Russian dance, Russian song, Russian melody – an integral part of Russian folk art culture, allow a nation living in the same territory, to realize itself as a whole, to have the same values and moral ideals. Russia is a huge multinational country, but most of its population is Russian, which in the whirlwind of political, economic and social problems of lost traditions, morality and great dance is the heritage of its people. Studying ways to preserve and promote Russian folk dance at the time when every nation defends its uniqueness and independence, is becoming the most important. New time creates new values, new tastes, trends, rhythms and preferences. The loss of the traditions of the past damages both the national culture of the country and the whole of mankind. It addresses the issue of playing on the stage of the best examples of Russian art of dance. Currently, a large part of all stage works in Russia, one way or another connected with the art of dance, are the material of modern choreography borrowed from Western culture, so the Russian dance has become an impersonal set of certain elements of dance, sometimes having nothing to do with it. As a consequence, there was a partial loss of educational potential inherent in the Russian dance. The examples of the distinctive regional forms of Russian dance, are formed under the influence of weather and household characteristics. As a result, every region of Russia has both general and its unique Russian folk dance forms. In this case, the age limit stages are practically the same, but since the mechanisms of transmission of dance experience, used in traditional culture is lost, then at this stage there is a purposeful learning and teaching dancing skills. Such changes in training are ensured by the participation of the students of pedagogical institutions in solving their (pedagogical) education tasks, i.e. their participation in the pedagogical activity necessary for the formulation and solution of these tasks. To do this it is necessary to actualize the conditions and forms of changing of the content and organization of students’ preparation to the pedagogical activity. The eventual approach appears as one of the conditions of this change. Recently a certain amount of researches discussing the eventual approach in education has appeared. The aim of the article is to substantiate the interconnection and intercorrelation of educational events and pedagogical activity. For this purpose, the notions “event” and “educational event” have been formulated on the basis of the analysis of literature and the experience of empirical research. The characteristics of pedagogical activity have been singled out to define the connection of the educational event and pedagogical activity. Objectivity, value-semantic relations, reflexion present the characteristics producing their influence on the educational event. To define the essence of the educational event influence on the pedagogical activity the mechanisms of influence have been revealed: spatiotemporal, informative (values, senses, value-semantic relations), a procedural mechanism including special forms and means (designing), special organization (action, mutual activity), conditions (participation of students in designing educational events), and results (qualitative changes). | 263 | Recently, the problem of studying the socio-pedagogical adaptation of the individual has become very relevant. The meaning of this term, at first glance, seems quite obvious and understandable. But, in different sources this concept very often denotes different phenomena, which leads to a misunderstanding of each other by specialists whose research is actually aimed at the same thing. In our opinion, having examined the main approaches to the concept of “adaptation” as a whole, having studied the structure, criteria, mechanisms and features of this process, we can overcome these differences. Based on this, the article considers a number of approaches to the study of adaptation. Attention is paid to the works of famous scientists who are considering the studied concept at different functional levels. J. Piaget, G. Selye, and others studied the physiological approach. The psychological approach was reflected in the works of B. F. Berezin, N. F. Naumov, I. M. Popov, V. I. Lebedev, and many others. etc. And as part of the consideration of the most significant social level, we single out the studies of A. B. Georgievsky A. B. and V. P. Petlenko, M. Weber, T. Parson and M. Romm. Particular attention is paid to a systematic analysis of this problem (A. G. Maklakov, A. A. Rean, A. Nalchajyan, etc.), the phenomenon of personality socialization is considered (D. Dollard, Walter, T. Shibutani, O. I. Zotova, I. K. Kryazheva). As a result of the study, a structure of socio-pedagogical adaptation is proposed, based on the personality model of B. D. Parygin, consisting of three interconnected and detailed levels. | 271 | The practice of teaching Russian to Lao cadets and observing the unsatisfactory learning outcomes of this group led the authors to conclude that it is necessary to identify the causes of problems and outline possible solutions. The relevance of the study stems from the need to formulate guidelines for teaching the Russian language to Lao cadets, taking into account the difficulties identified, as well as the characteristics of their native language. The theoretical significance of the work lies in the classification of errors found during the experiment and the illustration of the mechanism for the formation of communicative failures. The practical significance of the study is determined by the preparation of a number of guidelines for working with students from Laos. The authors reviewed studies that describe the Lao language, compare the typological structure of the Russian and Lao languages, and provide an account of the complications faced by the Lao when learning Russian. For a detailed analysis of the types of errors, their