Bakiyeva D.A. SOCIOCULTURAL APPROACH AS AN IMPERATIVE OF THE EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES OF A MODERN MUSEUM // Pedagogical Review. 2021. Issue 2 (36). P. 118-123

The article examines the sociocultural approach as the basis of modern education focused on the individual in the fullness of his cultural and reproductive activity. The relationship between the socio-cultural approach and the museum is investigated, which determines the change in the educational activity of the latter. In accordance with the demands of society, museum communication as a method of interaction with a person in the educational practice of the museum becomes paramount. Museum communication and the process of its transformation in the digital age is a key concept for studying the mechanisms of modernization of the educational activities of the museum. In turn, communicative processes transform the content and results of education in the museum, giving it personally meaningful meanings. The semantic field of the content of museum education becomes the basis for communication, and the museum visitor is a representative of one or another point of view on cultural phenomena. The museum, being at the junction of various sciences (pedagogy, psychology, museology, art history), sees its goal not so much in the expansion of knowledge, but in the development of the value apparatus, attitudes, and creative abilities of the individual. Consequently, the appropriation by an individual of the diversity of sociocultural experience becomes a key task of the educational activities of the museum.

Sazonova N.I., Raykova O.A. THE COMMUNICATIVE ASPECT IN EXCURSIONS ON RELIGIOUS STUDIES: THE EXPERIENCE OF TOMSK STATE PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY // Pedagogical Review. 2020. Issue 6 (34). P. 140-151

The article analyzes the problem of communication between the guide and the audience in excursions on the topic of religious culture. The experience of conducting various types of religious excursions at Tomsk State Pedagogical University is presented: survey and thematic excursions by confessions, the religious component of the city excursion. The specificity of communication is highlighted on excursions conducted by a teacher or guide, and on excursions conducted by a representative of the confession. Methodical approaches typical for each type of excursion are determined, the results are analyzed. The authors identified the limitations characteristic of the traditional communication model based on the understanding of religious culture as an object external to the guide and the group. Such an excursion provides an initial acquaintance with the confession, but is ineffective if a deeper study of religion is required. This problem is caused by the contradiction between the phenomenological approach, which presupposes the study of religion within the framework of its own internal logic, and the externality of the guide in relation to religious culture. The ways of overcoming these limitations through a combination of immersion in a religious culture with external accessibility in relation to this culture are shown. Such a communication model is provided by an excursion led by a representative of the confession, who acts as a mediator, a mediator between the experience of the confession and the cultural environment. The conclusion is made about the system-forming role of the communicative aspect in a religious excursion and its specificity for this type of excursion, the need for different communication models to ensure the cognitive interest of students, including the need to involve representatives of religious confessions in conducting excursions.

Kuznetsova T.V. DEVELOPMENT OF COGNITIVE ABILITIES IN CHILDREN WITH MENTAL RETARDATION THROUGH THE TECHNOLOGY OF STEP-BY-STEP FORMATION OF MENTAL ACTIONS IN THE PROCESS OF LEARNING THE ELEMENTS OF RESEARCH ACTIVITIES // Pedagogical Review. 2021. Issue 3 (37). P. 197-205

The purpose of this article is to consider the possibility of using the technology of step-bystep formation of mental actions in the process of teaching children the elements of research activity, as a means of developing the cognitive abilities of younger schoolchildren with mental retardation. The material of the study was a theoretical analysis of scientific and methodological literature on the topic of research: the theory of step-by-step formation of mental actions by P. Ya. Galperin; the provisions on the development of cognitive abilities of younger schoolchildren as a result of developing training by V. V. Davydov, A. V. Zaporozhets, L. V. Zankov, A. N. Leontiev; approaches to the development of cognitive abilities of children with mental retardation by N. V. Babkina, L. N. Blinova, A. D. Vilshanskaya, G. N. Penin, U. V. Ulenkova, L. M. Shipitsina. The theoretical analysis of the scientific and methodological literature suggests that the technology of step-by-step formation of mental actions can be effectively used to teach younger students with mental retardation the elements of research activity at different levels of independence and complexity, and thereby develop students’ cognitive abilities. The relevance of addressing the topic of the development of cognitive abilities in children with mental retardation (hereinafter referred to as PDA) is due to the fact that this category of children is one of the numerous groups represented in general education organizations that implement inclusive educational practice, since PDA can be observed in most categories of children with disabilities and is secondary in nature.

