The students’ involvement in the quasiinvestigative activity, problematicity and reflexivity of the learning process establish conditions for students’ subject-field ground formation. They are the introduction into the instructional situation, accepting the objectives, learning the cultural norms of performing the action under study, planning the constructing to ensure the best results, performing the activity, reflexion of the results and technique adjustment when revealing some declension. 254 | The notions “urban environment”, “urban object”, “urban resource” are traditionally discussed by such sciences as urban studies, economics, sociology and others, but the development of new directions in education also includes them in pedagogical research, in particular in the field of educational urban studies. There is a need to identify opportunities to consider these concepts in terms of their educational potential and to determine their place in modern education. To do this, let us review the sources and formulate approaches to the definition of key terms of educational urban studies. The concept “environment” is usually defined in two ways – as a set of physical conditions and as a human environment. Interpreting this approach in an educational context, the second meaning can be interpreted as a set of citizens’ activity practices, including educational ones. The urban educational environment is a system of three levels: macro-level, mesolevel and micro-level. The meso- and micro-levels are the most interesting for the study of educational potential. In urban planning, urban objects as elements of the urban environment are classified by function, affiliation, and operator. These features determine the programmability of the object in terms of its educational potential for citizens. An urban object becomes educational only if a citizen endows it with educational value, using it for their formal, non-formal, and informal educational practices. Educational resourcefulness is determined not only by resources of the object itself, but also by resources of a person using it. Educators possessing the competences of an urban teacher can become guides to discovering educational resourcefulness of a city and organizers of urban educational practices. The notions of an urban educational object, which becomes such when a city resident uses its educational potential, and the urban educational practice as a formula connecting an urban object, educational needs of a city resident, methods of using the educational potential of an urban object and direct educational activity in the interaction with the object were defined. Based on these formulations, we can begin to develop approaches to the inclusion of urban environment in the educational process, including an assessment of the educational potential of the urban environment. This problem is actualized by the introduction of Federal Educational Standard and by the search for practicing teachers of the effective methods to form and diagnose universal educational activities at different age levels. The authors analyze the experience of the School of Joint Activity in this direction, in particular, describe the performing of a general school seminar, the purpose of which was to show the specifics and increasing of different groups from primary to basic school. 257 | The key approaches to the conceptualization of the concept of digital literacy in foreign and Russian research discourse are considered. Along with the classical interpretation of P. Gilster of digital literacy as the understanding and use of information using a computer, the author analyzes functionalistic and cognitive approaches to the interpretation of digital literacy. There is a shortage of approaches to the analysis of competencies associated with effective communication and adaptation to the social network communication culture of youth. New conceptualization proposed social and network digital literacy as an element of network digital culture and digital literacy of generation Z. Based on the estimates and opinions of representatives of the digital generation identified as a result of a series of field studies in the framework of a research project devoted to the study of the network culture of generation Z, the content of the following complex is revealed, communicative and pragmatic competencies that form social network digital literacy: linguistic competency in the production of multi-genre social network content and effective feedback; communicative competencies in organizing contexts of social network communication with various user audiences; practical and normative competencies to comply with ethical standards and etiquette requirements and to maintain conflict-free social network communication; the competencies of social network self-presentation. 265 | Implementing the competency-based approach in the education system in the current time is a step forward, it is an opportunity to see in a different way the structure of teaching and the target of the educational process. However, there is the problem of rejection of accepting the approach of competencies by the teaching community. In the opinion of the authors, among the many reasons that lead to inhibition of the introduction of the competence- based approach in real education structure, as more influence we can indicate the following: first, the lack of methods to determine the extent of competence training; second, the absence of a recognized methodology for interpreting the assessment of competence. In this work, we propose a model of the evaluation of a newly trained specialist of pedagogic courses, as the basis in the evaluation was used the quantitative methodology of competencies. The approach consists of several steps: establishing a set of competences, grouping competencies into blocks, quantitative assessment of the degree of competency formation, joint construction of “portraits”, analysis and interpretation of research results. The “indicator” method developed earlier by one of the authors has been applied to calculation of the level of formation of competences in the adapted look. In the course of the game, a simulation of activities aimed at collecting and processing statistical data takes place. The goal for the students was to construct an interval statistical series, empirical distribution function and histogram of frequencies (relative frequencies). The basis for the development of this business game was making the conditions simulating the process of analysis of statistical data at different stages, each of which relies on data from the previous stage, so that all participants felt responsibility for the accuracy and unbiased of the obtained data. As the results of this lesson, the basic knowledge on the research topic was actualized and the students achieved the required level of competence in accordance with the educational program of the discipline. 289 | The choice of education program, matching of education to the interests of the senior pupils creates the foundation for a successful professional identity in the future. However, indepth study of the profile of specific disciplines in practice leads to disharmonious development of interpersonal relationships between senior pupils. In the study of interpersonal relations of senior pupils took part 59 pupils of 9th grades (15–16 years old) in sociohumanitarian, natural science, physics and mathematics profiles of education. Compiled socio-psychological reliefs classes, sociogram, the analysis of significant differences in Student’s t-test revealed significant differences in the nature of the relationship between senior pupils with different learning profiles. “Humanitarians” show the highest level of team development and desire to communicate with each other, senior pupils of natural science profile show the average level of relations development – formal relations, senior “mathematics” pupils do not seek personal communication, and prefer only business contacts. A similar structure of interpersonal relations have natural science and socio-humanitarian groups, both have the structure of the team, while physical-mathematical profile forms large individuality in interpersonal pupils’ contacts. The results indicate that we observe a trend to limiting of self-conception, interests, values correlating only with the scope of professional activity, which is a factor of disharmonization of interpersonal relations, and professional identification performs an inhibitory function towards other abilities and interests.