classification and identification of system links, an experiment was conducted. The experimental group was offered assignments of the reproductive and productive types. The results are presented in the appendix, which reflect the types of errors with examples, the number of assumptions made by each respondent and the overall result. The erroneous memorization and reproduction of vocabulary is due to phonetic interference and mechanical transfer of the principles of spelling. The low rate of vocabulary expansion is explained by the extensive synonymy of the Russian language, on the one hand, and the undeveloped lexical system of the Lao language, on the other hand. Various problems with syntax are based on the discrepancy between the fixed word order of the Lao sentence and the free word order in the Russian one, which leads to an incorrect interpretation of the subject-object relations. This results in the “intonational” articulation in oral speech and incorrect graphic articulation in writing. As a result, the totality of the above reasons leads to communication failures. The authors formulated a set of guidelines for increasing the effectiveness of training for Laotians, taking into account the complex of the causes found. | 275 | The article deals with the problem of ag gressive behavior of preschool and primary school children. A comprehensive study of this issue adequately meets the urgent needs of a wide audience of educators and psychologists, as well as the social demand of society. A detailed analysis of the types of child aggression is given. Direct, physical, verbal, indirect and instrumental aggression displayed by children are singled out, forms of its manifestation are described. The relationship between the types of child aggression and the typology of parental attitudes to the problem is analyzed. Social and ethical standards determine the mechanisms of personal response and contribute to the prevention of deviant behavior, which is laid at an early age and indirectly reflects the level of individual, family and social well-being. The characteristics and style of the parental attitude to the problem of the child’s aggressive be havior are presented and the forecast of a possible correction is given. The emphasis is placed on the problems of intra-family interaction. Based on the indicators, in the process of working with children and parents, the following data were obtained, characterizing the specificity of family upbringing. 75 % of preschool children could not answer the question “what is good and what is bad”, 23 % called mainly ethical standards. Revealed a direct correlation between the aggressive behavior of preschool and primary school children and the style of parental upbringing and intra-family interaction. We observe mostly liberal-democratic and conniving styles of family education. This can be justified by the fact that the parents became the socalled “children of the 90”, due to socio-economic upheavals and instability themselves brought up in conditions of deprivation, unconsciously copying the behavior of parents, those who strived to provide material support for the child, substituting for material goods the need to educate moral and moral qualities. | 282 | The article discusses the phenomena of a professional image of a pedagog’s world. Presented the content and the results of the research based on bachelor’s presentations majoring in “Preschool education”, about achievements and difficulties, meanings and values of the professional activity. Professional image of the world is a significant characteristic of the concept of the wholeness of the professional education which is a realization of the systematic approach in education. To study the formation of the understanding of the professional image of the pedagog’s world among the Bachelor degree students majoring in 44.03.01 Pedagogical education and specializing in “Preschool education” a study was held based at FGBOU VO “Altai state humanitarian-pedagogical university named after V. M. Shukshin” in Biysk in 2016. The study included full time students of the psychology-pedagogical department years 1 through 4 (n = 17) and among distant learners (n = 46). The total number of the students equaled 63 and 27% of them were full (day time students) and 73 % of them were distant learners. The conducted study allows to make a conclusion about the specific understanding of the professional image of the pedagog’s world among students who study at a pedagogical institute and specialize in “Preschool education”. It is possible to recognize the differences in defining accomplishments and difficulties among students with and without the professional experience. It was found, for example, that most students who work in preschool institutions connect their own professional accomplishments and difficulties to their time management. Those without the experience connect their personal accomplishments and difficulties to their exam preparations. They also have different understandings of the meaning and values of the pedagogical work: pre-school teachers, above all recognize the value of raising and nurturing preschoolers and students without the experience – the value of educating them. The main accomplishments in the professional practice are connected by the respondents with upbringing, educating and development of children. The study also showed that most of the Bachelors lack the understanding of the significance of their own development, education and improvement in their professional practice. According to the authors, focusing on selfimprovement and self-perfecting is the most important part of the professional image of the world both among future and currently practicing pedagogs. The found fact of undervaluing self-development and education by the students during their pedagogical practice allows to conclude that it is needed to have a goal to supervise and guide the process of the formation of the professional image of the world of the future