Pigarev A.Y. METHODOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF ADAPTIVE PHYSICS TEACHING // Pedagogical Review. 2015. Issue 3 (9). P. 62-68

Methods of adaptive teaching high school students and first-year students of non-technical areas to physics that experience steady objective difficulties in the learning of this discip line are offered. The reasons for the objective difficulties are lack of motivation, lack of working memory and undeveloped associative thinking. Accordingly, the methodology is founded on the principle of minimum load on working memory and heuristic conversation as method to provide the understanding of the material, spaced repetitions as a means of consolidation of long-term memory and humanistic approach to the assessment of student achievement as a tool for positive motivation. The “2 Sigma Problem” urgency is emphasized, because it is only for individual learning that the method of heuristic conversation to achieve the understanding of physics and the control of spaced repetition can be realized to the full extent.

Russian thinkers believed that the educational process affects the development of the individuality of young people, self-development and self-education in Addition, their opinion, important in the process of educational activities is to prepare for the work of life, independence. Also pay attention to the study of moral problems of education of youth. Modern researchers pay special attention to the educational process in the University, as it contributes to the development of the internal potential of the student’s personality, the development of his spiritual and moral qualities, as well as skills of cooperation and mutual assistance. Thus, the analyzed studies emphasize the importance of educational activities of the University. Ilakavichus M.R. THE CONTENT OF EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITY OF SOCIAL CENTERS OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF INDEPENDENT STATES // Pedagogical Review. 2017. Issue 3 (17). P. 153-161

The results of the third stage of the research «Realization of pedagogical potential of social centers in the socio-cultural space of the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States» are presented. Social centers are viewed as temporary informal associations of civic activists who solve diverse social problems. The growth of civil initiatives has determined the emergence of a group of people interested in special education. Analysis of innovative products of the social sphere, a survey among activists made it possible to identify elements of the educational request. These include the features of social self-organization, ways to implement the pedagogical potential of various socio-cultural institutions, effective interaction within the framework of public-private partnerships, management and socially-oriented marketing. Particularly noted is the formation of the ability to create full-fledged services for a specific target audience. There is a need for preparation for organizational and coordination, consulting activities, advocacy in conditions of social selforganization. The emerging trend of the formation of the described content of education replicates the world experience. Social work in a broad sense in the countries of Asia and Eastern Europe is also based on competencies related to working in the territorial community, the activation of available public resources. An actual format of educational interaction is determined – non-formal education. This fact is explained by the maximum orientation of this model of training on the participants’ requests, the variability in determining the place and time of the meeting. Today conferences, seminars, internships, virtual mentoring are relevant. Currently, the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States have a corps of nonformal education coaches whose competencies are formed in the humanitarian projects of the European Union in the direction of the Eastern Partnership. The results of the analysis of thematic proposals in the educational market are presented. Institutions of formal education in the field of social work offer training programs that pay attention to pedagogy, psychology and management. The content of educational programs for three types of modules is determined: general cultural, general professional (basic), special professional competences.

Due to the fact that the category of meaning is based on different sciences about man, modern research of the semantic sphere of man is carried out from the positions of different paradigms. Different research paradigms consolidate different views and conventional agreements of the scientific community. Emerging in such paradigms scientific picture of the world delimits the field of scientific knowledge of psychological phenomena, specializing only in allocated as the dominant factors of their manifestation in human life. Modern psychological science develops within the framework of four main research paradigms. The epistemological paradigm considers cognition separately from man as a cognizing subject and is aimed at obtaining experimentally verified knowledge. The phenomenological paradigm is based on experience as an emotional understanding. The activity paradigm overcomes the opposition of consciousness and the world through the cognition of human activity in the world. The existential paradigm reflects the need to take into account the needs of the human spirit, ignoring which will not allow the uniqueness of the individual. All four paradigms, having their strengths and weaknesses, coexist simultaneously in modern psychology.

