| 704 | The article considers and analyzes the content lines of preschool education through the prism of preschool childhood tasks. The research material is based on the author’s long-term observations of the activities of senior preschool children and their parents in the educational and methodological center for preschool education of children at the Institute of childhood of Tomsk State Pedagogical University. The principle of the content lines of preschool is, first of all, not to prepare the child for school, but to form in him the most important mental qualities and abilities-arbitrariness, imagination, memory, creativity, tolerance, sociability, independence, etc. These are qualities that shape children’s functional literacy, which means that they can more easily adapt to future school life. This provision sets the vector direction of activity of preschool teachers, which should be focused not on the child’s assimilation of specific educational information, but on the formation of a full-fledged harmonious personality. In the context of the considered problem the author proceeds from the understanding that content lines are the directions of structuring a training course, in which each content line is understood as a stable unit of semantic integrity of a pedagogically appropriate course, subject, and technology. But at the same time, this stable unit cannot be considered independently, it is always interconnected with other components of this course or a specific link in the system and can determine the direction of a different nature or level of work. This understanding of the content lines of preschool education allows you to build a holistic work not only with the child, but also with his parents. | 705 | The article deals the theoretical foundations of the concepts of “legal literacy” and “legal literacy of the student.” The results of the analysis of the structure and content of the studied concept are presented the following definitions: regulatory grounds, categorical and conceptual apparatus associated with this definition. And so, as it is based on the theoretical analysis and empirical data, an updated wording of this definition is proposed. The particular attention is paid to the relationship between legal literacy and the leading trends in modern education, and so we can see the consequence of it - it is the education of citizenship and the comprehensive development of the individual. Based on the analysis of the function of legal literacy, the structure of “legal literacy of students” is proposed. The content of each component of the structure (cognitive, motivation-target, activity and behavioral) in their relationship and interdependence is presented in detail. So as a result, we have the conclusion that “legal literacy” contributes to the formation of legal awareness of the individual, which is the foundation of the legal culture of the individual and society as a whole. The modern education is aimed at the forming of a versatile, competitive, patriotic personality. That is why legal literacy should be present at all levels of education. | 706 | The article analyzes the problems of the modern Russian education during the period of its continuing reform, in particular the loss of one of the most important tools for the formation and development of personality – education. As a result of socio-political, economic and cultural changes in education system education originally abandoned its educational function, but in the present situation of devaluation the recovery of values of education can be seen in a number of priority areas for development. To understand the essence of education analyzes the social and philosophical position of the German philosopher and sociologist Niklas Luhmann, who studied the process of sociocultural evolution of education and interpreted education in his work as a result of the educational system of the society. Education in socialization treated by N. Luhmann as mechanisms of personality changes, but education complements and corrects the results of socialization. Education takes its contingency formula in the concept of “education”, which is understood as the result of N. Luhmann active work of the individual over himself, the symbol of his public success. Pedagogy as a theory of reflection develops its own definition of the educational plan, thereby changing the content of the previous formula of contingency “education”. The educational goal is not designated as the development of scientific knowledge, as well as the acquisition of “ability to learn.” This educational goal orients the individual to explore all that is available for the study, and the need for further lifelong learning in the future. Thus, the concept of Luhmann is radically different from today's traditional ideas that underpin all modern education system in which education is understood as a mere tool of learning and education, moreover is not binding and has no evaluation criteria. | 708 | The article represents the results of the study of the relationship between life values and components of psychological time of students from Russia and Japan. In the course of globalization, there is a process of active exchange of cultural experience, which is supported by high dynamics and erosion of cultural values. That is why the study of subjective (psychological) time in relation to life values is becoming increasingly relevant. The purpose of the study is to identify and compare the specifics of the relationship between the components of psychological time and life values among students from Russia and Japan (N = 540). The results of the correlation analysis suggest a different structure of the relationship between psychological time and life values of Russian and Japanese students, which is most likely due to cultural