pedagog. The articles deals with the challenges of globalization, namely, the complex problems of ethnic relations within Russia. The problem is analyzed from the standpoint of possible use of successful practices of previous periods in history of Russia. The main message is to educate young generations of RF ethnic tolerance with positive examples. Replicating negative information of interethnic relations plays a negative role in everyday life and the course of education for younger generations. The most possible attention is paid to development of principles of tolerant attitudes towards different ethnic groups of the country – the titular nation, i.e. ethnic Russians, ethnic minorities and immigrants. | 292 | An analysis of scientific and methodological literature allowed us to conclude that there has been an increase in scientific publications on the problem of training of the elementary school teachers-to-be. However, many issues related to the preparation of the teacher for organizing and conducting a lesson according to the Federal Educational Standards for Elementary General Education (FES-EGE) are debatable and produce drawbacks in the methodological preparation of the teacher-to-be. These drawbacks determined the study problem: how to prepare the elementary school teacher-to-be for the making of the synopsis of the lesson? The objective of the study is to reveal and substantiate the methodology of the preparation of the elementary school teacher-to-be for the making of the synopsis of the lesson. The theoretical relevance of this study is that it concretizes the essence and content of the preparation of the teacher-to-be for the making of the synopsis of the lesson and theoretically substantiates the methodology of the preparation of the teacher-to-be for the making of the lesson synopsis. The practical relevance is that it has developed the organization of independent work by the teacher-to-be regarding his or her preparation for the making of the lesson synopsis according to FES-EGE. Providing the good training of specialists requires not only observing the governmental educational standards that determine minimum requirements to the content and level of the training but also a more effective control of mastering the content of education by the students including independent work that is now a significant part compared to classroom lessons. The theoretical theses of the methodology of preparation of the teacher-to-be for making of the lesson synopsis are illustrated by a synopsis performed in accordance with the modern typology and structure of the lesson described in FES-EGE. The preparation of the elementary school teacher-to-be for making of the synopsis of the lesson is defined as a process including the formation of a system of knowledge (the typology, goal setting and the structuring of the lesson), skills (the skills of determining the type, the goal, the didactic tasks, the universal teaching actions, the structure of the lesson and the methods of teaching) and personal and professional qualities (creative imagination and pedagogical improvisation) providing the effective organization of the lesson according to the requirements of FES-EGE. | 293 | The article deals with the organization of additional forms of work with migrant students and the creation of such special pedagogical conditions with the purpose of acquiring new educational experience through the realization of their own educational needs and manifestations the student’s subjective position. The process of accompanying migrant students includes forms that allow students to adapt to educational activities and organize their activities of the teacher and the student, taking into account the realization of their own needs, thus forming a manifestation of the position of the subject of the student. Thus, the educational supporting of educational migration is to select students resulting forms of education taking into account their opinions and specificity of education in a particular institution. Educational forms of support for educational migration help migrants acquire a new educational experience, not by adapting to new conditions, but by implementing their own educational needs and adaptation as a process and result of student’s self-change and self-learning. We believe that the strategy of supporting education is more effective than the adaptation strategy, since it takes into account the student’s objective position in the teaching process. | 295 | The problem of developing a system of advanced training for teachers in Russia is considered. As a conceptual basis of modernization, it is proposed to understand it as part of adult education, composed of systemic (implements formal education) and non-systemic (implements non-formal education) areas. An urgent direction in the development of adult education is the formation of the infrastructure of these areas, as well as the organization of their coordination. | 296 | The need to identify and understand the pedagogical potential of literary excursions is based on the need to form the scope of competence for future teachers which is aimed at using the environment as an educational space. It is necessary to distinguish the pedagogical potential of each excursion object on the basis of its functional characteristics. The suggested object classification of literary excursions, the criterion of which is the object personification forming the excursion content, allows dividing these objects into three groups: lifetime, afterlife and artificial objects. It is suggested to create a complex of literary excursions following functional characteristics of these objects (lifetime – authenticity, afterlife – memorialization, artificial – leisure). This complex approach allows to study the life and work of writers plunging first into biographical materials (lifetime objects: houses, apartments, estate museums, reserve museums), then into the aesthetics of memorial monuments and necropolises (afterlife