Koshkina T.V. “READY FOR LABOUR AND DEFENSE” STANDARDS AS A SYSTEM FOR ASSESSING STUDENTS‘ PHYSICAL FITNESS // Pedagogical Review. 2021. Issue 6 (40). P. 114-124

The importance of physical culture and sports in human life, associated with maintaining the health of the nation as a whole and ensuring individual health and working capacity of the individual in particular, is realized in the form of physical education carried out in educational institutions, including universities. A high level of physical fitness of students will ensure their ability to perform high-quality future work activities. In order to assess the level of physical fitness of students within the framework of their physical education at the university, it is possible to use the standards of the GTO complex as a universal evaluation mechanism that allows identifying the most physically developed representatives of this generation. The purpose is to determine the compliance of the level of physical fitness of modern students of non-physical education specialties with the norms of the GTO complex and to identify on this basis ways to improve the physical training of students in the conditions of a modern university. The materials for the study were theoretical and empirical data obtained on the basis of the use of methods of theoretical analysis of special literature and advanced pedagogical experience, pedagogical experiment, control tests, mathematical and statistical methods of data processing and analysis. When studying the advanced pedagogical experience accumulated in our country since the introduction of the revived GTO standards in 2014, reflected in relevant publications, as well as scientific and methodological literature in the field of physical education, it was shown that at present the level of physical fitness of students does not always meet the requirements of GTO standards. This fact was proved experimentally, by conducting control tests on the basis of the Mari State University. This indicated that additional work is required on the physical training of students, and those indicators of physical fitness of students that require the greatest development were also identified. Methodological recommendations were formulated to improve the physical training of students in accordance with the standards of the GTO. The expediency of using the GTO standards as a system for assessing students’ physical fitness was theoretically justified and empirically proved.

The paper presents a study that implements a communicative approach to the diagnosis and correction of communicative-speech disorders in children with speech disorders. The results of a theoretical and experimental study of the communicative-speech development of older preschoolers with general speech underdevelopment, indicating the poverty of children’s motivational impulses in communicating with a partner, a low level of development of verbal means, a low communicative orientation of speech, lack of interest in contacts, inability to navigate in communication situations, are presented. lack of desire to develop dialogue. The possibility of using a logo psychological approach in the correction of communicative-speech disorders in older preschoolers with general speech underdevelopment is substantiated, aimed at mastering the norms and values adopted in society and the need to integrate the correctional and educational process for the development of speech and full-fledged communication skills in older preschoolers. A system of correctional and developmental integrated lessons is proposed, during which the teacher – speech therapist, simultaneously solves speech therapy and psychological tasks using speech therapy training and case technology, which encourage older preschoolers to develop an active position, defend their point of view, form communicative activity on the basis of verbal interaction in groups. The importance of using work in dyads in organizing dialogical communication of older preschoolers is indicated. The effectiveness of the implemented logo psychological program is confirmed by the results of the control section presented in the article.

Abakumova I.V., Godunov M.V. THE ISSUE OF IDENTIFYING MARKERS OF MEANING-BUILDING STRATEGIES // Pedagogical Review. 2019. Issue 5 (27). P. 150-156

The results of empirical identification of indicators-markers of polar meaning-building strategies are considered. For the initial modeling of meaning regulation processes, two polar strategies of personal meanings formation are proposed: adaptive and developmental. Personal meanings are in mutual accordance with the properties of personality, manifested in the interactions of different orders. For the empirical description of these strategies, a special semantic differential – nine bipolar scales of personal properties – was developed. These scales are used in words denoting the relevant properties of the individual speakers and indicators of meaning. To establish markers indicating these polar strategies, an empirical study (n = 145) was conducted using a battery of tests, which included: a developed private semantic differential, the test “Life orientations” by D. A. Leontiev, the test of M. Kuhn “Who Am I?”, G. Gardner’s multiple intelligence test, S. Rosenzweig’s frustration tolerance test, I. A. Stetsenko’s personality reflection test questionnaire. It is revealed that a stable positive statistically significant correlation (p ≤ 0.05) is observed only for the indicators of the nine developed scales of the particular semantic differential and the indicator “meaningfulness of life” of the test “Life orientations” by D. A. Leontiev. This indicator may be used as a marker of polar strategies of meaning-building.

