of values has led to the destruction of continuity between generations, decrease in value of family values, reduction of influence of traditions on behavior of people, change of the attitude to work. Features of modern life of society have changed not only functions of holidays, but also their contents. Many of them have lost the initial value and were transformed. The article gives examples of the factors which have influenced transformation of holidays in modern society. Describes manifestations of the festive actions allowing to bring up the valuable attitude to work. Keywords: festive culture, traditions of the Russian people, labor education | 2552 | |||||

| 164 | The subject of the author’s review in this article is the problems of typologisation of nontraditional forms of teaching contributing deep and comprehensive analysis of the competence-based approach which, according to the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of general education, is determined as a key moment to the modern education system. Nontraditional (interactive) methods of teaching are defined as the most appropriate person-centered approach in teaching aimed at co-education and dialogue. The focus is on the specific interactive technologies, due to the factor that both a student and a teacher are the subjects of the educational process in this case. Interactive learning appeals to the own experience of students. On the basis of summarizing the available literature and my own pedagogical experience the most effective interactive technologies are identified and described. They are creative task, work in minor groups, role play, mini-lecture, project work, active warm-ups, POPS-formula (the student’s Position-Justification-Example-Result), training and modular forms of organization of the lesson. And, each interactive technology is directed at self-realization of pupils. The analysis of interactive forms of organization of educational process in the typological aspect allows to reveal their role, place and informative content deeper and comprehensively in the light of the competence-based approach. | 165 | The relevance of the topic is due to the difficulties students experience when solving stereometric tasks. This is evidenced by the annual results of the unified state examination in mathematics of the profile level. Over the past decade, with the development of modern information technologies, numerous attempts have been made to improve the effectiveness of teaching geometry at school through the introduction of interactive environments that provide various visibility functions on lessons and in extracurricular math classes. Among the modern available digital programs that allow you to build and transform geometric objects interactively, the GeoGebra environment is in increasing demand among teachers and researchers. However, analyzing Russian-language printed and electronic publications, we can conclude that the issue of using GeoGebra in solving positional stereometric tasks is not fully disclosed. The article considers the features of solving positional tasks using the Geogebra 5.0 environment when teaching image methods to future mathematics teachers at a pedagogical institute and at geometry lessons in high school. The article focuses on the advantages of using GeoGebra in teaching the construction of spatial shapes and their sections in comparison with traditional training. | 166 | The article deals with a topical question of modern literary studies – research, development and approbation of the active forms of mastering the fiction poetics. The article indicates the existing methods of the artistic creations in literature classes, describes the prospects of the educational quest and the main stages of realization of the quest as an educational technology. The article represents the quest based on the creative works by Vladimir Nabokov, the process and results of its testing on participants with different levels of knowledge (freshmen philologists and high school students). In understanding the methodological principles of working with space in the lessons of literature, we rely on the works of E. I. Korostileva, Yu. G. Pykhtina, S. V. Kashirina, A. K. Gaisina, Yu. G. Pykhina, O. I. Fedotov. When developing the quest, three methodological grounds were taken into account. 1. The use of analytical types of tasks. 2. Reliance on the literary tradition of the study of artistic space. 3. Literary analysis should precede the methodical development of the quest. Approbation showed that the process of passing the quest makes the participants deep into the creative world of the novel “Mashenka” by V. Nabokov and helps with structuring not only artistic creation but also the fiction poetics in general (plot logic, dynamics of the character development, etc.). The comprehension of the fictional structure and the author’s concept of work through the quest is achieved in a rather short period. | 168 | Attracting young people to the technical sphere of professional activity and increasing the prestige of scientific and technical professions are becoming important priorities of state policy today. The task of building a new innovative economy in the country and achieving the technological level cannot be solved without a radical improvement of the system of additional education of children of technical orientation, including through the development and implementation of individual educational trajectories in priority areas in demand in the modern world. In these circumstances, there is a need to develop a new educational model based on the integration of modern programs of additional education and allowing to