characteristics. The results of the study confirm the strong relationship between the motivational and value sphere of the individual and psychological time, despite the globalization processes. The more expressed the desire of young people for something, the more the motivational and volitional sphere is formed (regardless of the specific focus of motives and values), the more positively balanced the time per-spective looks. On the contrary, the focus on past failures negatively affects the motivation of young people, actually blocking their desires and intentions (this is especially relevant for Russian students). Recommendations on the use of results in the educational process are given. | 713 | Changes in society, the complexity of professional tasks actualize the request to universities to train specialists who are ready for innovation. To develop the innovative potential of students, the modern educational process in universities should be focused not only on the professional training of students, but also on the development of personality. Innovative activities, solving creative tasks to create new products and technologies require active work of the intellect, motivation and will, and this stimulates the development and selfdevelopment of a person. An important factor in the development of innovative potential of students is the educational environment. The functioning of this environment should be based on a systematic analysis of the object, subject, processes, and conditions of innovative development. In addition, it is important to determine the criteria for the effectiveness of the innovation environment, as well as to implement the principle of ensuring the continuous development of students. For the development of innovative potential, it is necessary to use psychological and pedagogical support of the educational process. The main principle of psychological and pedagogical support of the educational process is to take into account the individual characteristics and capabilities of students, the development of their resources. Psychological and pedagogical support of the educational process should be aimed primarily at the actualization of personal competencies that determine innovative activity. | 714 | The article presents the results of diagnostics of gender-role self-determination of fifth – seventh grade pupils. For this purpose, an essay was organized on the topic “When I am 20 years old”, in which each pupil described his desired future. The analysis of the essay texts was carried out on the following aspects: profession; hobby; development of personal qualities; family life; desirable image in the future (in the eyes of others); activity in free time. It was confirmed that this technique has diagnostic capabilities to identify the features of genderrole self-determination of adolescents aged 11-14 in a mass school. In particular, it was revealed that the adolescents aged 11-14 years found to have no significant effect on their choice of occupation groups, the choice of hobby and leisure time activities. To some extent, age affects pupils ‘ choice of personality traits that they want to develop. If pupils in the fifth grade are more likely to choose internal (personal) qualities, the seventh graders are much more likely chose external characteristics. The impact of social desirability stereotypes at 11 years is stronger than age stereotypes. However, by the age of 14 these roles are changing places: age stereotypes affect adolescents more than stereotypes of social desirability. The gender impact of adolescents was also considered in all aspects. | 720 | The digitalization of the education system poses several issues for interaction between teachers and students: mastering modern digital tools and resources, the safety of working on the Internet, education and self-education using information technology. These issues are especially acute in the process of organizing the education of children of primary school age. There must be teachers next to schoolchildren who are ready to form the digital literacy of students and who are able to provide digital mentoring. The goal is to analyze the results of diagnostics of teachers on the level of digital literacy development, the model of digital mentoring they implement, and its impact on the process of developing digital literacy among primary school students. The study is conducted based on the data obtained during the approbation by teachers of schools in the Perm Territory of the results of previous applied research on the development of functional literacy of students in the framework of the implementation of educational programs “Digital Literacy of Primary School Students” (State task No. 07-00080-21-02 dated August 18th, 2021, registry entry number 730000Ф.99.1). The study used such methods as the method of continuous correspondence survey, the descriptive method, the extrapolation method, as well as analysis, synthesis and generalization of the obtained data. During the first part of the survey, it was revealed that all respondents have fragmented, unsystematic ideas about the digital literacy of younger students. They may sometimes use this occasional knowledge in their professional activities while experiencing an urgent need for motivational tools and avoiding responsibility for the use of digital tools in their activities. More than 70% of teachers choose the “learning together” mentoring model. The model is characterized by: teachers’ awareness of the high potential of digital technologies; occasional use of digital tools in practical activities; understanding of the importance of cooperation with colleagues while working with digital technologies. The research shows the direct relationship between the levels of digital literacy of a mentor and a student: the higher the level of