Polyakova L.O. EVALUATION OF SOME INDICATORS OF VOLITIONAL ACTIVITIES OF STUDENTS ENGAGED IN SPORTS TOURISM // Pedagogical Review. 2017. Issue 4 (18). P. 59-65

In psychology, special attention is paid to research activities conducted in extreme conditions (the limit of physical and mental stress, risk, time constraints, etc.). Such conditions create significant difficulties for a person, and effective overcoming is impossible without strongwilled efforts, without conscious mobilization of all forces, without the necessary regulation of actions and internal states. Sport tourism refers to extreme actions that make special demands on physical, technical, tactical and psychological training of athletes. Extremity of the sport is determined by the conditions of the surrounding environment: severe climatic and geographic characteristics, set local (passes, peaks, mountain passes, crossing rivers, canyons) and the longest (vegetation, swamps, talus and moraines, sand, snow and ice patches) obstacles. The success of overcoming these constraints depends on many properties of the individual athlete, among which one of the fundamental is strong-willed activity. Currently, the authors do not have a definite opinion on the number of qualities involved in an internal Act, among which are called dedication, initiative, self-reliance, determination, perseverance, self-discipline, self-control, endurance. However, the available literature studies are missing, assessment and improvement of volitional sphere athletes engaged in adventure tourism. The article discusses components of volitional activities of students engaged in extreme sports activity - tourism: creativity, self-reliance, determination, perseverance. Compares these qualities with similar indicators in the group of students involved in playing sports - volleyball and basketball. It is shown that the extreme sport activities create conditions for more intensive formation of a strong-willed personality activity.

Sheveleva N.V., Popov G.N. MODERN LEARNING ENVIRONMENT AS AN ELEMENT OF SOCIAL INTEGRATION OF CHILDREN WITH MENTAL DEVELOPMENT DELAY // Pedagogical Review. 2021. Issue 1 (35). P. 130-136

The quantitative growth of children with disabilities progresses every year. Approximately 15 % of the total number of students have certain health limitations, including disabilities. This is due to both biologizing (genetic predisposition) and sociologizing (pedagogical neglect) factors. Children with disabilities often tend to be isolated from society. This is facilitated by being in special schools and institutions separate from healthy children, where they receive not only upbringing, but also education. Despite the fact that at present the situation has partially changed, more and more parents prefer to send their “special” children to general education institutions, children with disabilities are still poorly involved in the normal process of life of the school community. A delay in the mental development of the child’s personality causes disorders in the field of communication and cognition, and can lead to deformation of their social and domestic skills and emotional-volitional sphere. A child with mental retardation often exhibits such emotional states as feelings of fear, resentment, shame, and there are unreasonable bouts of anger. At the same time, the self-esteem of this category of children is also distorted. All these factors can contribute to the emergence of pathological forms of behavior. Nevertheless, the process of social integration (adaptation) of children with disabilities, specifically those with mental retardation is extremely necessary. And the most suitable social environment for this is the general educational environment, as well as centers for social adaptation and additional education.