prepare future specialists of the scientific and technical sphere in constantly changing conditions, starting from school age. The considered model of forming competences of schoolchildren in the field of intellectual development and scientific and technical creativity was developed as part of the implementation of measures to form a regional model of additional education “Territory of Intelligence” in the Tomsk region. Building a model for the formation of competences of schoolchildren in the field of intellectual development and scientific and technical creativity is carried out in several stages: determining the purpose of modeling, building a system of components of the process of forming competences, forming competences in dynamics and establishing criteria for evaluating the expected results. The model of formation of competences of schoolchildren in the field of scientific and technical creativity by means of additional education includes: the target component as a matrix of target results, representing the decomposition of competences into a system of actions that the student must master as part of the formation of competences; the content-operational component of the model as a set of educational content collected on the educational digital platform; operational and technological component as a set of options for the formation of competencies or a set of educational tracks (routes) and ways to move between them to build an individual educational trajectory; diagnostic component that provides the identification of the level of formation of competencies of the student when registering on a digital platform. The set of competences in the field of scientific and technical creativity, which can be formed among schoolchildren in the course of training in the system of additional education, is determined from the requirements of employers to the professional competencies of specialists in the scientific and technical sphere, as well as from the educational possibilities that allow at school age. To assess the level of formation of competence, activity indicators were developed, which were distributed among the levels of formation and levels of competence: from simple operations to the ability to manage complex technical and production processes. The complete criterion-diagnostic apparatus of the model includes matrices of target results 60 competencies, which contain 960 indicators of the level of formation and manifestation of these competencies. The implementation of the model will make the most effective use of human potential and create conditions for the self-realization of schoolchildren in the scientific and technical sphere. | 169 | This model is based on scientific approaches to studying the formation, development of personality and abilities as professionally significant personal qualities of the future specialist: activity, personality-oriented and competence approaches. It is constructed from logical and sequentially functioning blocks: the social order, the conceptual, the target, the substantive, the organizational-activity and the evaluation-resultant blocks. The social order reflects the needs of society and the state, the needs and individual characteristics of students, as well as the professionalism of teachers. The conceptual block acts as the theoretical and methodological basis for the formation of common competences and determines the content of all other blocks of the developed model. The target block of the model for the formation of general competences includes the goal, the tasks of this process, based on the observance of didactic principles. Since personality traits are characterized by motivational, cognitive and activity components linked logically, thus forming a system and reflecting in the process the formation of common competences, these components were singled out by the authors in the content block. The organizational-activity block of the presented model provides selection of means, methods, forms of organization of educational activities for the formation of common competencies in the process of teaching mathematical and natural science disciplines. The appraisal-productive block of the model for the formation of general competencies determines the effectiveness of the formation of general competencies that depends on concrete results, which are based on certain criteria, indicators and levels of the formation of common competences. The necessity of teaching opponents the basis of staged speech was revealed by exploring the artistic feature of their diverse creating. It stems from the fact that many classical battle plots cannot be implemented on the stage without considering this skill. The importance of staged speech was proved by the factthat the members of the leading Russian artistic fencing teams necessarily posses it. The fact that “live speech” is more preferable than recorded voices even in the case of sport competitions was stated as the result of exploring the performances of The Russian Championship 2015. Hence, together with developing the sport, the refusal of recorded voices will be inevitable, and sportsmen will study staged speech. Moreover, it clarified, that intonation patterns and pauses help clearly highlight the apparent fighters’ motives and intensions. That was successfully illustrated by the example of working with staged speech in the “Alternative Scene” performance. The effectiveness of methods of stage speech trainings which are presented in the article was proved by the fact that performance «The Alternative Scene» by postgraduate student Sergey Shmat’ko and associate professor Viktor Lobanov (duet nomination, freestyle) was