objects) and, finally, into getting to know recreated fantasies (artificial objects: open-air theme parks, museums). | 297 | The review is devoted to the analysis of the work of scientists and psychologists, teachers of Tomsk State Pedagogical University, the problem of professional formation of the developing personality of the future teacher in pedagogical higher school system. On the basis of multidisciplinary analysis the following conclusions are made. A complex, existential process of personal and professional development of a student is inseparable from the organization of a creative educational space. It must ensure that, based on the concept of democratization and humanization of higher education, the coordination of the entire range of models that describe the quality of education results, the quality of education, teacher student the quality of the professionalization of teaching a higher school graduate, his willingness to become a teacher-creator in the modern education. Therefore, it is important that in addition to teaching purely academic disciplines to students – future teachers, more work should still be done which could contribute to their professional and personal self-determination. Final conclusion on the study lies in the fact that on the basis of multidisciplinary experimental approaches, verified the accuracy of the pedagogical conditions conducive to the formation of educational identity of the graduate teacher. You can see how the personal growth of the graduate-teacher is related, on the one hand, with the reflection of his insufficient implementation / potential feasibility, on the other hand – with multiple identities, the most important of which at this stage of social development is the personality of the graduate-the educational identity. This view has a certain socio-cultural “lining” because pedagogy is exactly the dominant image of the man in culture. Today, typical of the culture of postmodern discourse incomplete, open personality innovation, reflection development, the ability to emotional and volitional voltage leads to the isolation of potentiality as the distinctive features of the human in general, putting pedagogy task of studying not only current but also future potential of being graduates – the future professional. Therefore, improving the quality of education implies solution of important methodological problems of quality management of pedagogical knowledge, which include the solution of psychological and pedagogical problems of professional self-identification and education. The directions of solutions to these problems must be taken into account by expert assessments as training in technological quality management. | 298 | The problem of the development of the cognitive activity of schoolchildren and its active application is posed. The solution to this problem is associated with the development of the cognitive interest of students at the age when they begin to study physics. The cognitive activity of students of this age in teaching physics is associated with the development of such mental operations as understanding, logical thinking and depends on the level of their development. The organization of active cognitive activity of schoolchildren in the classroom, in the process of which the ability to understand the presented material is formed, cognitive interest develops and logical thinking requires special methods and a certain organization of lessons, which is currently not sufficiently developed. It is proposed to do this on a system of problematic lessons. Using the example of a specific development of one of these physics lessons, it is shown that the involvement of schoolchildren in solving problems in the classroom and the use of a set of methods and techniques that allow them to be solved, activates mental activity and cognitive abilities. Heuristic conversation, the inclusion of some students in practical activities and interactive observation are used as methods and techniques. It analyzes how it is possible to organize a heuristic conversation when conducting problem lessons, and what types of questions to use in the framework of the conversation, how to organize the practice. The success of the proposed methods for the development of the cognitive activity of schoolchildren is confirmed by specific quantitative data on the development of the cognitive interest of 7th and 8th grade students: the level of participation in heuristic conversation, the complication of the nature of the questions that involve in the conversation, as well as the readiness for reflection and self-development. It is determined that the subject of self-determination has not been fully examined in scientific and methodical literature: the interest in professional determination prevails over the personal one. The elimination of this gap in studying the historical experience allowed us to establish specific character of correlation of the personal and professional self-determination in students training, to show the defining educational effects for children staying in pedagogical classes and to track the influence of training on their adulthood. It appeared, that the process of professional self-determination in teaching classes accompanied improvement of effectiveness of “self-determination” process which is typical of adolescence. It is important that the indispensable success of personal self-determination in pedagogical classes was not the main reason for selecting the teacher’s career. This rejection of the teaching profession, which student do not find appealing, should not be considered as a less useful result than the entering the pedagogical university by the applicant. Finally, according to the analysis of the interviews of teachers and graduates of pedagogical classes in Tomsk it turned possible to show the leading educational effects of students’ staying in these educational structures and to trace the impact of the pre-service teacher training in their adulthood.