The relevance of the article is due to the fact that recently there has been an increased interest in the topic of social and pedagogical adaptation of a person in a rapidly changing cultural and socio-economic environment. The sphere of education, in spite of its conservatism, is also undergoing drastic changes and requires new approaches. In this regard, in our study, we study the role of extracurricular activities in the socio-pedagogical adaptation of cadets, since the conditions of education and living in a cadet boarding school differ significantly from ordinary general education schools. Also, it should be noted that the concept of “extracurricular activities” is given great attention in the Federal State Educational Standards of the new generation. Therefore, the article discusses in detail the purpose, objectives, result of this type of activity, as well as the place in educational programs at different periods of time. Much attention is paid to the construction of individual programs for extracurricular activities. In our opinion, each form of extracurricular activity corresponds to certain individual and age characteristics of students. The article describes a comprehensive program that includes not only portfolio analysis, academic performance and conversation with parents, but also recommendations for a complete psychological and pedagogical diagnostics to identify the abilities of schoolchildren that will correspond to one or another form of extracurricular activities. The results show that this approach contributes to a more successful passage of the adaptation process.

Fomina N.A., Aipova M.M. FEATURES OF THE MORAL CONSCIOUSNESS OF STUDENTS WITH DIFFERENT TYPES OF RESPONSIBILITY IMPLEMENTATION // Pedagogical Review. 2022. Issue 1 (41). P. 142-154

The authors substantiated the relevance of the study of the characteristics of moral consciousness and responsibility as a personality trait of modern youth on the example of university students. In the process of studying the responsibility of students as a system of content-semantic and instrumental-style components, 2 groups were identified among them: with “energetic” and “asthenicdifficult” types of realization of this personality trait. Students with the “energetic” type were distinguished by a more stable and conscious desire to manifest and develop it, broad sociocentric motivation, developed internal self-regulation, although with the dominance of personal goals, subjective productivity and insufficient development of skills of responsible behavior, while students with “asthenic difficult” type were more characteristic of frequent avoidance of responsibility, greater external regulation, dominance of asthenic experiences and emotional-personal problems due to self-doubt, low self-esteem, increased anxiety in the process of its manifestation. The features of the moral consciousness of the selected groups of students are analyzed: their value orientations, attitudes in the motivational-need-related sphere, moral consciousness, moral selfdetermination, attitude to the observance of moral norms. Thus, individuals with an “energetic” type of responsibility realization revealed a high value of the values of spiritual satisfaction and preservation of individuality, recognition and respect of other people, help and mercy, education, professional life and hobbies; dominance of the socio-psychological attitude towards freedom; emotional attitude to various strategies of moral behavior, average readiness to comply with moral norms with a high desire for truthfulness; motives for avoiding disapproval of significant others, striving to fulfill duty and obey accepted rules as a basis for moral choice. For the representatives of the “asthenic-difficult” type, the values of spiritual satisfaction and preservation of individuality, self-realization in the spheres of education and professional life were also most important, but in real life they more often realized the values of rest and pleasant pastime. Among their socio-psychological attitudes, the predominant need was to get pleasure from the process of the performed activity, freedom and independence. They recognized moral behavior and the significant influence of moral self-regulation of the individual and environmental factors on it; adopted (or did not accept) various strategies of moral behavior at the emotional and cognitive levels; demonstrated a positive attitude towards the observance of moral norms, an average willingness to implement them in their behavior; a high level of truthfulness and were guided by the motive of good relationships in situations of moral choice. The connections between the peculiarities of moral consciousness and personal responsibility of students are revealed. The description of the individual-typological features of the implementation of responsibility by students, as well as their connections with the peculiarities of moral consciousness, constitutes the scientific novelty of the research results presented in the article.

Rumbeshta E.A., Tkachyev A.M. USE OF HOME EXPERIMENTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SECONDARY GENERAL SCHOOL STUDENTS’ MOTIVATION TO STUDY PHYSICS // Pedagogical Review. 2020. Issue 4 (32). P. 17-26

The facts testifying to the problems of modern education are given. One of the significant problems that many educators and teachers ascertain is a general decrease in motivation for education and, especially, in the study of school physics, which leads to shortcomings in the overall development of students. The drop in interest in physics among schoolchildren also affects the insufficient choice by graduates of schools of technical specialties in universities and the difficulties in studying subjects in universities, as noted by university teachers. The way out of this situation is to increase the motivation for the physics of schoolchildren from the very beginning of its study. As the study of questions of motivation to study the subject shows, it can appear only in activities that interest students, in most cases it is practical activity. Since the active inclusion of students in practical activities is currently hampered by a lack of time in the lessons, it is proposed to use students to perform home experiments to develop motivation for the subject – physics. The introduction of home experiments in grades 7-8 is based on the characteristics of adolescence, when students aspire to active independent or joint educational activities and this activity should be interesting and contribute to their success. Ways to increase motivation to study the subject based on home experiences are presented. Recommendations for teachers are formulated that contribute to effective results in terms of increasing motivation for the subject and obtaining additional and in-depth knowledge of students.