awarded the 2nd place at the Russian Artistic Fencing Championship 2016 as a result of high-quality artistic acting. | 171 | Currently, the urgency of the problem of socialization of children with special educational needs in an inclusive education is becoming extremely important. In education organizations, the number of children with disabilities significantly increases, who have a decrease in the communicative-cognitive need for communication, persistent violations of all parts of the communicative act, which creates significant barriers to interpersonal interaction. In the educational practice of children with special educational needs, the key concept is their successful social adaptation, which is the inclusion of the individual in society, as a result of which the individual’s self-awareness and role behavior, the ability to self-service and interact with others are formed. And only in the process of social adaptation does an individual become a person who possesses the necessary life competencies for a full-fledged existence in society. The article presents the results of a theoretical study of the problems of social and communicative development, the possibilities of communicative activity of children with mild mental retardation. The necessity of targeted corrective and pedagogical assistance in the formation of communicative activities based on identifying real situations in role-playing games that can be included in the corrective work of modules that contribute to the social adaptation of children in this category as a whole is emphasized. The main phases of research activity within conceptual model of the activity dynamic structure by R. Kh. Shakurov are considered. The study sample included 88 postgraduate students and masters engaged in research work. For revealing the features of the processes of selfregulation of young scientists’ behavior, “Style of Self-Regulation of Behavior” technique by V. I. Morosanova was used. Processes of planning and estimation of results are the most expressed ones in young scientists’ profile of self-regulation. Two factors, tentatively named “flexibility in search for decisions and estimation of results” and “independence in goal setting”, indicating features of styles of self-regulation of young scientists have been distinguished. Gender differences in indicators of the process of planning have been established. Young scientists of male sample had more developed individual features of goal setting and goal retention. It has been revealed that postgraduate students, as opposed to the masters, are forming their program of actions for implementation of tasks of research activity more independently. | 175 | In the conditions of market economy, the formation of the necessary economic and financial competencies should be formed during the schooling period, with special attention to methods of teaching Economics, which should include both theoretical bases with the use of traditional teaching methods and, of course, practical tasks formed with the use of Bloom’s taxonomy, which is based on step-by-step training and formation of knowledge and skills in teaching Economics at school. An important element in such training is the use of elements of problem training, where the main result of training is the formation of certain economic competencies and increasing the level of independence in decision-making, forcing the learner to collect additional data, analyze, draw conclusions, be able to argue and prove the correctness of his judgments. In essence, the use of such methods of teaching allows to significantly increase the financial and economic literacy of the student, forming not only specific knowledge, but in general developing the outlook and properly forming a person’s worldview. The proposed sample assignments, formed under the theme Public Finance clearly demonstrate the taxonomy strategy for strengthening knowledge and skills, forming them in a gradual deepening and expansion of this topic, bringing the student to the creative finale, suggesting to speculate on the need for a budget in principle and the possibilities for changing the tax load in particular. These tasks are intended for students who have already fully formed their opinions, who have their own opinions and views on this topic, and therefore the goal of the teacher at this stage can be considered achieved. At the same time it becomes possible to use synergetic modeling and to find new approaches to the organization of teacher’s self-education and self-development, to give it humanistic traits – subjectivity, activity, consideration of individual needs. Synergetic modeling has several advantages. It allows to consider complex self-organizing systems, such as social groups, complex personality structure. Synergetic approach allows us to consider the social system using the principles developed in synergy: homeostasis, hierarchical, non-linearity, openness, instability, dynamic hierarchy, observability. Synergistic approach used in management, replacing technocratic management, gives possibilities of a soft impact on self-development of teachers through environmental management options. Based on the synergistic approach, it is possible to design the change of the educational environment with creation of disequilibrium points to initiate teacher’s self-development. This approach is of particular relevance in the development of the research competence of the teacher, since it forms the skills of activity in the situation of uncertainty, openness, activity, readiness for a wide range of variants of the development of events. By controlling the environment at the bifurcation points, you can initiate the process of self-development of teachers, which opens up opportunities for improving the quality of education Keywords: synergetic approach, education, self-development, research competence | 2509 | |||||