digital competencies of a teacher, the higher the likelihood of early involvement of students in digital technologies. The stated hypothesis about the systemic knowledge of teachers involved in the project on digital literacy of primary school students, and their use of different models of digital mentoring in their work, was partially confirmed. The issues of systematic knowledge about digital resources and readiness to use digital tools in the educational process in primary school require further study. | 724 | The article discusses the psychological causes of distortion of survey data on the prevalence of adolescent behavior associated with the risk of offenses. The conditions for the preparation and conduct of surveys that motivate or demotivate adolescent respondents to participate in the survey and provide relevant data are revealed. The empirical basis of the conclusions are the results of observing the behavior of respondents and their parents in the process of preparing for the survey and its conduct in 27 secondary schools. Account for the psychological needs of adolescents and their parents is considered as a key condition for obtaining valid data. The decreased willingness of adolescents to participate in surveys and provide reliable data is considered as the main cause of data distortion. According to the authors, the following factors lead to this. These are: pressure from the questionnaire organizers, lack of conditions for comfortable individual work with the questionnaire, violation of confidentiality, neglect of the cultural and linguistic characteristics of the examined adolescents groups when creating questionnaires and conducting a survey. | 727 | The teaching of mathematics should reflect the global trends in the development of mathematical and pedagogical scientific thoughts. The authors develop guidelines of studying mathematics in the 1st grade on the basis of the Federal State Educational Standard, taking into account the partitions into knowledge elements. Thus, the structure and the formation of the being developed textbook content by chapters are described. The theoretical part should allow to students to get answers to control questions, univariate and multivariate tests, problems and exercises. Each chapter of the being developed textbook is divided into paragraphs, each paragraph is divided into items. One item of theoretical material contains either one new idea to study, or a set of interrelated concepts that define one new idea to study. According to this it is possible to form the mathematical knowledge trajectories. So, there are broad opportunities to transform knowledge elements into multimedia forms, including presentations, videos, test modules and other newly emerging means of representation and visualization, using the achievements of artificial intelligence. There can be defined such main directions as natural numbers counting, acquaintance with geometric shapes, comparison of objects in the value and quantity, acquaintance with a squared paper and measurement standards, the study of objects position, the sets consideration, introduction to the algorithm concept. | 729 | The modern educational process of secondary school students is largely built on the basis of an activity-based and competence-based approach. One of the tasks of a modern teacher is the assimilation by students in the process of active learning for life of competencies. The analysis of their processes showed that it is still insufficiently studied, there are practically no practical examples of working with competencies. Sufficiently demanded for the development of students and building a useful life are regulatory and cognitive competence. These competencies can be actively formed in the process of teaching physics. The process of developing competencies becomes more effective, as the authors found, if it is built gradually. Formation begins with universal actions that are part of the competencies, which are for the majority identified. For preliminary formation, on the basis of practice, complex actions are highlighted - the student drawing up a plan of educational activity, its adjustment; formulation of causeand- effect relationships in phenomena, processes, reflexive action. The formation of actions is organized on the basis of the implementation by students in groups of mini-projects for the design of actions. An example of the formation of an element of regulatory competence is shown - the action of drawing up a plan for studying new material. Group work is guided based on the teacher’s questions to build the action. Then an intergroup discussion of the results of the work of the groups with the participation of the teacher is organized, and its adjustment. Initially built action, an element of competence is offered for development. With the help of the teacher, there is a reflexive comprehension of the activity of building the action and its appropriation. The development of elements of cognitive competence is built in a similar way. The presented methods of consistent active-activity, project-based formation of competencies are productive and can be widely used in education. Content analysis of hits was used as an empirical method. 