Keywords: difficulties of modern education, motivation and cognitive interest in learning, the role of practice in teaching physics, home experiences as a means of developing motivation

Yarkina T.N., Tsarev V.N. DESIGN AND ORGANIZATION OF RESEARCH WORK OF MASTERS IN THE SYSTEM OF MUSICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION IN THE UNIVERSITY // Pedagogical Review. 2019. Issue 4 (26). P. 92-99

The article analyzes the experience of the organization of research work at the Faculty of Culture and Arts of Tomsk State Pedagogical University in the direction of training masters of 44.01.03 Pedagogical education, orientation (profile) Music. The role and place of the research work of students in the formation of professional competencies, in increasing the motivation to learn, expanding the research qualities of the future teacher is substantiated. The main directions and tasks of research work in the system of pedagogical training of students-musicians are indicated. The essence, content and forms of organization of research work of students in higher education institutions are considered, aimed at creating a system of theoretical knowledge and practical skills that allow to form attitudes towards science as a priority tool for diagnosis, design, forecasting and improvement of pedagogical practice in music education. Despite the presence of significant scientific developments, methodological recommendations, the effectiveness and efficiency of students’ research work still leaves much to be desired: the majority of future teachers have an incomplete or distorted understanding of this aspect of vocational training, in addition, they have no practically or present fragmentary relevant methodological knowledge and skills. The overwhelming number of students and a significant part of teachers are not aware of the social and personal significance of research activities, their place in vocational training, the general cultural development of a personality, its self-realization and effectiveness. There is still a certain inconsistency in the methods of managing the research work of students. Practice shows that the organization of research work of students contributes to improving the quality of training, the growth of scientific and pedagogical qualifications of teachers and scientific and pedagogical workers, the direct use of significant scientific potential to accelerate scientific and social development and achieve relevant results.

Emotions as an activity-situational reaction will be discussed in the symphonic work, which was created by composer M. I. Glinka. Emotional activity and situational reaction of the great Russian composer, who visited Sunny Spain more than once, allowed to arise in his mind and realize the idea of composing an orchestral piece “Aragonese HOTA” with the transfer of different moods in music by various means of musical expressiveness. This is very important for musical and aesthetic education and conscious perception of symphonic musical works by a wide range of modern listeners – from younger schoolchildren to the student audience.

Ledovskaya T.V. TEACHER’S COPING BEHAVIOR: RESOURCE APPROACH // Pedagogical Review. 2022. Issue 5 (45). P. 180-189

Teaching is one of the most stressful professions, and it poses numerous challenges to teachers on a daily basis. Sources of stress in teaching activities are unique to each teacher, but generally refer to organizational, interpersonal, or personal levels. The use of this or that strategy of coping with stress is often provided by the resources of the psyche, which expand the zone of human activity, help to overcome difficulties, achieve the goal. At various stages of the study, a total of 101 secondary school teachers took part in it. Correlation, structural, and comparative analyses were used in processing the study results. In general, educators demonstrate moderate use of all coping strategies. Less experienced educators deal with stressful situations with social support, and more experienced ones mobilized other strategies (positive reassessment). The psychological structure of the coping behavior of teachers turns out to be highly developed; connections of various levels of significance are formed in it. The basic coping strategies are distancing and self-control. The role of some personal resources of coping with stress in teachers has been determined: resilience and its components, personal anxiety, international locus of control, self-esteem and emotional stability. Personal qualities that influence coping strategies are a resource of predominantly avoidant and maladaptive coping strategies.