| 177 | The article suggests the complex methodological approach to translation of a literary text. It includes hermeneutical method of text analysis, the theory of modifications in translation and the tools of comparative linguistics. This approach can provide guidance for solving problems of interpretation of literary source texts and target texts. It enables a reader, a translator, a researcher to achieve an in-depth understanding of meanings and the original messages. The idea of the complex approach to the literary text translation comes from the fact translation is a complex phenomenon itself. Nowadays nobody has doubts about its interdisciplinary character. Translation is defined not as a mere interaction of the two languages, it is influenced by a great number of extra-linguistic factors. To illustrate the theory the author analyses the episode from M. Bulgakov’s «The Master and Margarita» and the ways its meanings are conveyed into the two target texts in English. The novel is a masterpiece. Every generation of readers, translators, researchers reveals new meanings of it, without coming to the final unambiguous interpretation. The translators understand and interpret the original text messages differently. Their understanding and the choice of translation strategies depend on the potential of the target language, the time and social cultural context, the stylistic norms and standards, earlier experiences, personal background knowledge and preferences. The text of the literary work is therefore open for alternative interpretations, which prolong its life. The results can be useful for anyone interested in the text based research and literary translation. They can be applied to the academic course on discussing, interpreting and translating of literary texts as well. | 188 | Math anxiety (MA) is a feeling of fear, worry and discomfort when working with numerical information. Students with a high level of math anxiety tend to avoid mathematics and further study in areas where mathematical knowledge is required. This leads to a shortage of applicants for technical and natural sciences. The development of MA can be caused by: poor mathematical skills, genetic predisposition, socio-environmental factors. In fact, some of the same genetic and environmental reasons affect both math ability and math anxiety. This paper discusses such methods of MA regulation as: expressive writing, reappraisal, relaxation, meditation, mindfulness, art therapy, bibliography, music therapy, and psychophysiological methods (i.e. transcranial stimulation). The effects obtained by these methods, its implementation, as well as potential applications in terms of their effectiveness and reliability have been covered. The studied methods have practically not been tested on Russian samples. Therefore, their further study and experimental verification are required. Regulation methods also require testing in real conditions of the educational process. The new reality of blended and online learning could trigger math and academic anxiety. | 193 | The problem of psychosomatic diseases is discussed. Skin diseases are considered as a General psychological model of differentiation and integration of knowledge about the self. The paper investigates the conjugate relationship between psychosomatic skin diseases (psoriasis and atopic dermatitis) and the representation of the self. The literature data in favor of the statement that the early relationship of mother and baby are critical for subsequent mental development. The concept of “primary skin” (E. Bick), which performs the function of binding (“sticking together”) parts of the child’s personality, is considered. It is suggested that the experience passed through by the infant in the early symbiotic relationship with the mother is a prototype for subsequent models of human interaction with the world. If a child is confronted with an early traumatic experience of maternal “misunderstanding,” then he is unable to integrate “what is inside and what is happening outside.” The concepts of “second skin” and secondary symbiosis as protective mechanisms arising in the case of traumatic separation experience are considered. The forms of secondary symbiosis are correlated with two types of the mother’s gaze– the unseeing and the distorting. It is assumed that the two types of gazes and forms of secondary symbiosis correlate with atopic dermatitis and psoriasis. It is hypothesized that defects in the “atopic dermatitis” group are associated with prolonged symbiosis (that is, with the mother’s unseeing gaze), and in “psoriasis” group – with defective or prematurely torn symbiosis (i. e. distorting mother’s gaze). The study was carried out using the Lybko technique (self-representation by means of constructs Myself/I for the Other) and the “Cream” technique (representation of the skin surface by means of different constructs of the cream). The study involved 72 women aged 20–40 years, IU = 37 (30 – healthy (NORMAL), 17 suffering from psoriasis (PS) and 25 – atopic dermatitis (AD)). The method of nonparametric analysis (Kruskal – Wallis criterion) proves that the representation of the true Self manifests itself as a tendency to merge/encapsulate in different groups of subjects. Skin diseases (AD and PS) reflect different ways to overcome secondary symbiosis. When representing the Self, the AD group shows a tendency to fusion, and the PS group shows a tendency to encapsulation.