2 conditional groups of requests were identified. The first group included appeals where parents wanted to get advice on how to properly educate (develop) a child. The second group included appeals where parents wanted to «correct» the existing unacceptable forms of behavior, communication, and activities of the child. The results made it possible to identify the most popular requests, analyze the difficulties of parents in upbringing, correlate these difficulties with age periods and developmental characteristics of children. It was revealed that the main share of requests is due to: a) parents have no idea about the age characteristics of children, b) use inadequate upbringing methods that lead to negative consequences. Questioning of parents made it possible to establish their desire to increase their competence in matters of family education, to determine the preferred forms of counseling, to identify the lack of ideas about the capabilities and functions of psychological counseling centers. | 738 | The article is devoted to the problem of the future teacher inclusion in interaction with the family in the process of teaching practice. The transition to tiered education in universities, the importance of meeting the new requirements of the State and society offer new challenges for pedagogical practice, increase its value in mastering pedagogical competences, the basics of teaching and educational work. Pedagogical practice as one of the forms of vocational training in the university relies on theoretical professional knowledge and provides grounds for practical cognition of patterns and principles of education and upbringing. In the educational process the course work and cognitive activity of future teachers is closely related to the academic disciplines of theoretical training. During teaching practice, theoretical knowledge is therefore used in solving practical problems. Teaching practice, serving as an activity, is interpreted as the interdependence of internal and external substantive activity, the coordination of goals, objectives, motivations, conditions for their achievement. Internal actions imply planning, foreseeing the outcome, understanding the purpose, principles and mode of action and implementation criteria. External actions imply organization of real practical activity and interaction with objects and phenomena of the surrounding reality. | 746 | Fundamental importance for the development of thinking of a teenager, his intellectual education has the formation of concepts. Organization of training aimed at taking into account the laws of the process of formation of conceptual thinking is relevant in the methods of teaching natural sciences. Knowledge at the conceptual level is the knowledge of some sets of features of the concept (identification of features of the concept; establishment of the presence or absence of a certain feature in a given mathematical object; construction of objects with these features, etc.). The nature of each individual concept implies the existence of a certain system of concepts, beyond which it can not exist. Formation of the concept includes the construction of the content of education, aimed at establishing links between concepts. Establishment of a variety of relationships between concepts is especially important in the study of such a fundamental concept of mathematics as “function”, as this concept helps to identify the mutual connection and conditionality of different phenomena. Investigations show that this role of the concept of function is not always realized. Therefore, we need special educational texts that would create conditions for establishing links between concepts at each of the phases of the process of formation of the concept of “function”: motivation, categorization, enrichment, links. The motivation phase is “text – establishment of inter-subject relations”, motivating the search for a new concept that would allow to combine externally dissimilar, different situations, to find approaches to their study. Phase categorization – “text – encoding information, text – establishment of generic-specific relations, text - focus-example”, “text – relationships-mapping, analogy.” The phase of enrichment “text – establishing interdisciplinary connections, text –signs, concepts, text – systematization of concepts.” Transfer phase - “text – intra-subject links”, “text – concept application”. The knowledge of the typology of educational texts, contributing to the establishment of links between concepts in the study of “functions”, creates conditions for improving the quality of the study of this concept, for the formation of universal educational actions of various blocks. | 750 | The study of Coping strategies preferred by Russian school teachers in online learning during the first half of the pandemic 2020 is based on the responses of 554 teachers participating in the all-Russian anonymous survey. The transition to online learning is qualified as a complex stressor of integrated nature that includes technological and human factors. The survey identified six groups of frustration factors in online learning: decreased motivation and academic performance of school students (decreased learning efficiency), communication difficulties between a teacher and a student / parent (communicative frustration), digital illiteracy, lack of equipment for online education and technical failures, increased volume and time of work as well as health and private life problems. The survey also revealed five types of coping strategies used by educators to overcome these frustration factors: time management and building boundaries, mastering online competencies and platforms (mastering new technologies and forms of activities), fixating on frustration and negative experiences associated with it, application of anti-stress practices, seeking for social support and understanding (empathy as a means of stress release). The study shows statistically significant dependence of the chosen coping strategy on the subjective significance of certain aspects of professional and pedagogical activities, describes adaptive and maladaptive coping strategies to deal with the stressor of online learning transition; highlights the main difficulties in the transition to online learning, presents teachers’ evaluation of the difficulties set before them by the transition to online learning and of their professional burnout.
